Terms and Conditions for "Fee Based Instalment Programme" get "Cash Rebate" Promotion

1. "Fee Based Instalment Programme" get “Cash Rebate” Promotion (“Promotion”) is only applicable to the principal cardholders (“Cardholders”) of DBS Credit Card, DBS Co-branded Cards and DBS COMPASS VISA (excluding Business Card and Private Label Card) (“Applicable Credit Cards”) issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”).
2. Promotional period of this Promotion already printed on/stated at leaflet/website (both dates inclusive) ("Promotion Period").
3. During the Promotion Period, Cardholder who has successfully applied "Fee Based Instalment Programme" ("Instalment Programme") via Bank website (www.dbs.com/hk/fbi) or DBS Omni mobile app with Applicable Credit Card with instalment amount of HK$30,000 and with 12 months tenor or above can enjoy respective cash rebate ("Cash Rebate"). Please refer below table for details:

4. Cash Rebate will be credited to the Applicable Credit Card account which has been successfully applied the Instalment Programme within 3 months after the end of the Promotion Period and shown in the monthly statement. Cash Rebate are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to offset or settle the minimum payment of monthly statement.
5. Cash Rebate is only applicable to Cardholder whose Applicable Credit Card account is in good standing and remains valid and not in default upon the Cash Rebate is credited. If Cardholder early repays the Instalment Programme, the Bank reserves the right to terminate the offer of Cash Rebate and/or deduct the value of any Cash Rebate awarded from any of the Cardholder's account(s) without prior notice. In case of disputes, decision of the Bank shall be final and binding.
6. Instalment Programme is bound by Terms and Conditions for Fee Based Instalment Programme, for details, please refer to www.dbs.com/hk/fbi.
7. A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions may not enforce any of their terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
8. The Bank may change these terms and conditions and/or modify or terminate the Promotion. The Bank’s decision is final.
9. The English version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.
