- Yes, you can amend your correspondence address via DBS iBanking by tapping “Not your current address” on screen during ATM Card application through DBS digibank HK.
- This amendment process will take up to 3 working days to reflect the update. You will receive SMS upon successful amendment. You can apply for a new ATM Card via "ATM Card Services" on DBS digibank HK thereafter.”

What should I do if I have registered my expiring DBS Octopus ATM Card in the Consumption Voucher Scheme?
Please visit https://www.consumptionvoucher.gov.hk/en/ to update your registration record in order to receive the uncollected consumption vouchers with your new DBS Octopus ATM Card. The cumulative eligible spending of the expiring card is also transferred to the new card.
Please note that upon successful registration of the new card, the Octopus function of the expiring card will be disabled.
