DBS iBanking and DBS digibank FAQ

  • Do I need to register for DBS iBanking?

    No registration is required. A letter with your DBS iBanking Initial Username and simple instructions on how to activate the service has been mailed to you by the end of August 2017 (together with a Secure Device if you are an existing user of ANZ Digital Banking).

    * Available to all customers with a valid mobile phone number registered with ANZ or DBS (for existing customers of DBS), excluding ANZ non-individual account holders, joint account holders with an all-to-sign arrangement and customers with personal loans only.

    For existing DBS iBanking / DBS digibank users, ANZ accounts being transferred to DBS can be accessed via your existing DBS iBanking account starting from 9:00am on Monday, 11 September 2017. Simply log in with your existing username and password.

  • I am an existing ANZ Digital Banking / Mobile Banking user. Can I use the same username and password to log in to DBS iBanking / DBS digibank after my account is transferred to DBS?

    No, you must set up a new username and password for DBS iBanking / DBS digibank, using the Initial Username we have mailed you by the end of August 2017.

  • When can I enquire my ANZ transferred account(s) via DBS iBanking/DBS digibank?

    You can enquire your transferred ANZ account(s) from 9:00 am on Monday, 11 September 2017. If you have a joint investment fund account which can be operated by either joint account holder separately, it will be available via DBS iBanking/DBS digibank from 6:00pm on Tuesday, 12 September 2017.

  • Can I log in to ANZ Digital Banking / Mobile Banking after the Effective Time?

    After the Effective Time, ANZ Digital Banking / Mobile Banking will no longer be available.

    Starting from 9:00am on Monday, 11 September 2017, you can check your account details via DBS iBanking / DBS digibank upon activation.

  • How do I operate the DBS iBanking Secure Device after receiving it?

    You can activate the Secure Device after you log in to DBS iBanking / DBS digibank. For DBS iBanking, you can follow the pathway > “Request Statement or Services” > “Activate Secure Device”. For DBS digibank, you can select “Settings” > “Activate Secure Device” after you log in.

  • I am not an existing ANZ Digital Banking user. How do I request a DBS iBanking Secure Device

    You can request for a Secure Device any time after logging in to DBS iBanking via the pathway > “Request Statement or Services” > “New Secure Device”.

  • If I have previously set up a payee list for online funds transfers at ANZ Digital Banking / Mobile Banking, do I need to set it up again after my account has been transferred to DBS?

    We apologise that your payee list set up in ANZ Digital Banking will not be transferred. You will have to set up these arrangements again in DBS iBanking / DBS digibank starting from 9:00am on Monday, 11 September 2017. We recommend you record your list of payees before the Transfer for your easy reference.

  • Will my existing scheduled and recurring transfers in my ANZ Digital Banking be transferred to DBS digibank?

    For your convenience, we will continue to execute your transfers according to your previous instructions placed via ANZ Digital Banking. However, these instructions cannot be viewed via DBS iBanking / DBS digibank. If you would like to cancel or change the request, please amend your instructions at any DBS branch after the Transfer.
