“DBS Omni Welcome Offer - Circle K HK$20 M Coupon” Promotion Terms and Conditions:

  1. “DBS Omni Welcome Offer - Circle K HK$20 M Coupon” Promotion (“Promotion”) is only applicable to the principal cardholders who has not registered DBS Omni mobile application (“DBS Omni”) account on or before 31 August 2019 and have held DBS Credit Card and Co-branded Cards (excluding Business Card and Private Label Card) issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”) on or before 31 August 2019 (“Selected Customers”). Selected Customers cannot transfer their eligibility to others.
  2. The Promotion runs from 5 September 2019 to 30 September 2019, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
  3. During the Promotion Period, the first 5,000 Selected Customers who download DBS Omni mobile application (“DBS Omni”), successfully register for a DBS Omni account and register for the Promotion can receive a piece of Circle K HK$20 Cash Voucher (“M Coupon”).
  4. The M Coupon will be issued to the eligible Selected Customer on or before 31 October 2019 and displayed on their eSHOP Coupon Book under DBS Omni. The M Coupon can be used as cash at the outlets of Circle K.
  5. The M Coupon will expire on 30 November 2019 and it can only be used once.
  6. The use of M Coupon is subject to terms and conditions. For details, please refer to https://www.dbs.com.hk/personal/credit-cards/rewards/eSHOP.
  7. Participation in the Promotion is subject to there being no abuse / noncompliance by the Selected Customer, failing which the Bank will debit the value of the reward from the Selected Customer’s account without notice and/or take such action to recover any outstanding amounts.
  8. A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions may not enforce any of their terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
  9. The Bank may change these terms and conditions and/or modify or terminate the Promotion. The Bank’s decision is final.
  10. The English version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.
