General Terms and Conditions for DBS Credit Card Offers

Unless otherwise specified, the promotion offers published in this webpage ("Offers") are only applicable to the cardholders of DBS Credit Cards, DBS Co-branded Cards and DBS COMPASS VISA (excluding Business Card and Private Label Card) (“Applicable Credit Cards”) issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”) (“Cardholders”).
To enjoy the Offers, Cardholders are required to settle payment with the Applicable Credit Cards.
For Cardholders holding DBS Black American Express^® Card, Offers are applicable to them only at merchants’ outlets (either physical or online) accepting American Express^® Card for payment.
Certain Offers are not valid on public holidays, eves of public holidays, festive days, eves of festive days and black-out days as designated by the merchants. Please contact the respective merchants for details.
Cardholders should confirm the Offers with the respective merchants before payment. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers are only applicable to the respective merchant outlets in Hong Kong.
Unless otherwise specified, the Offers are applicable to regular-priced items only and not applicable to fixed-priced, discounted, consignment, promotional, festive and designated items/services. The Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts, coupons or membership offers.
Advance appointment with mentioning of using the Offers during reservation may be required for specific merchants. Please call the respective merchants for details in advance.
Unless otherwise specified, the Offers related to dining are not applicable to take-away items, set menu, discounted dishes, room services, meetings, private functions, banquets, catering services, happy hours, charge for tea and condiments and 10% service charge.
All products and services are subject to availability while stocks last.
The prices of all products and services published in this webpage are for reference only. No notice will be made should there be any changes.
The Bank is not the supplier of the products/services or the description, photos or reference prices (if any) in relation to the products/services published in this webpage (which are intended to be for reference only). Any enquiry, claim or complaint in relation to the quality or availability of the products/services or the accuracy of any of the aforementioned information contained in this webpage shall be directed to the relevant merchants. The Bank shall assume no liability in respect thereof.
The Bank will not accept any liability for any loss incurred by Cardholders should the respective merchants refuse to provide the Offers.
Besides these terms and conditions, each Offer is subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to it.
A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions may not enforce any of their terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
The Bank and the respective merchants may change these terms and conditions and/or modify or terminate the Offers. The Bank’s and the respective merchant’s decision are final.
The English version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.

“DBS Credit Cards x WeChat Pay HK WeCoupons Reward” Terms and Conditions

“DBS Credit Cards x WeChat Pay HK WeCoupons Reward” (“Promotion”) is co-organized by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (“the Bank”) and WeChat Pay Hong Kong Limited ("WeChat Pay Hong Kong") and is governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
This Promotion is only applicable to the WeChat Pay HK users (“Users”) who meet the following requirements: -
1. the principal cardholders of DBS Credit Cards and Co-branded Cards (excluding Private Label Card, Business Card and DBS Black American Express^® Card) issued by the Bank in Hong Kong (“Applicable Credit Cards”). This Promotion is not applicable to supplementary card cardholders; and
2. has bound an Applicable Credit Card to his/her WeChat Pay HK account before or during the Promotional Period.
Hereinafter referred to as “Eligible Cardholders”.
The promotion period for the Promotion is from 3 April 2023 to 3 June 2023 (both dates inclusive) ("Promotion Period").
During the Promotion Period, each Eligible Cardholder can only participate in this Promotion in accordance with these terms and conditions once. For the avoidance of doubt, “each Eligible Cardholder” refers to a natural person with legal capacity who uses the WeChat Pay HK service, but not merely a WeChat Pay HK account. To avoid any dispute, in the following circumstances, the relevant WeChat Pay HK accounts will be deemed to be used by the same Eligible Cardholder:
1. logging in of multiple WeChat Pay HK accounts on the same mobile phone or mobile device; or
2. logging in of the same WeChat Pay HK account with multiple mobile phones or mobile devices; or
3. the same bank account or credit card number being connected to multiple WeChat Pay HK accounts.
In the case of any of the above, in order to verify the Eligible Cardholder’s identity and prevent the risk of theft or misuse of such WeChat Pay HK account, mobile phone number, mobile device, bank account or credit card number, WeChat Pay Hong Kong reserves the right to suspend or terminate the release of relevant rewards to the relevant WeChat Pay HK account and to take legal action it deems fit.
Each Eligible Cardholder can collect one (1) HK$10 DBS Credit Card exclusive e-cash voucher (“E-cash Voucher”) in “WeCoupons” section (WeChat >”Me” > “Services” > “Offers” > “WeCoupons”) during the Promotion Period. The E-cash Voucher can be used upon completing an Eligible Transaction (as defined below) of a single spending of HK$50 or above with the Applicable Credit Card (as defined below) via WeChat Pay HK at any cross-border merchants (i.e. Mainland China, Macau Special Administrative Region and Japan, as designated by WPHK at its sole and absolute discretions) that accept payments via WeChat Pay HK ("Designated Merchants”).
For the avoidance of doubt, an “Eligible Transactions” refer to the transactions which conducted at merchants in Mainland China, Macau Special Administrative Region and Japan as designated by WeChat Pay Hong Kong at its sole and absolute discretions that accept payments via WeChat Pay HK (cross-border transaction will be settled in Hong Kong Dollars automatically).
Each Eligible Cardholder can collect up to one (1) E-cash Voucher during the Promotion Period. The number of E-cash Vouchers available for collection under this Promotion limits to 5,000 and is based on a first-come-first-served basis, and while stocks last without prior notice. The number of E-cash Vouchers available as recorded in the system of WeChat Pay HK shall prevail under any circumstances.
The E-cash Voucher will be credited to the Eligible Cardholder’s WeChat Pay HK account automatically, and will be shown in “Coupon” section of WeChat Pay HK (WeChat > ”Me” > “Services” > “Offers” > “My Rewards” > “Coupon”). Each E-cash Voucher will be valid for 14 days (inclusive of the 14th day) upon issuance and the E-cash Voucher that has not been used after the expiry date will automatically become invalid and will not be reissued. Eligible Cardholders can only use the E-cash Voucher to enjoy HK$10 off upon performing a subsequent Eligible Transaction of a single spending of HK$50 or more with the Applicable Credit Card via WeChat Pay HK at any Designated Merchants (“Offer”). Eligible Cardholders may check the details of the E-cash Voucher in “Coupon” of WeChat Pay HK within its validity period.
The E-cash Vouchers are issued by WeChat Pay Hong Kong and can only be used for Eligible Transaction conducted with WeChat Pay HK at any Designated Merchants.
Eligible Cardholders are not required to present the E-cash Voucher when enjoying this Offer. As long as the conditions of use of the E-cash Voucher are satisfied, the value of the E-cash Voucher will be deducted automatically upon the Eligible Cardholder making subsequent Eligible Transaction with the Applicable Credit Card via WeChat Pay HK and the redemption will be shown on the payment proof of WeChat Pay HK. Only one (1) E-cash Voucher can be used per transaction.
If the Eligible Cardholder has more than one (1) e-cash voucher in "Coupon" of WeChat Pay HK, the e-cash voucher with a highest face value will automatically be used first. If there is more than one (1) e-cash voucher with the same face value in the "Coupon", the e-cash voucher with an earliest expiry date will automatically be used first.
E-cash Vouchers are not transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, other products or offers, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discounts or coupons unless otherwise specified.
If the Eligible Cardholder meets the requirements and conditions for both the WeChat Pay HK instant discount promotion (that is, the relevant amount can be reduced after spending a certain amount) and the E-cash Voucher, the Cardholder can only enjoy one of the offers. WeChat Pay HK system will automatically select the larger discount to deduct the payment amount. If the discount amount of the instant discount promotion and the E-cash Voucher are the same, the discount of the instant discount promotion will be used first.
In case of return of goods or refund, only the actual payment amount will be refunded. The discount amount of the E-cash Voucher is non-refundable. E-cash Vouchers will not be reissued after being used.
Time and validity of any registration or transactions and/or eligibility of the Eligible Cardholder to this Promotion shall be determined by the Bank and WeChat Pay Hong Kong at their sole discretion based on their record. If there is any discrepancy between the record of transaction held by the Eligible Cardholder and that held by the Bank and/or WeChat Pay Hong Kong, the record of the Bank and WeChat Pay Hong Kong shall be conclusive and binding on the Eligible Cardholder.
This Promotion is only applicable to Eligible Cardholders whose Applicable Credit Card accounts are valid, not in default and in good standing (as determined by the Bank at its sole discretion) during the Promotion Period and when the Offer is issued. If the status of a Eligible Cardholder’s Applicable Credit Card account is not in good standing, the Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Eligible Cardholder from participating in the Promotion.
If the Eligible Cardholder obtains and/or uses the E-cash Voucher in an illegal, fraudulent or improper manner, WeChat Pay Hong Kong reserves the right to disqualify the Eligible Cardholder from participating in this Promotion, obtaining and/or using the E-cash Vouchers without prior notice.
By participating in this Promotion, the Eligible Cardholders accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions hereof, and agree that WeChat Pay Hong Kong may use his/her personal information in accordance with WeChat Pay Hong Kong's "Privacy Policy" (https://hkwallet.moneydata.hk/hkwalletv3/agreement/agreement_privacy_policy.html)* for the purpose of this Promotion.
The Bank and WeChat Pay Hong Kong reserve the right, at any time, to amend or change any terms and conditions of this Promotion, or terminate this Promotion.
In case of any dispute in connection with this Promotion, the decision of WeChat Pay Hong Kong and the Bank shall be final and conclusive. For any enquiries about details of this Promotion, please contact WeChat Pay Hong Kong Customer Service Hotline at 3929 1666.

“DBS Credit Cards x WeChat Pay HK eStamp Reward” Terms and Conditions (Revised version: extension of Promotion Period in clause 3)

“DBS Credit Cards x WeChat Pay HK eStamp Reward” (“Promotion”) is co-organized by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (“the Bank”) and WeChat Pay Hong Kong Limited ("WeChat Pay Hong Kong") and is governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
This Promotion is only applicable to the WeChat Pay HK users (“Users”) who meet the following requirements:-
1. the principal cardholders of DBS Credit Cards and Co-branded Cards (excluding Private Label Card, Business Card and DBS Black American Express^® Card) issued by the Bank in Hong Kong (“Applicable Credit Cards”). This Promotion is not applicable to supplementary card cardholders; and
2. has bound an Applicable Credit Card to his/her WeChat Pay HK account before or during the Promotional Period.
Hereinafter referred to as “Eligible Cardholders”.
The promotion period for the Promotion is from 12 p.m. on 5 June 2023 (Hong Kong time) to 11:59 p.m. on 22 May 2023 (Hong Kong time) (both dates inclusive) ("Promotion Period").
During the Promotion Period, each Eligible Cardholder can only participate in this Promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions once. For the avoidance of doubt, “each Eligible Cardholder” refers to a natural person with legal capacity who uses the WeChat Pay HK service, but not merely a WeChat Pay HK account. To avoid any dispute, in the following circumstances, the relevant WeChat Pay HK accounts will be deemed to be used by the same Eligible Cardholder:
1. logging in of multiple WeChat Pay HK accounts on the same mobile phone or mobile device; or
2. logging in of the same WeChat Pay HK account with multiple mobile phones or mobile devices; or
3. the same bank account or credit card number being connected to multiple WeChat Pay HK accounts.
In the case of any of the above, in order to verify the Eligible Cardholder’s identity and prevent the risk of theft or misuse of such WeChat Pay HK account, mobile phone number, mobile device, bank account or credit card number, WeChat Pay Hong Kong reserves the right to suspend or terminate the release of the e-Stamp and/or the E-cash Voucher rewarded to the relevant WeChat Pay HK account and to take legal action it deems fit.
For the purpose of this Promotion, “Eligible Transactions” refer to the designated posted offline and online retail transactions made by the Eligible Cardholder in Hong Kong Dollars (excluding money transfer, bill payment, red packet, telecom payment, utilities payment, top up for any stored value facilities and cross-border remittance) with the bound Applicable Credit Card via WeChat Pay HK. The Bank and WeChat Pay Hong Kong have the sole discretion to define the scope of Eligible Transactions.
During the Promotion Period, an Eligible Cardholder can earn e-stamp in the “Monthly WeStamps” campaign ("e-stamp”) for E-Cash Voucher (as defined below) redemption by the following ways:
1. Upon completing one (1) cross-border Eligible Transaction with the bound Applicable Credit Card via WeChat Pay HK, an Eligible Cardholder can receive one (1) e-stamp issued by WeChat Pay Hong Kong (“Overseas Spending Mission”). For the avoidance of doubt, “cross-border Eligible Transaction” refers to Eligible Transaction conducted at merchants in Mainland China, Macau Special Administrative Region and Japan as designated by WeChat Pay Hong Kong at its sole and absolute discretions that accept payments via WeChat Pay HK (cross-border transaction will be settled in Hong Kong Dollars automatically); or
2. Upon completing an Eligible Transaction of a single spending of HK$100 or more at merchants in Hong Kong, Mainland China, Macau Special Administrative Region and Japan (cross-border transaction will be settled in Hong Kong Dollars automatically) as designated by WeChat Pay Hong Kong at its sole and absolute discretions, that accept payments via WeChat Pay HK (“Designated Merchants”) with the bound Applicable Credit Card via WeChat Pay HK during the Promotion Period, an Eligible Cardholder can receive one (1) e-stamp issued by WeChat Pay Hong Kong (“General Spending Mission”).
Eligible Cardholders can also get e-stamps by completing other e-stamps missions every month in the “Monthly WeStamps” campaign page, which can also be used to redeem the E-cash Voucher under this Promotion.
E-stamps collected are calculated monthly and Eligible Cardholders are required to redeem the E-cash Voucher within the calendar month of receiving the e-stamps. Any unredeemed e-stamp will be automatically forfeited after 11:59 pm on the last calendar day of each month and will not be reissued.
During the Promotion Period, upon four (4) e-stamps collected, an Eligible Cardholder can redeem four (4) e-stamps to one (1) HK$15 DBS Credit Card exclusive e-cash voucher (“E-cash Voucher”) within the calendar month of receiving the e-stamps, via the campaign page of “Monthly WeStamps” in WeChat Pay HK. Each Eligible Cardholder will be entitled to redeem a maximum of one (1) E-cash Voucher per day, a maximum of two (2) E-cash Vouchers per calendar month and a maximum of six (6) E-cash Vouchers throughout the Promotion Period.
During the Promotion Period, each Eligible Cardholder can earn up to one (1) e-stamp from Overseas Spending Mission; and for the General Spending Mission, each Eligible Cardholder can earn up to one (1) e-stamp per day, a maximum of four (4) e-stamps per calendar month and a maximum of twelve (12) e-stamps throughout the Promotion Period. In total, each Eligible Cardholder can earn up to thirteen (13) e-stamps in total through Overseas Spending Task and General Spending Task during the Promotion Period. The rewarded e-stamp(s) will be shown in “e-Stamps” section of WeChat Pay HK (WeChat > “Me” > “Services” > “e-Stamps”). For the details of other e-stamps missions, please refer to the terms and condition of correspondent promotions in WeChat Pay HK.
The number of E-cash Vouchers available for redemption under this Promotion is limited and will be subject to a daily quota during the Promotion Period. The redemption of E-cash Vouchers by Eligible Cardholders is based on a first-come-first-served basis, and while stocks last without prior notice. The number of E-cash Vouchers available as recorded in the system of WeChat Pay HK shall prevail under any circumstances. E-cash Vouchers quota usage status will be reflected on the WeChat Pay HK platform.
The E-cash Voucher will be credited to the Eligible Cardholder’s WeChat Pay HK account automatically after redemption. Each E-cash Voucher will be valid for 14 days (inclusive of the 14th day) upon issuance. Any expired E-cash Voucher that has not been used will automatically become invalid and will not be reissued. Eligible Cardholders can only use the E-cash Voucher to enjoy HK$15 off upon the Eligible Cardholder performs a subsequent Eligible Transaction of a single spending of HK$200 or more with the Applicable Credit Cards via WeChat Pay HK at any Designated Merchants. Eligible Cardholders may check the details of the E-cash Voucher in “Coupon” of WeChat Pay HK (WeChat > “Me” > “Services” > “Offers” > “My Rewards” > “Coupon”) within its validity period.
The E-cash Vouchers are issued by WeChat Pay Hong Kong and can only be used for transaction conducted with WeChat Pay HK. The E-cash Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred, nor can they be used to top up for any stored value facilities. For the avoidance of doubt, E-cash Vouchers are not applicable for any form of payment including tax payment, Person-to-Person (P2P) Payment transfer, telecom payment and utilities payment, money transfer, local or international remittance, red packet. The Bank and WeChat Pay Hong Kong have the sole discretion to define the scope of application of the E-cash Voucher.
Eligible Cardholders are not required to present the E-cash Voucher when enjoying the offer. As long as the conditions of use of the E-cash Voucher are satisfied, the value of the E-cash Voucher will be deducted automatically upon the Eligible Cardholder making subsequent Eligible Transaction with the bound Applicable Credit Cards via WeChat Pay HK and the redemption will be shown on the payment proof of WeChat Pay HK. Only one (1) E-cash Voucher can be used per transaction.
If the Eligible Cardholder has more than one (1) E-cash Voucher (inclusive of different kinds of e-cash vouchers) in the "Coupon" of WeChat Pay HK, under circumstances when the requirements for use are complied with, the e-cash voucher with a highest face value will automatically be used first. If there is more than one (1) e-cash voucher with the same face value in the "Coupon", the e-cash voucher with an earliest expiry date will automatically be used first.
The use of E-cash Vouchers is subject to the respective terms and conditions to be determined by WeChat Pay Hong Kong from time to time. Please refer to the terms and conditions stated in WeChat Pay HK for more details. WeChat Pay Hong Kong reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to amend or change any terms and conditions of the respective promotions.
Unless otherwise specified, E-cash Vouchers are not transferable, and cannot be redeemed for other products or offers, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discounts or coupons unless otherwise specified.

If the discount amount of the instant discount promotion and the E-cash Voucher are the same, the discount of the instant discount promotion will be used first.
