"DBS Omni welcome offer for selected customers" Terms and Conditions:

  1. "DBS Omni welcome offer for selected cardholder" ("InstaRedeem Offer") is only applicable to the principal cardholders ("Selected Customers") of DBS Credit Card, DBS Co-branded Cards and DBS COMPASS VISA (excluding Business Card and Private Label Card) ("Applicable Credit Cards") issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the "Bank").
  2. The InstaRedeem Offer runs from 4 July 2018 to 31 August 2018, both dates inclusive ("Promotion Period").
  3. In order to participate in InstaRedeem Offer, during the Promotion Period, Selected Customers are required to
    1. Download DBS Omni mobile application ("DBS Omni") and first register the DBS Omni account.
    2. Enable the "InstaRedeem" push notification of DBS Omni.
  4. For the purpose of InstaRedeem Offer, the below terms are defined as:
    Unless otherwise specified, "Retail Spending" shall mean a Selected Customer conducts a retail spending with HK$50 or above. The following types of transactions shall not be considered as Retail Spending: e-Wallets related transaction (including but not limited to PayMe / WeChat pay / Alipay), cash advances, bill payment, Octopus automatic recharge, cancelled transaction, any transactions that have been subject to charge-back, return of goods and refund or any other categories of transactions specified by the Bank from time to time.
  5. During the Promotion Period, by completing a Retail Spending after DBS Omni first registration, a cardholder can participate in InstaRedeem Offer with respective Retail Spending displayed on the Timeline of DBS Omni upon receiving a notification of InstaRedeem Offer. 5,000 quota apply and is first come first served. Selected Customers will be entitled HK$50 ("Reward") to offset the respective transaction amount via InstaRedeem. Each Selected Customer can enjoy the Reward once only.
  6. Since cardholders who choose to participate in DBS$ Cash Rebate Scheme under the DBS$ Reward Scheme are not able to use the InstaRedeem function of DBS Omni, they cannot enjoy the InstaRedeem Offer.
  7. InstaRedeem Offer must be used by 31 Aug 2018.
  8. InstaRedeem Offer are only applicable to Selected Customers whose Applicable Credit Card accounts are valid, not in default and in good standing (as determined by the Bank at its sole discretion) during the Promotion Period. If the status of a Selected Customer’s Applicable Credit Card account is not in good standing, the Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Selected Customer from participating in InstaRedeem Offer.
  9. Time and validity of any transactions and/or eligibility of a Cardholder to the InstaRedeem Offer and/or rewards shall be determined by the Bank at it sole discretion based on the Bank’s record. If there is any discrepancy between the record of transaction held by a Cardholder and that held by the Bank, the Bank’s record shall be conclusive and binding on the Cardholder.
  10. Participation in InstaRedeem is subject to there being no abuse / noncompliance by the Selected Customers, failing which the Bank will debit the value of the Reward from the Selected Customer’s account without notice and/or take such action to recover any outstanding amounts.
  11. A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions may not enforce any of their terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
  12. The Bank may change the terms and conditions and/or modify or terminate InstaRedeem Offer. The Bank’s decision is final.
  13. The English version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.
