"DBS Black World Mastercard^® x Klook Worldwide Travel Privileges" Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. “DBS Black World Mastercard x Klook Worldwide Travel Privileges ” Promotion (the "Promotion") is only applicable to the principal cardholders of DBS Black World Mastercard (“Applicable Credit Card”) issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”) who have successfully registered to participate in the Bank’s “DBS Black World Mastercard® As Low As HK$3 = 1 Mile Reward” Promotion (the “As Low As HK$3 = 1 Mile Promotion”) (“Cardholders”).
2. The terms and conditions of the Promotion (“Terms and Conditions”) shall operate in addition to “DBS Black World Mastercard As Low As HK$3 = 1 Mile Reward” Terms and Conditions (the “As Low As HK$3 = 1 Mile Terms and Conditions”). Words and expressions defined in the As Low As HK$3 = 1 Mile Terms and Conditions shall have the same meaning when used in these Terms and Conditions. In respect of this Promotion, should there be any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the As Low As HK$3 = 1 Mile Terms and Conditions, the former shall prevail.
3. To participate in this Promotion, Cardholders must hold a Klook Hong Kong account.
4. Cardholders who are entitled to the Extra Reward of As Low As HK$3 = 1 Mile Promotion in any Spending Phase, will be entitled to 2 promo codes valued at HK$250 each (“Promo Codes”) in that Spending Phase, for use when booking the following designated travel services via Klook Hong Kong website or its mobile application (“Klook Online Platform”) with the Applicable Credit Card.
   1. The designated travel services on “Transport” category at Klook Online Platform are:
      1. Private airport transfers
   2. The designated travel services on “More to explore” category > “Travel services” at Klook Online Platform are:
      1. Airport lounges and fast track
      2. Luggage delivery
5. Each Cardholder can earn the Promo Codes once only in each Spending Phase and a maximum of 3 times in the entire Promotion Period. Promo Codes will be sent to Cardholders’ DBS Card+ account per below schedule. Each Cardholder is allowed to redeem and use each Promo Code once during the validity period as stated below. If the Cardholder does not use the Promo Code during the validity period, the Promo Code will be invalid and will not be reissued or no compensation in other format will be made. If the Promo Code is not used when placing the order, the related transaction will not be entitled to the discount. The issuing date and validity date of the Promo Codes for each Spending Phase are listed in below table:

6. The spending amount of the single transaction using each Promo Code must be greater than or equal to HK$251. The remaining balance after deducting the Promo Code value must be fully settled by Applicable Credit Card.
7. Promo Codes are only applicable to Cardholders who hold valid DBS Card+ account and Applicable Credit Card accounts which are in good standing, remain valid and not in default (as determined by the Bank at its sole discretion) throughout the Promotion Period and issuance of the Promo Codes. If the status of the Applicable Credit Card accounts or DBS Card+ account has changed, the Bank reserves the right to terminate sending the Promo Codes to Cardholder. The Bank shall have the sole discretion in determining a Cardholder’s eligibility to the Promo Codes.
8. Promo Codes cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, credit limit or other discounts / products / services.
9. The validity of any registration and/or Promo Codes eligibility of Cardholders will be determined by the Bank at its sole discretion. In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency of registration record between Cardholders and the Bank, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding.
10. Participation in the Promotion is subject to there being no abuse/non compliance by the Cardholder, failing which the Bank will debit the values of the Promo Codes from the Cardholder’s account without notice and/or take such action to recover any outstanding amounts.
11. The Bank may change these Terms and Conditions and/or modify/terminate the Promotion. The Bank’s decision is final.
12. The English version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.
