Eligible customers, including the life insured or policyowner, will receive FREE protection against vaccination side effects from 26 January 2021 or the policy effective date to 30 June 2021. NEVER share or reveal your personal data to any third parties. Fraudsters might use them to perform fraudulent transactions using your identity.
STAY AWARE of scam & fake emails. DO NOT download or install attachments from emails. DO NOT click any links in the email that mentions about relief measures on Coronavirus or information such as interactive maps or links but may steal your personal data.
REMEMBER to update your contact information such as home phone number, mobile phone number, email address, residential address, etc. so that our notifications reach you.
Your HKID, Bank Account Number, ATM Card, ATM PIN, Internet Banking/ DBS Digibank HK/ DBS Card+ User ID & Password, Credit card details should be kept in a safe place.
Pay attention to all notifications sent by the bank as there may be important messages that require you to act promptly.
