“DBS COMPASS VISA Overseas Merchant Shopping Privileges” Terms and Conditions:

1. “DBS COMPASS VISA Overseas Merchant Shopping Privileges " (“Promotion”) are only applicable to the principal cardholders and supplementary cardholders (“Cardholders”) of DBS COMPASS VISA (“Applicable Credit Cards”) issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the "Bank").
2. The promotion period is from 22 August 2018 to 30 June 2019, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
3. Cardholders can enjoy below privileges at designated merchants during promotion period: 　 　 　

   Designated Merchant (“Merchant”)	Offer
   Keio Department Store, Shinjuku, Tokyo	- Cardholder is required to show Applicable Credit Cards at 2/F Foreign Customer Counter to redeem one 5% discount coupon and one welcome gift. Each cardholder can redeem once only. - Cardholders is required to show the 5% coupon and conduct single net transaction upon JPY3,240 (including tax) or above with Applicable Credit Cards to enjoy 5% discount.    BIC CAMERA	Cardholders is required to show the e-coupon download from DBS website and conduct single net transaction upon JPY5,400 (including tax) or above with Applicable Credit Cards to enjoy 5% discount on cosmetics, 7% discount on electronics appliance and 8% Tax Free. 5. Offer cannot be enjoyed in conjunction with other discounts or promotions, cannot be transferred and exchanged for cash, credit limit as well as other goods or services.
6. The Bank is not the supplier of the products/food/services or the description, photos or reference price (if any) in relation to the products/food/services published on the webpage, which are intended to be for reference only. Any enquiry, claim or complaint in relation to the quality or availability of the products/food/services or the accuracy of any of the aforementioned information contained on the webpage shall be directed to the relevant suppliers. The Bank shall assume no liability in respect thereof.
7. The Bank will not accept any liability for any loss incurred by the Cardholder should the Merchants refuse to provide any of the Offers.
8. Entitlement to the Offer is subject to there being no abuse/noncompliance by the Cardholders, failing which the Bank will debit the values of the Offer from the Cardholder’s account without notice and/or take such action to recover any outstanding amounts.
9. A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions may not enforce any of their terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
10. The Bank and Merchant may change these terms and conditions and/or modify or terminate the Promotion. The Bank’s and Merchants’ decision are final.
11. The English version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.
