"DBS Omni User Lucky Draw" Terms and Conditions:

1. "DBS Omni User Lucky Draw" ("Lucky Draw") is only for the principal cardholders of DBS Credit Card, DBS Co-branded Cards and DBS COMPASS VISA (excluding Business Card and Private Label Card) ("Applicable Credit Cards") issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the "Bank") ("Cardholders") to participate.
2. Cardholders are required to follow the below steps to register for the Lucky Draw via the Bank’s website at http://cards.dbs.com.hk or DBS Omni mobile application during 10 May 2018 to 31 May 2018, both dates inclusive:
   • login to DBS Omni account; for those Cardholders who do not have DBS Omni accounts, please register first; and
   • read and confirm acceptance of the Lucky Draw’s terms and conditions and input the required information according to the instructions (if applicable).
3. Regardless of the number of Applicable Credit Card a Cardholder has, each Cardholder is required to register once only.
4. The Lucky Draw will be held on 28 June 2018 and one winner will be drawn randomly by the computer system. The winner will be awarded with DBS$10,000 or $10,000 COMPASS Dollar (as the case may be) (the "Prize"). The Bank will publish the winner list at the Bank’s website on 6 July 2018 and the Prize will be credited to the winner’s Applicable Credit Card account within 1 week thereafter. If the winner has more than one Applicable Credit Card account, the Bank may at its discretion credit the Prize to the account determined by the Bank as the Bank deems appropriate.
5. The Prize is only applicable to Cardholders whose Applicable Credit Card accounts are valid, not in default and in good standing (as determined by the Bank at its sole discretion) at the time of issuance of the Prize. If the status of a Cardholder’s Applicable Credit Card account is not in good standing, the Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Cardholder from receiving the Prize.
6. Participation in the Lucky Draw is subject to there being no abuse / non compliance by the Cardholders, failing which the Bank will debit the value of the Prize from the Cardholder’s Applicable Credit Card account without notice and/or take such action to recover any outstanding amounts.
7. A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions may not enforce any of their terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
8. The Bank may change these terms and conditions and/or modify or terminate the Lucky Draw. The Bank’s decision is final.
9. The English version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.
