“Free Trial for Flexi Shopping 6 Months Free-interest Instalment” Terms and Conditions:

1. “Free Trial for Flexi Shopping 6 Months Free-interest Instalment” (“Promotion") is only available to the principal cardholders of DBS Credit Card, DBS Co-branded Cards and DBS COMPASS VISA (excluding Business Card and Private Label Card) (“Applicable Credit Cards”) issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”) who did not successfully applied Flexi Shopping Programme and/or did not have any Flexi Shopping Programme instalment from 1 October 2018 to 30 June 2019 (“New Customers”).
2. Promotional period of this Promotion already printed on/stated at leaflet/website (both dates inclusive) ("Promotion Period").
3. New Customers who successfully apply for Flexi Shopping Programme with 6 months instalment period via DBS Omni (“Eligible Transaction”) during Promotion Period can enjoy full handling fee rebate (“Fee Rebate”). Fee Rebate is only applicable to the first Eligible Transaction during Promotion Period.
4. Fee Rebate will be credited to the Applicable Credit Card account which has been conducted Eligible Transaction within 3 months after the end of the Promotion Period and shown in the monthly statement. Fee Rebate are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to offset or settle the minimum payment of monthly statement.
5. Fee Rebate is only applicable to New Customers whose Applicable Credit Card accounts are in good standing, remain valid and not in default (as determined by the Bank at its sole discretion) during the Promotion Period until the Fee Rebate has been credited. If the account status has changed, the Bank reserves the right to terminate the eligibility of the New Customers to participate in this Promotion and/or to enjoy the Fee Rebate.
6. Entitlement of the Fee Rebate is subject to there being no abuse or non-compliance by the New Customers, failing which the Bank will debit the values of the Fee Rebate from the New Customers’ Applicable Credit Card account without notice and/or take such action to recover any outstanding amounts.

8. A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions may not enforce any of their terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
9. The Bank may change these terms and conditions and/or modify or terminate the Promotion. The Bank’s decision is final.
10. The English version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.
