“DBS Flexi Shopping Programme Lucky Draw” Terms and Conditions

1. “DBS Flexi Shopping Programme Lucky Draw” (“Lucky Draw”) is only for the principal cardholders of DBS Credit Card, DBS Co-branded Cards and DBS COMPASS VISA (excluding Business Card and Private Label Card) (“Applicable Credit Cards”) issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”) (“Cardholders”) to participate.
2. To participate the Lucky Draw, Cardholders are required to apply Flexi Shopping successfully during 15 February 2019 to 31 March 2019, both dates inclusive. If Cardholder applied Flexi Shopping successfully more than one time, the Cardholder is entitled one more chance for the Lucky Draw. If the Cardholder applied two Flexi Shopping successfully, the Cardholder is entitled two chances for the Lucky Draw and so on.
3. The Lucky Draw will be held on 30 April 2019 and total 123 winners will be drawn randomly by the computer system. The winner will be awarded with the following cash rebate according to the draw result (the “Prize”).

   Each Cardholder is entitled to receive the maximum of one Prize.
4. The Bank will publish the winner list at the Bank’s website on 8 May 2019 and the Prize will be credited to the winner’s Applicable Credit Card account within 1 week thereafter. If the winner has more than one Applicable Credit Card account, the Bank may at its discretion credit the Prize to the account determined by the Bank as the Bank deems appropriate.
5. The Prize is only applicable to Cardholders whose Applicable Credit Card accounts are valid, not in default and in good standing (as determined by the Bank at its sole discretion) at the time of issuance of the Prize. If the status of a Cardholder’s Applicable Credit Card account is not in good standing, the Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Cardholder from receiving the Prize.
6. Participation in the Lucky Draw is subject to there being no abuse / non compliance by the Cardholders, failing which the Bank will debit the value of the Prize from the Cardholder’s Applicable Credit Card account without notice and/or take such action to recover any outstanding amounts.

8. A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions may not enforce any of their terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
9. The Bank may change these terms and conditions and/or modify or terminate the Lucky Draw. The Bank’s decision is final.
10. The English version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.
