Discontinuation of e-Bill Service
Thank you for supporting our e-Bill service. We would like to inform you that from 29 March 2020 (“Discontinuation Date”), “e-Bill” service will no longer be available on DBS iBanking.
Here are the arrangements for the service discontinuation that need your attention.
Pay e-Bills / One Time Payment / e-Donation
You can still pay a bill or make an e-Donation until 28 March 2020. After that, you can alternatively use our other online payment functions like "Pay Bill”* and “Scan & Pay” to pay a bill or charity.
From 23 Feb 2020, if you wish to make or update a schedule payment, please set the pay date on or before 27 March 2020. In case a later pay date is preferred, please try our “Pay Bill” service instead.
You may also ask the merchants for other payment options which are most convenient for you.
View e-Bill / receipt
You can receive e-bills and view transaction receipts until 28 March 2020. We suggest you save them for record before the Discontinuation Date (last date of e-bills update is 28 March 2020).
You may also reach the merchants for further arrangements if necessary.
Payee enrollment service also lasts until 28 March 2020, after when you will no longer receive an e-bill from or pay to the new payee.
If you wish to make a payment to the new payee, simply visit “One Time Payment” to make it – no payee enrollment necessary.
