General Terms and Conditions:

 

  1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotions and offers (“Offers”) and/or lucky draw (“Lucky Draw”) are applicable to the principal cardholders (“Cardholders”) of DBS Credit Card, DBS Co-branded Cards and DBS COMPASS VISA (excluding DBS Business Card and Private Label Card) (“Applicable Credit Cards”) issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”, which expression shall include its successors and assigns). The Offers are applicable to DBS Black American Express® Card Cardholders only at participating merchants accepting American Express® card for payment.
  2. Cardholders are required to settle payment for eligible transactions with the Applicable Credit Cards to enjoy the Offers and/or the eligibility of Lucky Draw.
  3. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional discounts or offers, cash coupons, membership offers or special promotions.
  4. The Offers and/or the eligibility of Lucky Draw cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, credit limit or other goods.
  5. All products and/or the Offer are subject to availability while stocks last. The Bank will not accept any liability for any loss incurred by the Cardholders should any merchant refuses to provide any of the products and/or Offers.
  6. The Bank is not the supplier of the products/services. All pictures and prices contained in this website are for reference only. The prices of all products are designated by the relevant outlets and are subject to change from time to time without notice. The Bank does not accept any liability in relation to the quality of products and services provided by the Merchants, any complaints in relation thereto should be made to the relevant merchant directly.
  7. Cardholders must retain the original transaction slips of the eligible transactions. The Bank reserves the right to require Cardholders to present the original transaction slips of the eligible transactions and other documents or evidence for verification. Transaction slips, documents and/or evidence submitted will not be returned.
  8. Any fraud and/or abuse of the Offers by any person (as determined by the Bank at its sole discretion) will result in forfeiture of the person's eligibility to participate in the Offers and/or Lucky Draw, and/or cancellation of all or part of the person's account(s) with the Bank. The Bank reserves the right to deduct the value of any prizes and/or Offers awarded inappropriately to a person directly from any of the person's account(s) with the Bank without prior notice and/or take legal action in such instances to recover any outstanding amounts.
  9. The prizes and/or Offers are only applicable to Cardholders whose Applicable Credit Card accounts are determined at the sole discretion of the Bank to be in good standing and remain valid and not in default during the relevant promotion period and when the prizes and/or Offers are presented. The Bank shall have the sole discretion in determining a Cardholder’s entitlement to the Offers and/or prizes.
  10. The Bank and merchant (the “Merchants”) reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions as well as to vary or terminate any of the Offers. In the event of disputes, the decision of the Bank and the Merchants shall be final and binding.
  11. Should there be any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

 

"JOY IN THE AIR Travel Lucky Draw" Promotion Terms and Conditions:

 

  1. The promotion period of “JOY IN THE AIR Travel Lucky Draw” (“Lucky Draw”) is valid from 13 June 2016 to 4 September 2016, (“Promotion Period”). Cardholders are required to register for the Lucky Draw at the Bank’s website at http://cards.dbs.com.hk or DBS OMNI Mobile Application with the Applicable Credit Cards from 9:00am on 13 June 2016 to 11:59pm on 4 September 2016 (HK time) (“Registration Period”). Cardholders have to read and confirm the acceptance of the Lucky Draw terms and conditions and input the required information according to the instructions. Cardholders will be given confirmation email with reference number upon successful registration for record and enquiry purposes. Each Applicable Credit Card is only required to register once.
  2. Cardholders who successfully complete the Lucky Draw registration, and conduct Eligible Transaction (“Eligible Transaction”, as defined in Clause 6b below) of amount HK$500 or above (per single transaction) at any Designated Spending Merchants (“Designated Spending Merchant”, as defined in Clause 6a below) by Applicable Credit Card during the Promotion Period, will be entitled to 1 lucky draw chance for every HK$500 of that Eligible Transaction.
  3. If there is a supplementary card under the Applicable Credit Card account, Eligible Transactions conducted under the supplementary card will be deemed as Eligible Transactions conducted under the principal card account.
  4. Each Applicable Credit Card account will be entitled to a maximum of 100 lucky draw chances.

    2. “Eligible Transactions” shall mean any posted retail transactions conducted at Designated Spending Merchant (for transactions being settled with an installment loan, only the first month installment payment amount shall be counted). For the avoidance of doubt, the following types of transaction shall not fall under the scope of Eligible Transactions: application fee/handling fee and add value of Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service, cash advance and relevant handling/administration fees, casino chips, foreign exchange, finance charges, reversed transactions, late charges, credit card annual fee, Call-a-loan, Balance Transfer, Funds Transfer, Fee Based Instalment, tax payment, any bill payment transactions made via DBS iBanking/JET Payment Service of JETCO/24-hour Customer Services Hotline or other available means as provided by the Bank from time to time, split sales transactions, any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund, or any other categories of transactions as the Bank may specify from time to time.
    3. Regarding the Eligible Transaction of Designated Spending Merchant, it is only applicable to those retail transactions conducted via their corporate shops in Hong Kong, websites or Mobile Apps.
  7. Lucky Draw will be conducted within 3 months after the end of the entire Promotion Period. The Bank will announce the Lucky Draw results at www.dbs.com.hk and will notify the redemption details of designated Prizes to the winners by mail based on system record.
  8. Highlights of Grand Prize, 2nd & 3rd Prizes Terms and Conditions:
    1. Applicable Cities for Grand Prize: Amsterdam, Moscow, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, Milan, Rome, London, Manchester, Paris and Zurich.

  9. Redemption details of the Prizes are stated on the redemption letter. Use of Prizes is subject to terms and conditions stipulated by the relevant suppliers. Any enquiry in relation to Prizes provided shall be directed to the relevant suppliers.
  10. All Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, credit limit or other goods.
  11. The Bank is not the supplier of the Prizes. Any enquiry, claim or complaint in relation to the quality or availability of the Prizes shall be directed to the relevant suppliers directly. The Bank shall assume no liability in respect thereof.
  12. Time and validity of any registration, transactions and/or eligibility of a Cardholder to participate in the Promotion shall be determined by the Bank at its sole discretion based on the Bank’s record. If there is any discrepancy between the record of registration or transaction held by a Cardholder and that held by the Bank, the Bank’s record shall be conclusive and binding on the Cardholder.

 

“Singapore Airlines Offers” Terms and Conditions:

 

  1. Singapore Airlines Offers (“Offers”) are only applicable to the principal cardholders (“Cardholders”) of DBS Credit Cards, its Co-branded Cards and DBS COMPASS VISA (excluding Private Label Cards and Business Cards) (“Applicable Credit Cards”) issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”, which expression shall include its successors and assigns).
  2. The “Promotion Period” runs from 19 August 2016 to 31 August 2016. The “Travel Period” of offer 1 runs from 10 September 2016 to 31 December 2016. The “Travel Period” of offer 2 runs from 1 September 2016 to 31 December 2016. Blackout periods apply to selected destinations.
  3. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders who book tickets with using promotional code (SQHKDBS) and Applicable Credit Cards via Singapore Airlines official website (http://www.singaporeair.com/dbshkc) for travelling out of Hong Kong within the Travel Period (“Eligible Transactions”) shall be entitled to:

The system will automatically apply the Offers to the applicable flights after entering the promotional code, and the fare amounts shown after flight search have already been discounted.
  5. The fare of Discount Offer will be rounded to the nearest tenth digit.
  6. The Discount Offer is only applicable to the base fare and not applicable to fuel surcharges, government imposed taxes and other fees.
  7. Fare is subject to change due to seat availability and currency exchange. The seats of the Offers are limited and may not be available on all flights and all days.
  8. The Upgrade Offer is only applicable to the flights from Hong Kong to Singapore operated with Premium Economy Class service when the booking is made, and subject to seat availability and actual aircraft type deployment due to operational needs.   3. The Bank and Peach Aviation will not accept any liability should a Cardholder fail to input the correct user id and password when conducting Eligible Transactions at Peach Aviation designated website and result in forfeiture of the Cardholder’s eligibility to the Offer. The system will automatically apply the Offer to the applicable flights after entering the correct user id and password, and the discount will be displayed on the webpage.

  1.   8. The Bank and DELSEY (the “Merchant”) reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions as well as to vary or terminate the Offers. In case of any disputes, the decision of the Bank and the Merchant shall be final and binding.
  9. The Bank accepts no liability for any loss incurred by the Cardholders should the Merchant refuses to provide the Offers.
  10. The Bank is not the supplier of the products/services and the description, photos or reference price (if any) in relation to the products/services published on this marketing material, which are intended to be for reference only. Any enquiry, claim or complaint in relation to the quality or availability of the products/services or the accuracy of any of the aforementioned information contained on this marketing material shall be directed to the relevant merchant. The Bank shall assume no liability in respect thereof.
  11. In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

  1. For "Agoda HK$350 Instant Discount Offer" (“Offer”), Applicable Credit Cards refer to DBS Eminent Card, DBS Black Card and DBS COMASS VISA issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the "Bank", which expression shall include its successors and assigns).
  2. The “Booking Period” runs from 20 June 2016 to 12 July 2016, both dates inclusive.
  3. Cardholder can enjoy HK$350 Instant Discount on hotel room booking by making advance pre-paid hotel room booking via designated Agoda website (http://www.agoda.com/dbshkpromo) with booking amount HK$3,500 or above (per single transaction), entering promotion code “DBSEminent10” (applicable to DBS Eminent Card) / “DBSBlack10” (applicable to DBS Black Card) / “DBSCOMP10” (applicable to DBS COMPASS VISA) and settling payment with Applicable Credit Cards at the time of online booking during the Booking Period.
  4. Quotas of Offer vary with different Applicable Credit Cards and Offer is only available while quotas last. If quotas of respective Applicable Credit Cards are full, any hotel room booking made through the above designated Agoda website would not be eligible for the Offer.
  5. Any hotel room booking made directly through Agoda website (http://www.agoda.com) will not be entitled to the Offer.

"Qatar Airways Offers" Terms and Conditions:

 

  1.
