Up to $250 Offer Terms & Conditions:

  1. “Up to $250 Offer” (“Offer”) is only applicable to the cardholders of DBS Credit Cards, its Co-branded Cards and DBS COMPASS VISA (excluding Private Label Cards and Business Cards) (“Applicable Credit Cards”) invited by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank) (“Selected Cardholders”). The invited Selected Cardholders cannot transfer their eligibility to others.
  2. Promotion period starts from 10 June to 31 July 2019 (“Promotion Period”).
  3. Selected Cardholders are required to register this Offer at DBS Omni with Applicable Credit Card during the Promotion Period. Selected Cardholders conducting retail spending during the Promotion Period by using their Applicable Credit Cards (“Eligible Transactions”), Selected Cardholders can enjoy DBS$/COMPASS DOLLAR 50 rebate (“Reward”) for every HK$6,000 spending. Each Selected Cardholder can enjoy up to five times Reward during the Promotion Period.

  5. The amount of Eligible Transactions conducted through any supplementary card under Applicable Credit Cards will be aggregated with that of the principal card of Applicable Credit Cards for calculating the amount of Eligible Transactions. Eligible Transactions conducted with different Applicable Credit Cards of a Selected Cardholder cannot be combined.
  6. If Selected Cardholders have chosen Cash Rebate as their DBS$/COMPASS DOLLAR Reward Scheme, the Reward will be rebated to Selected Cardholders in Cash with ratio DBS$/COMPASS DOLLAR 1 = HK$1.
  7. For the avoidance of doubt, the following types of transactions shall not be considered as Eligible Transactions: cash advances and relevant handling/administration fees, application fee/handling fee and add value of Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service, casino chips, foreign exchange, finance charges, reversed transactions, late charges, credit card annual fee, “Call-a-loan”, “Balance Transfer”, “Funds Transfer”, “Fee Based Instalment Programme”, “Flexi-Shopping Programme”, tax payment, any bill payment transactions made via DBS iBanking/JET Payment Service of JETCO/24-hour Customer Services Hotline or any other means as specified by the Bank from time to time, transactions that have been subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund or any other types of transactions specified by the Bank from time to time. For Eligible Transactions being settled with a Card Interest-free Instalment Loan, only posted monthly instalments will be counted.
  8. Reward will be credited to registered Applicable Credit Card account by 30 September 2019 and will be shown on the monthly statement.
  9. When calculating the entitlement to the Reward, the amount of each Eligible Transaction and entitlement to the Reward will be rounded down to the nearest integral, decimal places (if any) will not be counted.
  10. Reward is only applicable to Selected Cardholders whose Applicable Credit Cards accounts are in good standing, remain valid and not in default (as determined by the Bank at its sole discretion) during the Promotion Period until the Reward has been credited. If the account status has changed, the Bank reserves the right to terminate the eligibility of the Selected Cardholders to participate in this Offer and/or to enjoy the Offer.
  11. Eligibility of any transactions for the purpose of this Offer shall be determined based on the transaction posting date and time in the Bank’s record. If there is any discrepancy between the Bank’s record and Selected Cardholder’s record of any transaction, the Bank’s record shall prevail. All Eligible Transactions, based on transaction date, must be conducted during the Promotion Period.
  12. A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions may not enforce any of their terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
  13. Entitlement of the Offer is subject to there being no abuse or non-compliance by the Selected Cardholders, failing which the Bank will debit the values of the Reward from the Selected Cardholders’ account without notice and/or take such action to recover any outstanding amounts Offer.
  14. The Bank may change these terms and conditions and/or modify or terminate the Offer. The Bank’s decision is final.
  15. The English version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.

“DBS Omni Flexi-Shopping Programme 6 Months Instalment Full Handling Fee Rebate Promotion” Terms and Conditions:

  1. “DBS Omni Flexi-Shopping Programme 6 Months Instalment Full Handling Fee Rebate Promotion” (“Promotion”) is only applicable to the cardholders of DBS Credit Cards, its Co-branded Cards and DBS COMPASS VISA (excluding Private Label Cards and Business Cards) (“Applicable Credit Cards”) invited by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank) (“Selected Cardholders”). The invited Selected Cardholders cannot transfer their eligibility to others.
  2. Promotional period of this Promotion already printed on/stated at leaflet/website (both dates inclusive) ("Promotion Period").
  3. Selected Cardholders who successfully apply for Flexi-Shopping Programme with 6 months instalment period via DBS Omni during Promotion Period can enjoy full handling fee rebate (“Fee Rebate”). Fee Rebate is only applicable to the first eligible transaction of Flexi-Shopping during Promotion Period.
  4. Fee Rebate will be credited to the Applicable Credit Card account which has been successfully applied Flexi-Shopping Programme within 3 months after the end of the Promotion Period and shown in the monthly statement. Fee Rebate are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to offset or settle the minimum payment of monthly statement.
  5. Fee Rebate is only applicable to Selected Cardholders whose Applicable Credit Cards accounts are in good standing, remain valid and not in default (as determined by the Bank at its sole discretion) during the Promotion Period until the Fee Rebate has been credited. If the account status has changed, the Bank reserves the right to terminate the eligibility of the Selected Cardholders to participate in this Promotion and/or to enjoy the Fee Rebate.
  6. Entitlement of the Fee Rebate is subject to there being no abuse or non-compliance by the Selected Cardholders, failing which the Bank will debit the values of the Fee Rebate from the Selected Cardholders’ account without notice and/or take such action to recover any outstanding amounts.
