General Terms and Conditions:

 

1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotions and offers (“Offers”), and lucky draw (“Lucky Draw”) are applicable to the principal and supplementary cardholders (“Cardholders”) of DBS Credit Card, DBS Co-branded Cards and COMPASS VISA (excluding DBS Business Card and Private Label Card) (“Applicable Credit Cards”) issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”, which expression shall include its successors and assigns).
2. Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to settle payment for eligible transactions with the Applicable Credit Cards to enjoy the Offers and/or the eligibility of Lucky Draw.
3. Offers are applicable to DBS Black American Express^® Card Cardholders only at participating merchants accepting American Express^® Card for payment.
4. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional discounts or offers, cash coupons, membership offers or special promotions.
5. Offers and/or the eligibility of Lucky Draw cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, credit limit or other goods.
6. All products and/or Offers are subject to availability while stocks last. The Bank will not accept any liability for any loss incurred by the Cardholders should any merchant refuses to provide any of the products and/or Offers.
7. The Bank is not the supplier of the products/services. All pictures and prices contained in this website are for reference only. The prices of all products are designated by the relevant outlets and are subject to change from time to time without notice. The Bank does not accept any liability in relation to the quality of products and services provided by the merchants, any complaints in relation thereto should be made to the relevant merchant directly.
8. Cardholders must retain the original transaction slips of the eligible transactions. The Bank reserves the right to require Cardholders to present the original transaction slips of the eligible transactions and other documents or evidence for verification. Transaction slips, documents and/or evidence submitted will not be returned.
9. Any fraud and/or abuse of the Offers by any person (as determined by the Bank at its sole discretion) will result in forfeiture of the person's eligibility to participate in the Offers and/or Lucky Draw, and/or cancellation of all or part of the person's account(s) with the Bank. The Bank reserves the right to deduct the value of any prizes and/or Offers awarded inappropriately to a person directly from any of the person's account(s) with the Bank without prior notice and/or take legal action in such instances to recover any outstanding amounts.
10. The prizes and/or Offers are only applicable to Cardholders whose Applicable Credit Card accounts are determined at the sole discretion of the Bank to be in good standing and remain valid and not in default during the relevant promotion period and when the prizes and/or Offers are presented. The Bank shall have the sole discretion in determining a Cardholder’s entitlement to the Offers and/or prizes.
11. The Bank and i.t apparels Limited, School Food, SAMSUNG, Gmarket, TONYMOLY, Holika Holika, SKINFOOD and LANEIGE (the “Merchants”) reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions as well as to vary or terminate any of the Offers. In the event of disputes, the decision of the Bank and the Merchants shall be final and binding.
12. Should there be any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

 

“K-Lovers Up to 100% Cash Rebate Lucky Draw” Promotion Terms and Conditions:

 

1. The promotion period of “K-Lovers Up to 100% Cash Rebate Lucky Draw” (“Lucky Draw”) is valid from 6 June 2016 to 31 August 2016, (“Promotion Period”). Principal Cardholders are required to register for the Lucky Draw at the Bank’s website at http://cards.dbs.com.hk or DBS OMNI Mobile Application with the Applicable Credit Cards from 9:00am on 6 June 2016 to 11:59pm on 31 August 2016 (HK time) (“Registration Period”). Principal Cardholders have to read and confirm the acceptance of the Lucky Draw terms and conditions and input the required information according to the instructions. Principal Cardholders will be given confirmation email with reference number upon successful registration for record and enquiry purposes. Each Applicable Credit Card is only required to register once.
2. Principal Cardholders who successfully complete the Lucky Draw registration, and conduct Eligible Transaction (“Eligible Transaction”, as defined in Clause 7b below) of amount HK$500 or above (per single transaction) at any Designated Spending Merchants (“Designated Spending Merchant”, as defined in Clause 7a below) by Applicable Credit Card during the Promotion Period, they will be entitled to 1 Lucky Draw chance upon every HK$500 of that Eligible Transaction.
3. Besides, if the said Eligible Transaction is conducted during the designated promotion period (“Designated Promotion Period”, as defined in Clause 7c below) of any respective Designated Spending Merchants, it will be entitled to 3 times of the original Lucky Draw chances, i.e. the Principal Cardholders may earn 3 Lucky Draw chances instead of 1 Lucky Draw chance for every HK$500 of that Eligible Transaction.
4. If there is a supplementary card under the Applicable Credit Card account, Eligible Transactions conducted under the supplementary card will be deemed as Eligible Transactions conducted under the principal card account.
5. Each Applicable Credit Card account will be entitled to a maximum of 100 lucky draw chances.
6. There are 50 winners for the Lucky Draw, which are allotted randomly by the computer system. Each Winner can earn up to 100% Cash Rebate (“Cash Rebate”). The Cash Rebate amount will be calculated based on the total amount of Eligible Transactions of Applicable Credit Card. Each Applicable Credit Card account will be entitled to a maximum of HK$1,000 cash rebate during Promotion Period.
7. For the purpose of the Promotion, the following terms shall have its corresponding meaning:
1. Designated Spending Merchant” shall mean participating brands under i.t apparels Limited, School Food, Gmarket, TONYMOLY, Holika Holika, SKINFOOD, LANEIGE and selected stores of SAMSUNG.
2. “Eligible Transactions” shall mean any posted retail transactions conducted at Designated Spending Merchant by Applicable Credit Card during the Promotion Period (for transactions being settled with an installment loan, only the first month installment payment amount shall be counted). For the avoidance of doubt, the following types of transaction shall not fall under the scope of Eligible Transactions: application fee/handling fee and add value of Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service, cash advance and relevant handling/administration fees, casino chips, foreign exchange, finance charges, reversed transactions, late charges, credit card annual fee, Call-a-loan, Balance Transfer, Funds Transfer, Fee Based Instalment, tax payment, any bill payment transactions made via DBS iBanking/JET Payment Service of JETCO/24-hour Customer Services Hotline or other available means as provided by the Bank from time to time, mail/phone orders, cash coupon purchase, membership fee payments, split sales transactions, any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund, or any other categories of transactions as the Bank may specify from time to time.

8. Lucky Draw will be conducted on or before 30 November 2016 after the end of the entire Promotion Period. Cash Rebate will be credited to the Applicable Credit Card accounts directly after Lucky Draw and will be shown on the monthly statement. When calculating the entitlement to Cash Rebate, the amount of Cash Rebate will be rounded down to the nearest integral, decimal places (if any) will not be counted.
9. Time and validity of any registration, transactions and/or eligibility of a Cardholder to participate in the Promotion shall be determined by the Bank at its sole discretion based on the Bank’s record. If there is any discrepancy between the record of registration or transaction held by a Cardholder and that held by the Bank, the Bank’s record shall be conclusive and binding on the Cardholder.

 

“School Food Dining Offers” Terms and Conditions:

 

1. Offer is valid from 6 June 2016 to 31 August 2016 (both dates inclusive); black out date is 19 June 2016.
2. Offer is applicable to all Hong Kong outlets (excluding Hong Kong International Airport).
3. To enjoy the Offer, Cardholders are required to settle the full payment by Applicable Credit Cards.
4. Offer can only be enjoyed once per table per visit.
5. Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the Offer at the time of bill payment.
6. Prices are subject to a 10% service charge based on the original price.
7. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional discounts or offers and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
8. In case of any dispute, the decision of School Food shall be final.
