“DBS Omni Welcome Offer - Login to receive MCL Movie Ticket M Coupon Promotion Terms and Conditionss:

  1. “DBS Omni Welcome Offer” Promotion (“Promotion”) is only applicable to the principal cardholders who has not registered DBS Omni (“DBS Omni”) account before 7 March 2019 and has held DBS Credit Card, DBS Co-branded Cards and DBS COMPASS VISA (excluding Business Card and Private Label Card) issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”) on or before 7 March 2019 (“Selected Customers”). Selected Customers cannot transfer their eligibility to others.
  2. The Promotion runs from 12 March 2019 to 31 March 2019, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
  3. The first 2,000 Selected Customers who download DBS Omni mobile application and register for DBS Omni account, then register for this Promotion during the Promotion Period can randomly receive one of the following Multiplex Cinema Limited (“MCL”) Movie Ticket M Coupon (“M Coupon”) rewards:
    4. (a) 1 set of M Coupon: can redeem 1 piece of MCL Movie Ticket ；or
    (b) 1 set of M Coupon: can redeem 2 pieces of MCL Movie Tickets (2 pieces per set)
  4. The M Coupon will be issued to the eligible Selected Customer on or before 30 April 2019 and displayed on his/her eSHOP Coupon Book under DBS Omni. The M Coupon can be used as cash in the outlets of the designated merchant.
  5. The M Coupon will expire on 31 May 2019 (“Expiry Date”) and it can only be used once.
  6. The use of M Coupon is subject to terms and conditions. For details, please refer to https://www.dbs.com.hk/personal/credit-cards/rewards/eSHOP.
  7. Selected Customer may receive M Coupon once in the Promotion. Selected Customer is not allowed to have any objection for the reward randomly assigned to him/her.
  8. Participation in the Promotion is subject to there being no abuse / noncompliance by the Cardholder, failing which the Bank will debit the value of the related reward from the Selected Customer’s account without notice and/or take such action to recover any outstanding amounts.
  9. A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions may not enforce any of their terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
  10. The Bank may change these terms and conditions and/or modify or terminate the Promotion. The Bank’s decision is final.
  11. The English version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.
