"Free Airport Limousine Transfer Service Promotion" Terms and Conditions:
"Free Airport Limousine Transfer Service Promotion" (the "Promotion") is only for DBS Treasures Private Client who hold DBS Eminent Visa Signature Card ("Applicable Card") issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the "Bank") ("Selective Customers") to participate.
The promotion period for the Promotion is from 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2020 (both dates inclusive) ("Promotion Period") and is divided into 4 phases: (a) phase 1 is from 1 January 2020 to 31 March 2020; (b) phase 2 is from 1 April 2020 to 30 June 2020; (c) phase 3 is from 1 July 2020 to 30 September 2020; (d) phase 4 is from 1 October 2020 to 31 December 2020.
Selective Customers who accumulate Eligible Spending (as defined in Clause 6 below) in an amount of HK$100,000 or above ("Spending Requirement") with the Applicable Card in a phase during the Promotion Period, can enjoy the three (3) times of free rides of airport limousine ("Transfer Service") provided by Vigor Limousines Services Limited (the "Merchant") in that phase (based on pick-up date). Any unused free rides of Transfer Service in a phase will be forfeited after that phase and cannot be carried forward to next phase.
Fulfilment of Spending Requirement is calculated based on the transaction dates of the Eligible Spending. Eligible Spending in each phase cannot be combined for the purpose of determining the fulfilment of Spending Requirement. Validity of any transactions and/or eligibility of the Selective Customer to the free Transfer Service shall be determined by the Bank at it sole discretion based on the relevant transaction details (including the time and date) in the Bank's record. If there is any discrepancy between the Bank's record and the Selective Customer's record, the Bank's record shall be final and conclusive.
The Eligible Spending conducted by the supplementary card of the Applicable Card will be aggregated with that of the principal card for the purpose of determining the fulfilment of Spending Requirement. Transactions conducted with different Applicable Cards under the name of the same Selective Customer cannot be combined.
For the purpose of this Promotion, "Eligible Spending" refers to any posted retail transactions. For the avoidance of doubt, the following types of transactions are not Eligible Spending: Card Interest-Free Instalment Loan, application fee, handling fee and add value of Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service, cash advance and its relevant handling/administration fees, casino chips, foreign exchange, finance charges, reversed transactions, late charges, credit card annual fee, Call-a-loan, Balance Transfer, Funds Transfer, Fee Based Instalment, reload of e-wallets (including but not limited to PayMe, WeChat Pay, Alipay), tax payment, all bill payment transactions (including bill payment transactions made through DBS iBanking, any JETCO network ATMs with JET Payment signage, DBS 24-hour Customer Services Hotline or other means as provided by the Bank from time to time), transactions that have been subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund or any other categories as the Bank may at its discretion determine from time to time.
Vehicle models of Mercedes-Benz S-Class W221 (accommodating up to 4 guests) or Toyota Alphard and Mercedes Benz V class (accommodating up to 6 guests) may be used for the Transfer Service, subject to availability. The Merchant reserves the right to replace the vehicle with one of similar grade when necessary. Luggage volume is subject to capacity of the luggage compartment of the vehicle.
Transfer Service shall mean a single ride from Hong Kong International Airport to designated local district or vice versa, inclusive of luggage handling charges, fuel, tunnel and bridge tolls. Each ride is restricted to one stop only. Designated local district does not cover all restricted areas and outlying islands, including but not limited to Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Tai O, Mui Wo and Sha Tau Kok etc.
Surcharges will be incurred in the following circumstances:
Transfer Service between 00:01 to 05:59
Extra stop(s) en-route to destination
A surcharge of HK$150 for each ride
A surcharge of HK$200 for each extra stop (Whether the stop is en-route or not is subject to the Merchant's decision)
Selective Customers must make reservation to enjoy the Transfer Service. Selective Customers can obtain a reservation form via the Merchant's booking hotline (852) 3193 9200 (Mon - Sun & Public Holidays 09:00 - 19:00), email (email@example.com), fax (852) 2619 1189 or visit the Merchant’s concierge at the Hong Kong International Airport (Kiosk B01, Arrival Hall).
Selective Customers must provide their Applicable Card number and details of the Transfer Service required on the reservation form and submit the completed reservation form via email to the Merchant within 30 days and 3 days prior to the intended appointment date.
The Merchant will reply within 2 days via email after the reservation form is submitted, and a confirmation code will be provided upon successful reservation for record. The Merchant will provide the car plate via SMS 1 hour before the pick-up time. The Merchant will charge and deduct all surcharges (if any) to the Applicable Card account immediately upon completion of the reserved Transfer Service. All surcharges will not be refunded.
The Transfer Service is subject to availability and is provided on first-come first-served basis.
At the end of each phase, if a Selective Customer has enjoyed the Transfer Service during that phase, the Bank has the absolute discretion to charge HK$680 ("Original Fee") without prior notice for each single ride of the Transfer Service to the Applicable Card account within 3 months after the end of the relevant phase under the following circumstances:
Selective Customer fails to meet the Spending Requirement;
Selective Customer has cancelled the DBS Treasures Private Client account within 3 months after enjoying the Transfer Service; or
Selective Customer is DBS Treasures Private Client and enjoyed the Transfer Service for more than 3 times in that phase.
Selective Customer must present the Applicable Card provided on the reservation form to the Merchant on the pick-up date for verification.
Selective Customer shall call the Merchant at least 12 hours before the appointment for any amendment or cancellation of the Transfer Service. Otherwise, the Merchant will charge the Original Fee. The Merchant will also charge the Original Fee for no show of the Selective Customer.
A waiting fee of HK$450 per hour applies for waiting over 15 minutes from the scheduled appointment time (except airport pick-up), waiting time less than an hour will be charged for an hour. For airport pick-up, a waiting fee of HK$450 per hour applies for waiting over 1 hour from the flight landing time, waiting time less than an hour will be charged for an hour.
Meet and greet services and parking upon Selective Customer's request will be charged separately. HK$200 will be charged per greeting, while parking charges will be subject to the parking place.
The Merchant will charge the waiting fee (if applicable) or any other charges to the Applicable Card account within 3 months after the pick-up date.
Insurance covers third party death and body injury of maximum HK$100,000,000 for each event, and third party public liability of HK$5,000,000 for each event.
The Bank is not the supplier of the Transfer Service, any enquiry, claim or complaint in relation to the quality or availability of the services shall be directed to the Merchant. The Bank shall assume no liability in respect thereof. For service details and other terms and conditions, Selective Customers shall contact the Merchant directly at the Merchant's services hotline (852) 3193 9200.
The Promotion is only available to Selective Customers whose Applicable Card accounts are determined in the sole discretion of the Bank to be in good standing, remain valid and not in default. The Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Selective Customer from participation in the Promotion should the credit standing of the Selective Customers have changed.
Participation in the Promotion is subject to there being no abuse/non compliance by the Selective Customer, failing which the Bank will debit the Original Fee of the Transfer Service for each ride from the Selective Customer's account without notice and/or take such action to recover any outstanding amounts.
A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions may not enforce any of their terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
The Bank may change these terms and conditions and/or modify or terminate the Promotion. The Bank's decision is final.
The English version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.
