General Terms and Conditions for DBS Credit Card Offers

  1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion offers published in this webpage ("Offers") are only applicable to the cardholders of DBS Credit Cards, DBS Co-branded Cards and DBS COMPASS VISA (excluding Business Card and Private Label Card) (“Applicable Credit Cards”) issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”) (“Cardholders”).
  2. To enjoy the Offers, Cardholders are required to settle payment with the Applicable Credit Cards.
  3. For Cardholders holding DBS Black American Express® Card, Offers are applicable to them only at merchants’ outlets (either physical or online) accepting American Express® Card for payment.
  4. Certain Offers are not valid on public holidays, eves of public holidays, festive days, eves of festive days and black-out days as designated by the merchants. Please contact the respective merchants for details.
  5. Cardholders should confirm the Offers with the respective merchants before payment. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers are only applicable to the respective merchant outlets in Hong Kong.
  6. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers are applicable to regular-priced items only and not applicable to fixed-priced, discounted, consignment, promotional, festive and designated items/services. The Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts, coupons or membership offers.
  7. Advance appointment with mentioning of using the Offers during reservation may be required for specific merchants. Please call the respective merchants for details in advance.
  8. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers related to dining are not applicable to take-away items, set menu, discounted dishes, room services, meetings, private functions, banquets, catering services, happy hours, charge for tea and condiments and 10% service charge.
  9. All products and services are subject to availability while stocks last.
  10. The prices of all products and services published in this webpage are for reference only. No notice will be made should there be any changes.
  11. The Bank is not the supplier of the products/services or the description, photos or reference prices (if any) in relation to the products/services published in this webpage (which are intended to be for reference only). Any enquiry, claim or complaint in relation to the quality or availability of the products/services or the accuracy of any of the aforementioned information contained in this webpage shall be directed to the relevant merchants. The Bank shall assume no liability in respect thereof.
  12. The Bank will not accept any liability for any loss incurred by Cardholders should the respective merchants refuse to provide the Offers.
  13. Besides these terms and conditions, each Offer is subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to it.
  14. A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions may not enforce any of their terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
  15. The Bank and the respective merchants may change these terms and conditions and/or modify or terminate the Offers. The Bank’s and the respective merchant’s decision are final.
  16. The English version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.

 

“DBS Credit Card x Wilson Communications Promotion Offer” Terms and Conditions

  1. DBS Credit Card x Wilson Communications Promotion Offer (“Promotion”) is only applicable to the principal cardholders ("Principal Cardholders") of DBS Credit Cards and Co-branded Cards (excluding Private Label Cards and Business Cards) ("Applicable Credit Cards") issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the "Bank"). This Promotion is not applicable to supplementary card cardholders.
  2. The Promotion runs from 1 January 2023 to 28 February 2023 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
  3. Principal Cardholders who conduct a single net transaction upon designated amount with Applicable Credit Cards during the Promotion Period at Wilson Communications (“Merchant”) stores and its online shop (https://www.wilsoncomm.com.hk/)* (“Eligible Transaction”) shall be entitled to a deduction from the payable amount for that transaction through the Red "InstaRedeem" button revealed on that transaction after the transaction is posted and displayed in Spending of DBS Card+ mobile application (“DBS Card+”) (”InstaRedeem Discount”). If Principal Cardholders link Applicable Credit Cards to the designated eWallets (as defined in Clause 5) and conduct Eligible Transactions with the Applicable Credit Cards through the designated e-Wallet at Merchant’s store, they can further enjoy an eWallet offer (“eWallet Offer”). InstaRedeem Discount and eWallet Offer are offers (“collectively referred as Offer”) as following:

  4. Each DBS Card+ user can enjoy either one of the Offer once during the Promotion Period, with maximum of HK$450. Quota full message will be shown on the Bank website if quota of the Offer is full.
  5. Designated eWallets only include Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay.
  6. The eWallet Offer that Principal Cardholders entitled will be credited to the Principal Cardholder’s valid Credit Card accounts with sequence as below on or 30 April 2023, and appeared on Principal Cardholders’ next month of statement.

    3. DBS Eminent Card
    4. DBS Live Fresh Card
    5. Other Applicable Cards
  7. To be eligible to enjoy InstaRedeem Discount, Principal Cardholders are required to install the DBS Card+ mobile application and completely register an DBS Card+ account, and turn on the notification in DBS Card+ More > App & Security Setting > Push Notification > “InstaRedeem” before conducting any Eligible Transaction for participating in the Promotion. Principal Cardholders must enjoy InstaRedeem Discount by 15 March 2023; otherwise, it will be considered as giving up the Offer on its own.
  8. For the avoidance of doubt, the following types of transactions are not applicable for the calculation of Eligible Transactions:
    1. Any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund,
    2. Any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by the Bank from time to time;
    3. All payments via eWallet (except for Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay), reloads of eWallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or
    4. Any other type of transaction as determined by the Bank from time to time.
  9. Unless specified, Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts, coupons or membership offers.
  10. The Offer is only applicable to Principal Cardholders whose Applicable Credit Card accounts are valid, not in default and in good standing (as determined by the Bank at its sole discretion) during the Promotion Period and when the Offers are issued. If the status of a Principal Cardholder’s Applicable Credit Card account is not in good standing, the Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Principal Cardholder from participating in the Promotion and/or enjoying the Offers.
  11. The Offer entitled by Principal Cardholders shall be determined by the Bank at its sole discretion based on the Bank’s record. If there is any discrepancy between the record held by Principal Cardholders and that held by the Bank, the Bank’s record shall be conclusive and binding on the Principal Cardholders.
  12. Principal Cardholders must retain the original transaction slips of any transactions. In case of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right to require Principal Cardholders to submit the relevant original transaction slips, other documents or evidence for verification. The submitted transaction slips, documents and/or evidence will not be returned. If there is any discrepancy between the Bank’s record and Principal Cardholder’s record of any transaction, the Bank’s record shall prevail.
  13. The InstaRedeem Discount of this Promotion cannot be enjoyed in conjunction with other “InstaRedeem” offer/reward offered by the Bank and the merchants. If a Principal Cardholder’s spending meets the requirements of other "InstaRedeem" offer/reward at the same time, the Bank has the right to determine which offer/reward to be awarded in respect of that spending. When the spending has already been awarded under the offer/reward of this Promotion, the same spending cannot be awarded again under other "InstaRedeem" promotions and vice versa. In case of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right of final decision.
  14. The Bank is not the supplier of the products/services and the description, photos or reference price (if any) in relation to the products/services, which are not provided by the Bank and intended to be for reference only. Any enquiry, claim or complaint in relation to the quality or availability of the products/services or the accuracy of any of the aforementioned information contained on this marketing material shall be directed to the participating supplies. The Bank shall assume no liability in respect thereof.
  15. Participation in the Promotion is subject to there being no abuse or non-compliance by the Principal Cardholder, failing which the Bank will debit the values of the Offer from the Principal Cardholder’s account without notice and/or take such action to recover any outstanding amounts.
  16. The Bank and the Merchant may change these terms and conditions and/or modify or terminate the Promotion. The Bank and the Merchant’s decision are final.
  17. The English version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.

 

“Flexi Shopping Offers – Wilson Communications” Terms and Conditions

General Terms and Conditions:

  1. “Flexi Shopping Offers – Wilson Communications” (“Promotion”) is only applicable to the principal cardholder (“Cardholder”) of DBS Credit Card and Co-branded Cards (excluding DBS LiveFresh Credit Card, Business Card and Private Label Card) (“Applicable Credit Cards”) issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”).
  2. The Promotion runs from 1 Jan 2023 to 28 Feb 2023, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
  3. For this promotion, successful application for the Flexi Shopping Programme ("Flexi Shopping") means that the first instalment is posted to the Applicable Credit Card account during the Promotion Period; the Rewards mean the Fee Rebate and Prizes.
  4. This Promotion is bound by the terms and conditions of Flexi Shopping, for details, please refer to go.dbs.com/hk-fstnc-n.
  5. Participation in this Promotion is subject to there being no abuse / non-compliance by the Cardholder, failing which the Bank will debit the value of the Rewards from the Cardholder’s Applicable Credit Card account without notice and/or take such action to recover any outstanding amounts.
  6. This Promotion and the Rewards are only applicable to Cardholder whose Applicable Credit Card accounts are valid, not in default and in good standing (as determined by the Bank at its sole discretion) during the Promotion Period and when the Rewards are awarded. If the status of a Cardholder’s Applicable Credit Card account is not in good standing, the Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Cardholder from receiving the Rewards and/or refuse to issue the Rewards of this Promotion to the Cardholder.
  7. The Bank may change these terms and conditions and/or modify or terminate the Promotion. The Bank’s decision is final.
  8. The Chinese version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.

“Flexi Shopping that charged one-off handling fee Offer – Wilson Communications” Terms and Conditions:

  1. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders who made a single transaction of HK$500 or above with Applicable Credit Cards via Wilson Communications stores and its online shop ( https://www.wilsoncomm.com.hk)* (“Eligible Transaction”) and successfully apply for 6-month Flexi Shopping that charged one-off handling fee via DBS Card+ mobile application (“DBS Card+”) will receive up to HK$520 cash rebate once for the one-off handling fee involved in application (“Fee Rebate”). Cardholders can enjoy the Fee Rebate once only in the Promotion.
  2. Fee Rebate is only applicable to the highest single Eligible Transaction amount of the first successful application for the 6-month Flexi Shopping that charged one-off handling fee via DBS Card+ during the Promotion Period. Examples are as follows:

    Example 1: Made a single transaction of HK$1,000 at Wilson Communications and successfully applied for Flexi Shopping that charged one-off handling fee with 6-month instalments during the Promotion Period to enjoy HK$40 one-off handling fee rebate.

    Example 3: Made two transactions of HK$2,000 and HK$45,000 respectively at Wilson Communications and successfully applied for Flexi Shopping that charged one-off handling fee with 6-month instalments with other transactions during the Promotion Period to enjoy HK$520 handling fee rebate (calculated based on the HK$45,000 Wilson Communications spending which is the highest single Eligible Transaction amount of the 1st successful application and the upper limit of one-off handling fee rebate).

  3. Fee Rebate will be credited to the relevant Applicable Credit Card account on or before 31 May 2023 and shown on the monthly statement.
  4. The Fee Rebate of this Promotion cannot be enjoyed in conjunction with the rewards of other Flexi Shopping promotion. If a Cardholder's Flexi Shopping application has already been rewarded in other Flexi Shopping promotion, he/she can no longer receive the Fee Rebate from this Promotion. In case of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right of final decision.

“Flexi Shopping Wilson Communications lucky draw” Terms and Conditions:

  1. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders who made a single transaction of HK$500 or above with Applicable Credit Card via Wilson Communications stores and its online shop ( https://www.wilsoncomm.com.hk)* (“Eligible Transaction”) and successfully apply for Flexi Shopping, regardless of the number of instalments and the application channel, will automatically receive one lucky draw chance of Flexi Shopping Grand Lucky Draw (“Lucky Draw”).
  2. The Lucky Draw will be held on or before 10 May 2023 and the winner will be randomly drawn by the computer. Cardholders can check the Lucky Draw result and redemption detail on DBS website (https://www.dbs.com.hk/personal/credit-cards/announcement.page) after 20 May 2023. The Bank will notify the winners via SMS or email within 3 months after the end of the Promotion Period. The Lucky Draw prizes (the “Prize”) is up to 100% Spending Cash Rebate (Quota: 3). Each winner will receive a full cash rebate of the highest Eligible Transaction amount among the Eligible Transactions involved in all successful applications for Flexi Shopping during the Promotion Period, with the Prize cap of HK$5,000. Only one Eligible Transaction is eligible for the Prize of the Lucky Draw for each winner. Examples are as follows:

    Example 1: A winner who made transactions of HK$1,000 and HK$2,000 respectively at Wilson Communications and successfully applied for one Flexi Shopping during the Promotion Period with other transactions (regardless of the application channel) will receive HK$2,000 cash rebate (HK$2,000 x 100%).

  3. Winners will receive the Prize from the Bank within 3 months after the Promotion Period. The Prize will be credited to the Applicable Credit Card account and shown in monthly statement. The Bank will not accept any requests for exchange and/or reissue of prizes.
  4. If the Prize has been given to the Cardholder but Cardholder cancel the related Flexi Shopping, the Bank reserves the right to disqualify Cardholder from enjoying the Prize and debit the value of the Prize from the Cardholder’s Applicable Credit Card account without notice and/or take such action to recover any outstanding amounts.
