    Latest 1 month salary payroll slip# ; OR

    #Remark: The following Payroll Slips are accepted: Airlines, Banking & Finance, Government / Quasi-Government Bodies, Hotel, Insurance, Public Utility, School / University, Hospital and Public-listed companies in HK Stock Exchange

    An employer's letter (on letterhead or bearing company chop) confirming job title and income details; OR

    MPF Statement

Self-Employed
  • Latest valid Practicing Certificate (applicable to professional) or License in their own business; PLUS
  • Latest Business Registration Certificate (BRC); PLUS
  • Latest 6 months personal or company bank book/statement showing transaction pattern in line with the business nature; PLUS
  • Latest Tax Demand Note; OR
    Latest Audited Financial Statement
*Remark: Additional income documents may be required to support to prove "Stable Income".
Rental Income (If applicable)
  • Latest Property Tax Demand Note; PLUS
  • Stamped Tenancy Agreement with at least ^6 months validity from drawdown;
    OR
    Non-stamped Tenancy Agreement with at least ^6 months validity from drawdown; & latest 3 months rental deposit records

    ^Remarks: the lower of current market rental rate and existing contract rate will be taken
    (if less than 6 months validity)
 

Refinancing from other Financial Institutions
