"DBS Omni Welcome Lucky Draw 2nd Wave " Terms and Conditions

  1. "DBS Omni Welcome Lucky Draw" ("Lucky Draw") is only applicable to the principal cardholders of DBS Credit Card, DBS Co-branded Cards and DBS COMPASS VISA (excluding Business Card and Private Label Card) ("Applicable Credit Cards") who are invited by email sent by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the "Bank") ("Selected Customers"). The invited Selected Customers cannot transfer their eligibility to others.
  2. Selected Customers who have downloaded the DBS Omni mobile app and registered DBS Omni accounts during the period from 08 Jun to 30 Jun 2018 (both days inclusive) ("Promotion Period") are entitled to one lucky draw chance in the Lucky Draw. Selected Customers who have successfully logged in DBS Omni once a day during the Promotion Period will be awarded one lucky draw chance in the Lucky Draw. Each Selected Customer is entitled to a maximum of 85 lucky draw chances in the Lucky Draw.
  3. The Lucky Draw will be held on 30 Sept 2018 and one winner will be drawn randomly by the computer system. The winner will be awarded with DBS$/COMPASS Dollar HK$50,000 (the “Prize”). The Bank will credit the Prize in an Applicable Credit Card account of the winner within two weeks after the date of the lucky draw and the winner will be informed via the push notification in DBS Omni account registered with DBS Omni mobile app. If the winner has more than one Applicable Credit Card accounts, the Bank may at its discretion credit the Prize to the Applicable Credit Card account determined by the Bank as it deems appropriate.
  4. Prize is only applicable to Selected Customer whose Applicable Credit Card accounts are valid, not in default and in good standing (as determined by the Bank at its sole discretion) during the Promotion Period. If the status of a Selected Customer’s Applicable Credit Card account is not in good standing, the Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Selected Customer from receiving the Prize.
  5. Participation in the Lucky Draw is subject to there being no abuse / non compliance by the Selected Customers, failing which the Bank will debit the value of the Prize from the Selected Customer’s Applicable Credit Card account without notice and/or take such action to recover any outstanding amounts.
  6. A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions may not enforce any of their terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
  7. The Bank may change the terms and conditions and/or modify or terminate the Lucky Draw. The Bank’s decision is final.
  8. The English version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.
