"Flexi Shopping at FORTRESS" Promotion Terms and Conditions

  1. "Free Flexi Shopping at FORTRESS" ("Promotion") is applicable to the principal cardholders ("Cardholders") of DBS COMPASS VISA Card ("Applicable Credit Card") issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the "Bank").
  2. Promotion period is from 1 September to 31 December 2018, both dates inclusive ("Promotion Period").
  3. Within the Promotion Period, Cardholders who have completed a single retail transaction with Applicable Credit Card of HK$5,001 or above at FORTRESS, and while that transaction is posted in the monthly statement, Cardholder successfully applied for Flexi Shopping via DBS Omni Mobile Application ("DBS Omni") for that transaction ("Eligible Installment"), can enjoy a maximum of $150 handling fee rebate ("Rebate"). Cardholders can enjoy the Rebate once in each calendar month during the Promotion Period. The first Eligible Installment conducted in each calendar month will be adopted for calculating the Rebate.

  5. Rebate will be credited to Cardholder’s Applicable Credit Card account within 3 months after the successful application of first Eligible Installment in each calendar month.
  6. Rebate cannot be transferred, or exchanged for cash, credit limit or other discount/good/service.
  7. Eligibility of any Eligible Transaction for the purpose of the Promotion shall be determined based on the date and time of the Eligible Transaction in the Bank’s record. If there is any discrepancy between the Bank’s record and Cardholders’ record of the Eligible Transaction, the Bank’s record and determination shall be final and conclusive.
  8. Participation in the Promotion is subject to there being no abuse/non compliance by the Cardholders, failing which the Bank will debit the values of the Rebate from the Cardholder’s account without notice and/or take such action to recover any outstanding amounts.
  9. Rebate is only applicable to Cardholders whose Applicable Credit Card accounts are in good standing, remain valid and not in default (as determined by the Bank at its sole discretion) during the Promotion Period until the Rebate is credited. If the account status has changed, the Bank reserves the right to terminate the Rebate for Cardholder. The Bank shall have the sole discretion in determining a Cardholder’s eligibility to the Reward.
  10. A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions may not enforce any of their terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
  11. The Bank may change the terms and conditions and/or modify/terminate the Promotion. The Bank’s decision is final.
  12. The English version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.
