The above insurance plans are underwritten by MSIG Insurance (Hong Kong) Limited ("MSIG"). MSIG reserves the right of final approval to the insurance plan application. For the coverage and other details of the insurance plans, please refer to the relevant product materials and policy provisions.

The Premium Discount Offers:
a.
The promotion period shall run from 26 September 2014 to 12 November 2014 (the “Promotion Period”).
b.
The premium discount offers are only applicable to a successful online enrollment of any of the following insurance products during the Promotion Period:
where (i) to (vi) are collectively referred to as the “Selected General Insurance Plans”.
c.
Offers of premium discount for the Annual Travel Insurance, Home Contents Insurance, Sportsman 1.0 Insurance - For Golfer, Superior Hospital Cash Plan, Critical Shield Insurance (Including Critical Shield Insurance and Kiddie Critical Shield Insurance) and Private Motor Insurance are only applicable to the first year premium of the respective policies.
d.
The above offers are non-replaceable, non-refundable, non-transferable and non-returnable.
e.
MSIG has the sole discretion in determining a customers' eligibility to any of the above discounted offer.
The "Pacific Coffee Tall Size Coffee e-Voucher" Reward (“Reward”) are only applicable to the cardholders (“Cardholder”) of DBS Credit Card, DBS Co-branded Cards, COMPASS VISA, 3Everyday COMPASS VISA or CV+ (excluding Business Card and Private Label Card) (“Applicable Credit Cards”) issued by the Bank.
b.
To enjoy the Reward, Cardholders are required to settle payment with the Applicable Credit Cards.
c.
Eligible customer who successfully applies online for the Selected General Insurance Plans during the Promotion Period by Applicable Credit Cards will be eligible for an Tall Size Pacific Coffee e-Voucher (the "Pacific Coffee e-Voucher") upon paying the corresponding amount of Premium Amount (net of discount for each policy)reach HK$200 or above.
d.
The Cardholder must input the first 6 digits of Applicable Credit Cards number when obtaining the quotation for the Selected General Insurance Plans, and settle premium payment with the same Applicable Credit Cards to enjoy the reward.
e.
MSIG will send the Pacific Coffee e-Voucher by email to the eligible customer’s email address (as provided in his/her online application) within 6 weeks from the online application month end for the Selected General Insurance Plans.
f.
Use of the Pacific Coffee e-Voucher is subject to terms and conditions imposed by the relevant supplier. Each of the Bank and MSIG is not the suppliers of the Pacific Coffee e-Voucher. Any enquiry or compliant in connection with the Pacific Coffee e-Voucher or the products or services relating thereto should be directed to the relevant supplier. Each of the Bank and MSIG shall have no liability of whatsoever nature in respect of the Pacific Coffee e-Voucher.
g.
The Pacific Coffee e-Voucher is available while stock lasts. Each of the Bank and MSIG reserves the right to replace the Pacific Coffee e-Voucher with alternative prizes without prior notice.
h.
The Pacific Coffee e-Voucher cannot be redeemed for cash.
6.
Gasoline Voucher Reward:
a.
Eligible customer who successfully applies online for Private Motor Insurance during the Promotion Period will be eligible for gasoline voucher (the "Gasoline Voucher") in the relevant amount as set out in the table below upon paying the corresponding amount of Annual Premium Amount (net of discount for each policy) for Private Motor Insurance.

Use of the Gasoline Voucher is subject to terms and conditions imposed by the relevant supplier. Each of the Bank and MSIG are not the suppliers of the Gasoline Voucher. Any enquiry or compliant in connection with the Gasoline Voucher or the products or services relating thereto should be directed to the relevant supplier. Each of the Bank and MSIG shall have no liability of whatsoever nature in respect of the Gasoline Voucher.
d.
The Gasoline Voucher are available while stock lasts. Each of the Bank and MSIG reserves the right to replace the Gasoline Voucher with alternative prizes without prior notice.
e.
The Gasoline Voucher cannot be redeemed for cash.
7.
These offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers and discounts when applying for the same product.
8.
The Bank reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions as well as to vary or discontinue any of the above promotions without prior notice. In case of disputes, the decision of the Bank shall be final and conclusively binding.
9.
Should there be any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
