Online security tips

NEVER share or reveal your personal data to any third parties. Fraudsters might use them to perform fraudulent transactions using your identity.

STAY AWARE of scam & fake emails. DO NOT download or install attachments from emails. DO NOT click any links in the email that mentions about relief measures on Coronavirus or information such as interactive maps or links but may steal your personal data.

REMEMBER to update your contact information such as home phone number, mobile phone number, email address, residential address, etc. so that our notifications reach you.

Your HKID, Bank Account Number, ATM Card, ATM PIN, Internet Banking/Digibank/Omni User ID & Password, Credit card details should be kept in a safe place.

Pay attention to all notifications sent by the bank as there may be important messages that require you to act promptly.


Credit Card Payment Relief


To ease your financial burden during this uncertain period, from now until 31 October 2020, we will waive late credit card fees for DBS Credit Cardholders who are employed in vulnerable industries recently impacted by the COVID-19. These customers should hold strong repayment records over the past 12 months and can request for a fee waiver via our Customer Services Hotline on 2290 8888.


  • Hotel, Travel, Transportation/Delivery, Restaurant/Catering, Retail/Wholesale are regarded as vulnerable industries recently impacted by the COVID-19.
  • Customers should have no late repayment record in the previous 12 months before the request for waiver.
  • The waiver is subject to the bank’s sole discretion.

Mortgage Repayment Relief


If you are worried about your mortgage repayments due to this outbreak, you can count on us to help you manage it. Our relief plan allows you to defer your mortgage principal payment and make interest payments for a period of six months.


  • A good loan repayment history
  • Customers who work in the impacted industries (including Restaurant, Hotel, Insurance, Travel, Real Estate Agency, Retail, Hair Salon/ Beauty Salon, Transportation and Airlines). Other industries will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • Not applicable for a mortgage with unauthorised further charge(s), developer co-financing arrangements, government schemes, as well as for commercial or/and industrial properties.

Step 2: Submit to Credit Operations, Loan Servicing, DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited, 13th Floor, One Island East, 18 Westlands Road, Island East, Hong Kong or please email your completed form to dbsmortgage@dbs.com.

It will take at least 5 business days to review your application.
