“Enjoy up to HK$510 “InstaRedeem” Discount at Fortress with DBS Credit Card” Terms and Conditions
- “Enjoy up to HK$510 “InstaRedeem” Discount at Fortress with DBS Credit Card” (“Promotion”) is only applicable to the principal cardholders ("Cardholders") of DBS Credit Cards and Co-branded Cards (excluding Private Label Cards and Business Cards) ("Applicable Credit Cards") issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the "Bank"). This Promotion is not applicable to supplementary card cardholders and CK Hutchison Holdings Limited staff.
- The Promotion runs from 1 May 2020 to 30 June 2020 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
- Cardholders are required to settle payment with Applicable Credit Cards at stores of Fortress (“Merchant”) in Hong Kong or Fortress eShop (www.fortress.com.hk) during the Promotion Period to enjoy the following Offers (“Offer”) :
- Offer 1: Upon a single net spending between HK$3,000 and HK$5,999 ("Eligible Transaction"), Cardholders will be entitled to a deduction of HK$150 from the payable amount for that Eligible Transaction through the Red "InstaRedeem" button revealed on that transaction after the transaction is posted and displayed on Timeline of DBS Omni mobile application (“DBS Omni”). Offer 1 is limited to the first 5,000 Eligible Transactions and is on first-come first-served basis while quota lasts.
- Offer 2: Upon a single net spending of HK$6,000 or above ("Eligible Transaction"), Cardholders will be entitled to a deduction of HK$360 from the payable amount for that Eligible Transaction through the Red "InstaRedeem" button revealed on that transaction after the transaction is posted and displayed on Timeline of DBS Omni. Offer 2 is limited to the first 2,000 Eligible Transactions and is on first-come first-served basis while quota lasts.
- Offer 3: Enjoy up to 50% off on selected products (This offer is applicable to DBS Black American Express® Card cardholders only at stores of Merchant in Hong Kong).
- This Promotion is not applicable to purchase smartphone handsets.
- Each Omni account can enjoy the Offer 1 and Offer 2 each for once only during the Promotion Period.
- To be eligible to enjoy the Offer, Cardholders are required to install DBS Omni, complete the registration of DBS Omni account, and turn on the notification in DBS Omni setting > Push Notification > “InstaRedeem” before conducting any Eligible Transactions. Cardholders must enjoy the Offer by 7 July 2020; otherwise, it will be considered as giving up the Offer on its own.
- Regarding the details of Merchant’s stores address, please refer to DBS Website (https://go.dbs.com/hk-fortress2020-en). The following types of transactions are not applicable for the calculation of Eligible Transactions:
- i. Any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund,
- ii. Any autopay, installment, unposted transactions, bill payment transactions made through DBS iBanking, JET Payment Service, 24-hour Customer Services Hotline or any other means as specified by the Bank from time to time;
- iii. Any WeChat Pay or Alipay payments, reloads of e-Wallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service;
- iv. Any other categories of transactions as the Bank may specify from time to time.
- The Offer entitled by Cardholders shall be determined by the Bank at its sole discretion based on the Bank’s record. If there is any discrepancy between the record held by Cardholders and that held by the Bank, the Bank’s record shall be conclusive and binding on the Cardholders.
- The Offer is only applicable to Cardholders whose Applicable Credit Card accounts are valid, not in default and in good standing (as determined by the Bank at its sole discretion) during the Promotion Period. If the status of a Cardholder’s Applicable Credit Card account is not in good standing, the Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Cardholder from participating in the Promotion and/or enjoying the Offer.
- Cardholders must retain the original transaction slips of any transactions. In case of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right to require Cardholders to submit the relevant original transaction slips, other documents or evidence for verification. The submitted transaction slips, documents and/or evidence will not be returned. If there is any discrepancy between the Bank’s record and Cardholder’s record of any transaction, the Bank’s record shall prevail.
- Participation in the Promotion is subject to there being no abuse/non compliance by Cardholder, failing which the Bank will debit the values of the Offer from Cardholder’s account without notice and/or take such action to recover any outstanding amounts.
- The Bank and the Merchant may change these terms and conditions and/or modify or terminate the Promotion. The Bank and the Merchant’s decision are final.
- Any enquiry, claim or complaint in relation to the quality or availability of the products/services to be provided by Merchant shall be directed to the Merchant. The Bank shall assume no liability in respect thereof.
- The English version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.
