"DBS Black Card Airport Limousine Transfer Service" Terms and Conditions:


  1. DBS Black Card Airport Limousine Transfer Service (“Airport Limousine Transfer Service”) is applicable to the principal cardholders (“Cardholders”) of DBS Black Card (“Applicable Card”) including DBS Black American Express® Card and DBS Black World MasterCard® issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank)
  2. The promotion period of Airport Limousine Transfer Service shall run from 1 January 2018 to 31 December 2018 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
  3. Cardholders can enjoy a single ride of Airport Limousine Transfer Service provided by “Vigor Limousines Services Limited” (the "Merchant") with a discounted price of HK$670 (the “Basic Fee”) with the Applicable Credit Card during the Promotion Period (“Offer”).
  4. Vehicle models of Mercedes-Benz S-Class W221 (accommodating up to 4 guests) and Toyota Alphard (accommodating up to 6 guests) for Cardholders’ selection on providing the Airport Limousine Transfer Service, subject to availability. The Merchant reserves the right to replace the vehicle with one of similar grade when necessary. Luggage volume is subject to capacity of the luggage compartment of the vehicle.
  5. Airport Limousine Transfer Service includes a single ride from Hong Kong International Airport to designated local district or vice versa, inclusive of luggage handling charges, fuel, tunnel and bridge tolls. Each ride is restricted to one stop only. Designated local district does not cover all restricted areas and outlying islands, including but not limited to Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Tai O, Mui Wo and Sha Tau Kok etc.
  6. Surcharges will be charged by the Merchant in the following circumstances:
  7. Airport Limousine Service between 23:00 to 05:59 Extra stop(s) en-route to destination
    A surcharge of HK$150 for each ride A surcharge of HK$200 for each extra stop
    (Whether the stop is en-route or not is subject to the Merchant's decision)
  8. Cardholders must make reservation to enjoy the Airport Limousine Transfer Service. Cardholders can obtain a reservation form via the Merchant's booking hotline (852) 3193 9200 (Mon - Sun & Public Holidays 09:00 - 19:00), email (vigorlimo@kcm.com.hk), fax (852) 2619 1189 or visit the Merchant’s concierge at the Hong Kong International Airport (Kiosk B01, Arrival Hall).
  9. Cardholders must provide their Applicable Credit Card number and indicate the service required on the reservation form and submit the completed reservation form via email to the Merchant within 30 days and 3 days prior to the intended appointment date. Appointment details provided in the reservation form shall prevail.
  10. The Merchant will reply within 2 days via email after the reservation form is submitted, and a confirmation code will be provided upon successful reservation for record. The Merchant will provide the car plate to customer via SMS 1 hour before the pick-up time. The Merchant will charge and deduct all surcharges (if any) to the Applicable Credit Card account immediately upon completion of the reservation. All surcharges will not be refunded.
  11. The Airport Limousine Transfer Service is subject to availability and provided on first-come first-served basis.
  12. The Cardholder must present the Applicable Credit Card which was provided on the reservation form on the appointment date for verification.
  13. Cardholder shall call the Merchant at least 12 hours before the appointment for any amendment or cancellation. Otherwise, the Merchant will charge the Basic Fee. The Merchant will also charge the Basic Fee for no show of the Cardholder.
  14. A waiting fee of HK$450 per hour applies for waiting over 15 minutes from the scheduled appointment time (except airport pick up), waiting time less than an hour will be charged for an hour.
  15. For airport pick up, a waiting fee of HK$450 per hour applies for waiting over 1 hour from the flight landing time, waiting time less than an hour will be charged for an hour.
  16. Meet and greet services and parking upon Cardholder’s request will be charged separately. HK$200 will be charged per greeting, while parking charges will be subject to the parking place.
  17. The Merchant will charge the waiting fee (if applicable) or any other charges to the Applicable Credit Card account within 3 months after the appointment date.
  18. Insurance covers third party death and body injury of maximum HK$100,000,000 for each event, and third party public liability of HK$5,000,000 for each event.
  19. The Bank is not the supplier of the Airport Limousine Transfer Service, any enquiry, claim or complaint in relation to the quality or availability of the services shall be directed to the Merchant. The Bank shall assume no liability in respect thereof. For service details and other terms and conditions, Cardholders shall contact the Merchant directly with the Merchant's services hotline (852) 3193 9200.
  20. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other discount, promotional offers or gift vouchers.
  21. Offers cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, credit limit or other discount/goods/service.
  22. Participation in the Offer is subject to there being no abuse/non compliance by the Cardholders, failing which the Bank will debit the value of the reward from the Cardholder’s account without notice and/or take such action to recover any outstanding amounts.
  23. A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions may not enforce any of their terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
  24. The Bank may change the terms and conditions and/or modify/terminate the Offer without notice. The Bank’s decision is final.
  25. The English version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.
