General Terms and Conditions:

 

1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotions and offers (“Offers”) are applicable to the principal and supplementary cardholders (“Cardholders”) of DBS Credit Card, DBS Co-branded Cards and DBS COMPASS VISA (excluding DBS Business Card and Private Label Card) (“Applicable Credit Cards”) issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”, which expression shall include its successors and assigns).
2. Cardholders are required to settle payment for eligible transactions with the Applicable Credit Cards to enjoy the Offers.
3. Unless otherwise specified, Offers are valid from 1 July 2016 to 30 September 2016 (both dates inclusive).
4. Offers are applicable to DBS Black American Express^® Card Cardholders only at participating merchants accepting American Express^® Card for payment.
5. Unless otherwise specified, Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional discounts or offers, cash coupons, membership offers or special promotions.
6. Offers cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, credit limit or other goods.
7. All products and/or Offers are subject to availability while stocks last. The Bank will not accept any liability for any loss incurred by the Cardholders should any merchant refuses to provide any of the products and/or Offers.
8. The Bank is not the supplier of the products/services. All pictures and prices contained in this website are for reference only. The prices of all products are designated by the relevant outlets and are subject to change from time to time without notice. The Bank does not accept any liability in relation to the quality of products and services provided by the merchants, any complaints in relation thereto should be made to the relevant merchant directly.
9. Any fraud and/or abuse of the Offers by any person (as determined by the Bank at its sole discretion) will result in forfeiture of the person's eligibility to participate in the Offers and/or cancellation of all or part of the person's account(s) with the Bank. The Bank reserves the right to deduct the value of any prizes and/or Offers awarded inappropriately to a person directly from any of the person's account(s) with the Bank without prior notice and/or take legal action in such instances to recover any outstanding amounts.
10. The Bank and Premium Motors Limited, Ruby Tuesday, Café Deco Group, King Parrot Group, Angeletti, Pinot Duck, Stanley Cave, Shoku Japanese Binchotan Grill, Lucy’s, Mirch Masala Indian Cuisine and Maximal Concepts (the “Merchants”) reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions as well as to vary or terminate any of the Offers. In the event of disputes, the decision of the Bank and the Merchants shall be final and binding.
11. Should there be any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

 

“AUDI’s Exclusive Offers” Terms and Conditions:

 

1. Offers are only applicable to the principal and supplementary cardholders (“Cardholders”) of DBS Eminent Card, DBS Platinum Credit Card, DBS Black Card and COMPASS VISA Platinum Card (“Applicable Credit Card”) issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”, which expression shall include its successors and assigns).
2. Purchasers are required to complete vehicle registration before 30 September 2016 to enjoy the Offers. Offers are available while stocks last.
3. Offers are limited to selected stock models only.
4. Free first-year insurance premium offer is only applicable to designated insurance plan. The first-year insurance premium is calculated in 60% NCB.
5. Offers are applicable to Cardholders and payment must be settled by Applicable Credit Cards.
6. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
7. Car visuals are for reference only.
8. In case of any dispute that it may cause, the decision of the Bank and Premium Motors Limited will be final.

1. Offer is applicable for dine-in only.
2. Offer is only applicable to a la carte menu and not applicable to set menu, alcohol beverage and monthly special food items.
3. 10% service charge applies and will be counted in original price.
4. Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the Offer before payment.
5. Offer is subject to additional terms and conditions stipulated by the Merchant. Please contact the Merchant directly for details.
6. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with Ruby Tuesday membership discounts or other promotional offers.

 

“The Boathouse / Pickled Pelican’s Dining Offers” Terms and Conditions:

 

1. Offers are not valid on 1 July, 15-16 September & 30 September 2016 and any public holiday and public holiday eves that may be added by the HKSAR Government in 2016.
2. Offers are applicable for dine-in only.
3. 10% service charge applies and will be counted in original price.
4. Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the Offers before payment.
5. Each Cardholder can only enjoy the Offers once.
6. Offers cannot used in conjunction with Café Deco Group VIP Card, set menu, any promotional offers, or whenever a discounted food item is ordered and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

5. Each Cardholder can only enjoy the Offers once.

 

“Mijas Spanish Restaurant / King Ludwig Beer Hall’s Dining Offers” Terms and Conditions:

 

1. Each table can only enjoy the Offers once.
2. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers (including KPG Royal Card).
3. Offers cannot be used on 15-16 September 2016.
4. Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the Offers at the time of ordering.
5. Offers are applicable for dine-in only.
6. 10% service charge is excluded for the spending amount of dine-in consumption.
