Unless otherwise specified, the offers in this marketing material (“Offers”) are only applicable to the principal and supplementary cardholders (“Cardholders”) of DBS Credit Card, DBS Co-branded Cards and DBS COMPASS VISA (excluding Business Card and Private Label Card) (“Applicable Credit Cards”) issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”, which expression shall include its successors and assigns).
  2. To enjoy the Offers, Cardholders are required to settle payment with the Applicable Credit Cards.
  3. The Offers are applicable to DBS Black American Express® Card Cardholders only at outlets accepting American Express® Card for payment.
  4. The Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other discount, promotional offers or gift vouchers.
  5. The Offers cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, spending credit or other discount/goods/service.
  6. The prices stated in the Offers are for reference only; no notice will be made should there be any changes.
  7. The Offers are only available while stocks last.
  8. The Bank is not the supplier of the products/services or the description, photos or reference price (if any) in relation to the products/services published in this marketing material (which are intended to be for reference only). Any enquiry, claim or complaint in relation to the quality or availability of the products/services or the accuracy of any of the aforementioned information contained in this marketing material shall be directed to the relevant suppliers. The Bank shall assume no liability in respect thereof.
  9. The Bank will not accept any liability for any loss incurred by the Cardholder should the merchant refuse to provide the Offers.
  10. The Bank and the participating merchants (the “Merchants”) reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions as well as to vary or terminate the Offers. In case of any disputes, the decision of the Bank and the respective Merchants shall be final and binding.
  11. In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

 

“Conrad Hong Kong Mooncake Promotion” Terms and Conditions:

 

  1. Mooncake offers are valid from 1 August to 11 September 2016, both dates inclusive.
  2. Cardholders are required to contact Conrad Hong Kong three days in advance to reserve the mooncakes before pick up.
  3. All mooncakes must be redeemed on or before 15 September 2016. Failure to do so constitutes forfeiture.
  4. Offers are not applicable to delivery services.

  8. Once the order has been confirmed, pick-up/delivery address cannot be changed. If Cardholder fails to pick up the food at the date specified in the order form, the order will be forfeited and there will be no refund.
