"Airport Limousine Service" Terms and Conditions:


  1. From 1 January 2017 to 31 December 2017, DBS Black Card (the "Applicable Credit Card") Cardholders ("Cardholders") can enjoy the airport limousine service (the “Limousine Service”) provided Vigor Limousine Services Limited (the "Merchant") with a discounted price during the Offer Period.
  2. The Limousine Service is HK$660 per ride (the “Basic Fee”). The Limousine Service includes a single ride from Hong Kong International Airport to designated local district or vice versa, inclusive of luggage handling charges, fuel, tunnel and bridge tolls. A surcharge of HK$150 will be charged for each ride between 23:00 to 05:59.Each ride is restricted to one stop only. A surcharge of HK$200 will be charged for each extra stop en-route to destination. Whether the stop is en-route or not is subject to the Merchant’s decision.
  3. Vehicle models of Mercedes-Benz S350 (accommodating up to 4 guests) and Toyota Alphard (accommodating up to 6 guests) may be used for providing the Limousine Service, subject to availability. The Merchant reserves the right to replace the vehicle with one of similar grade when necessary. Luggage volume is subject to capacity of the luggage compartment of the vehicle.
  4. Cardholders must make reservation to enjoy the airport limousine services. Cardholders can obtain a reservation form via the Merchant's booking hotline (852) 2738 9580 (Mondays to Sundays 08:00 am to 06:00 pm), email (limousine@vigorholding.com), fax (852) 2739 3818 or visit the Merchant’s concierge at the Hong Kong International Airport (Kiosk B01, Arrival Hall).
  5. Cardholders must provide their Applicable Credit Card number and indicate the service required on the reservation form and submit the completed reservation form via email to the Merchant within 30 days and 3 days prior to the intended appointment date. Appointment will be subject to the terms provided in the reservation form.
  6. The Merchant will reply within 2 days via email after the reservation form is submitted, and a confirmation code will be provided upon successful reservation for record. The Merchant will charge the Basic Fee and all surcharges (if any) to the Applicable Credit Card account immediately upon completion of the reservation. No refund is allowed.
  7. The Limousine Service is subject to availability and provided on first-come first-served basis.
  8. If a Cardholder cannot present the Applicable Credit Card which was provided on the reservation form on the appointment date for verification, the Merchant will not offer the Limousine Service.
  9. Cardholder shall call the Merchant at least 12 hours before the appointment for any amendment or cancellation. Otherwise, the Merchant will charge the Basic Fee. The Merchant will also charge the Basic Fee for no show of the Cardholder.
  10. A waiting fee of HK$450 per hour applies for waiting over 15 minutes from the scheduled appointment time (except airport pick up), waiting time less than an hour will be charged for an hour.
  11. For airport pick up, a waiting fee of HK$450 per hour applies for waiting over 1 hour from the flight landing time, waiting time less than an hour will be charged for an hour.
  12. Meet and greet services and parking will be charged separately upon Cardholder’s request. HK$200 will be charged per greeting, while parking charges will be subject to the parking place.
  13. The Merchant will charge the waiting fee (if applicable) or any other charges to the Applicable Credit Card account within 3 months after the appointment date.
  14. Insurance covers third party death and body injury of maximum HK$100,000,000 for each event, and third party public liability of HK$5,000,000 for each event.
  15. The Bank is not the supplier of the airport limousine services, any enquiry, claim or complaint in relation to the quality or availability of the services shall be directed to the Merchant. The Bank shall assume no liability in respect thereof. For service details and other terms and conditions, Cardholders shall contact the Merchant directly with the Merchant's 24-hour services hotline (852) 2738 9580.
  16. In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version of these terms and conditions and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
