1. When is the Priority Booking Period?

A: The priority booking period for principal cardholders with DBS Omni membership and their supplementary cardholders is from 26 March 2018 to 30 March 2018; The priority booking period for other Cardholders (excluding Private Label Cards and Business Cards) is from 27 March 2018 to 30 March 2018.

2. How can I purchase the ticket on the first day of the priority booking period (i.e. 26 March)?

A: You have to register DBS Omni membership with any principal card issued by the Bank successfully on or before 25 March 2018 with any Applicable Credit Cards. Existing DBS Omni members do not need to register to the membership again. You can purchase the ticket on Designated AEG Website: www.aegpromotion.com/tzewah2018 (Website will be effective from 9am 26 March 2018) or through the ticketing Hotline: +852-2861-1611 during the Priority Booking period.

3. How to register as a member of DBS Omni?

A: You can register DBS Omni membership with any applicable DBS Credit Card principal card via DBS Omni mobile application or webpage .

4. Is there any requirement to be a member of DBS Omni? When is the deadline to register the membership of DBS Omni in order to purchase the Wong Tze Wah Standup Comedy 2018 ticket during the priority booking period for members of DBS Omni?

A: If you are a principal cardholder of DBS Credit Card, you can register DBS Omni membership with any DBS Credit Card principal card via DBS Omni mobile application or webpage (go.dbs.com/hk-registration-en). If cardholders (including principal cardholders and supplementary cardholders) would like to purchase the ticket during the priority booking period for members of DBS Omni, the principal cardholders have to register DBS Omni membership successfully on or before 25 March 2018.

7. How to purchase the ticket of Wong Tze Wah Standup Comedy 2018?

A: Cardholders can purchase the ticket with Applicable Credit Card during the priority booking period through 1 of the below channels provided by AEG Promotion Limited :

8. What is the maximum number of ticket can be purchased by each cardholder? Any there any handling fees involved?

A: Each Cardholder is entitled to order a maximum of 10 tickets during the priority booking period. The handling fee per ticket purchased is HK$32.

9. How can I contact AEG Promotion Limited? How can I check if the ticket booking status is successful or not?

A: Regarding the order status enquiry of DBS Credit Card Wong Tze Wah Standup Comedy 2018 Priority Booking Service, please call AEG Customer Service Hotline at (852) 2697 1989 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. from Monday – Friday except public holiday. 10. If I used DBS Credit Card to order ticket during priority booking, can I cancel the order afterwards?

A: No. The submitted order cannot be cancelled, Ticket refund or return will not be allowed for any reason.

11. Can I receive the Wong Tze Wah Standup Comedy ticket instantly? When can I receive the ticket?

A: Tickets of successful order will be sent to the delivery address provided to AEG Promotion Limited by customers at the time of ticket purchase by ordinary post or local courier 10 - 14 working days before the show date. Cardholders should ensure the correctness of the address/ information provided, the Bank, VJ Limited (“Organizer”) and AEG Promotion Limited are not liable for any ticket lost due to incorrect or incomplete address/ information provided by the Cardholders. If cardholders cannot receive the tickets by the specific period, or have lost/destroyed the tickets, they must contact AEG Customer Service Hotline at (852) 2697 1989 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. from Monday – Friday for enquiry 5 days before the show date. No enquiry or ticket reissuance service is available on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

12. How could I receive the tickets?

A: For order with 3 tickets or below will be mailed by ordinary post for free; order with 4 to 10 tickets will be mailed by local courier and HK$35 will be charged for each delivery. HK$160 will be charged for each delivery to Macau. No delivery will be arranged to Mainland China. Administration fee of HK$35 will be charged for self-collection of tickets at the venue for overseas (including Macau) cardholders; this arrangement is not applicable to Hong Kong customers.

13. Is there any age limitation for Wong Chi Wah Standup Comedy2018?

A: Only persons aged 18 or above is allowed to attend to the show. The show contains adult elements and coarse language.

15. Can I choose a specific seat during priority booking? What is the priority of ticket distribution?

A: You can choose the ticket price category during priority booking and specific seat cannot be requested. Seats will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis and separate seats may be allocated. AEG Promotion Limited reserves the right for seat allocation (including allocating single seat) for any booking with more than 6 tickets.

16. If the ticket order is not successful, can I get a full refund?

A: The full amount of the authorized transaction will be released if the order is unsuccessful.

17. When will I know the seats arrangement?

A: Tickets of successful order will be sent to the address provided to AEG Promotion Limited by customers at the time of ticket purchase by ordinary post or local courier 10 - 14 working days before the show date. Customer can refer to the seat arrangement details printed on the tickets upon receiving them.

18. Will the seats be allocated next to each other?

A: For any booking with more than 6 tickets, the allocated seats may not be next to each other.

19. If there is the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning hoisted on the show date, what should I do?

A: For the arrangement when the severe weather warning(s) is/are hoisted, please pay attention to the official announcement made by the organizer of Wong Chi Wah Standup Comedy 2018

20. How do I know if the priority booking is successful or not?

A: Once the booking request is submitted, AEG will request the Bank to approve the transaction authorization for the total value of tickets purchased, Handling Fee and Delivery Fee / Administration Fee from the Applicable Credit Card account. The purchase request is not yet confirmed successful when the transaction authorization is granted. The Fees will be posted to the Applicable Credit Card account within 7 days from the booking date if AEG confirms the booking request is successful. AEG will notify Cardholders with successful ticket purchased via phone or SMS on or before 17 April 2018. You can also find the booking status on AEG website or contact AEG directly.
