Subscribe and View eStatement

How to subscribe eStatement?

1. Login to DBS iBanking

If you have forgotten your username and password, simply access the DBS iBanking login page, click "Forget Username" / "Forgot Password" to retrieve your username / reset your password.

2. Select "eStatement" under "My Accounts"


3. Click "Manage eStatement/ eAdvice" and choose to receive e-Copy of your selected account(s)

How to view your eStatement?

1. A SMS or email notification will be sent to you once the latest eStatement is available. Log in to DBS iBanking to view your eStatement


2. Select “eStatement” under “My Accounts


3. Select your account and Statement Date to view your eStatement

 

How to Download & Print eStatement?

  1. On the eStatement page, select the "Account Type / Number" and "Statement Date", then click the “GO” button
  2. Your selected eStatement will be displayed in a new popup window
  3. Click the “Download” or “Print” button on the toolbar of new popup window
 

Paper Statement Fee to Credit Card Accounts

We are dedicated to making a greener future. In order to save the environment and reduce paper consumption, a Paper Statement Fee to credit card accounts has become effective from 1 January 2017.

Credit Card customers who receive at least one paper statement from 1 January 2019 to 31 December 2019 will be charged a Paper Statement Fee of HK$50 per annum starting from 2020 onwards.
The fee will be directly debited from the credit card account on the first statement date of 2020. Thereafter, if credit card customers receive at least one paper statement within any calendar year (January to December every year), a fee of HK$50 will continue to be applied each year.

  • Who will be charged for Paper Statement Fee?
    The Paper Statement Fee will be applicable to customers with any credit cards issued by the Bank, including but not limited to DBS Credit Cards, COMPASS Card and DBS Co-branded Cards (except DBS Business Card and Manulife Card (with MediPlus)).
  • Who will be eligible for the Paper Statement Fee waiver?
    • Cardholders aged 65 or above
    • Cardholders who subscribe eStatement for the credit card(s)

Paper Statement Fee has become effective to credit card accounts from 1 January 2017. You will be entitled to a waiver of the Fee for 2019 by subscribing to eStatement Service for your credit card(s)!

 
 

General Questions

Credit Card customers who receive at least one paper statement within any calendar year will be charged a Paper Statement Fee of HK$50 on the first statement date of next calendar year.

To avoid the Paper Statement Fee, cardholders can subscribe and remain subscribed to eStatement Service (i.e. stop receiving paper statement, also applicable to customers who have already received any paper statement in 2019). No fee will be billed.

DBS has been dedicated in making a greener future. We would like to encourage customers using eStatement in order to save the environment and reduce paper consumption.

Paper Statement Fee

No, Paper Statement Fee is applicable to credit card account(s) only. The Bank will not impose any paper statement fee if you opt for paper statement for banking account(s) after 1 January 2019. However, we encourage all customers to subscribe eStatement for a greener future.

No, you will be charged on Paper Statement Fee once only per annum, regardless of the number of credit cards you are holding.

If a cardholder receives at least one paper statement within any calendar year (January to December every year), a fee of HK$50 will be applied.

Paper Statement Fee will be debited from the credit card account with the latest transaction record.

Paper Statement Fee will not be imposed on a pro-rata basis. Customers who have received at least one paper statement within the previous calendar year will be charged in full.

  3. Click "Subscribe" for "Credit Card Payment Reminder"
  4. Select to receive email or SMS reminder

You can place the request via DBS iBanking:

  1. Login to DBS iBanking
  2. Select "Credit Card Paper Statement" under "Request Statement or Services"

Since you have subscribed to eStatement (stop receiving paper statement), the Bank will not impose any Paper Statement Fee due to the Paper Statement request. However, HK$15 service charge will be levied for each Credit Card Paper Statement Request.


Once you activate for and login to DBS iBanking service with your Credit Card No. and Card Expiry Date*/Initial Username, your credit card will be automatically subscribed to eStatement service.
*Applicable to customers with Credit Card only, ATM card and password will be required for customers who have both Banking and Credit Card accounts.

By registering and logging in to DBS iBanking service with your Credit Card No. and Card Expiry Date*, your credit card will be automatically subscribed to eStatement service.
*Applicable to customers with Credit Card only, ATM card and password will be required for customers who have both Banking and Credit Card accounts.

If you have already subscribed to eStatement service for your existing DBS credit card, statement of your newly-opened credit card will be automatically converted to eStatement, subscription is not required.

All you need is to login to DBS iBanking service> click "eStatement" under "My Accounts"> then click "Manage eStatement/eAdvice" > select "e-Copy" and adopt DBS eStatement service for all your cards.

Once you register for and login to DBS iBanking service with your Credit Card No. and Card Expiry Date*, your credit card will be automatically subscribed to DBS eStatement service.

*Applicable to customers with Credit Card only, ATM card and password will be required for customers who have both Banking and Credit Card accounts.
