    • Accessible through DBS iBanking anytime
      Our eStatement/eAdvice service is available for subscription to customers with DBS Treasures Account, DBS Account, Cashline Revolving Loan Account, Credit Card Account and Securities Account1. Just log on to DBS iBanking, you can instantly view and download the electronic version of your statement and advice1 anytime, anywhere.

    • Free alerts
      An email or SMS notification2,3 will be sent out every time your latest eStatement/eAdvice is issued.

    • Space saving
      Your eStatements and eAdvices can be retrieved and downloaded within 7 years and 31 days respectively, saving you filing time and storage space for your paper statements or advices.

Warm Reminder

eStatement subscribers can apply for Payment Reminder at “My Alerts” via DBS iBanking, so that you won’t miss the credit card or Cashline payment dates.

How to Subscribe eStatement

Subscribe eStatement NOW
  1. Securities account holders can subscribe to eAdvice service. An eAdvice is the electronic version of a securities trading services contract note.
  2. You will receive SMS and/or email notification when your eStatement is available online, whereas eAdvice notification will only be sent to you by email.
  3. Customers are encouraged to regularly check and update their personal contact information (including their email address and mobile phone number) registered with the Bank.
* For joint accounts that can be operated by each joint accountholder solely, please download the "DBS iBanking eStatement / eAdvice Service Request / Maintenance Form (For Joint Accounts)" complete and submit the form to any of the DBS branches or mail it to DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited, G.P.O. Box 400 to subscribe to eStatement/eAdvice service.
