DBS Credit Card x PARKnSHOP Spending Offer Terms and Conditions

  1. DBS Credit Card x PARKnSHOP Spending Offer (“Promotion”) is only applicable to the cardholders (“Cardholders”) of DBS Credit Cards and Co-branded Cards (excluding Private Label Cards and Business Cards) (“Applicable Credit Cards”) issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”).
  2. The Promotion Period (“Promotion Period”) runs from 1 July to 31 August 2022, both dates inclusive.
  3. A Cardholder who completes an Eligible Transaction (as defined in clause 4) on every Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays (“Promotion Calendar Day”) during the Promotion Period with the Applicable Credit Card at the Hong Kong outlets of PARKnSHOP, TASTE, FUSION, TASTE X FRESH (If you wish to enjoy this offer in Amoy Plaza TASTE x FRESH store, please reach TASTE checkout counter ), INTERNATIONAL, food le parc, GOURMET, GREAT FOOD HALL, EXPRESS and PARKnSHOP Frozen Food Store (“PARKnSHOP Outlets”), or at PARKnSHOP eShop www.PARKnSHOP.com *and PARKnSHOP app (“PARKnSHOP eShop”) shall be eligible to below offer (“Offer”).
    1. Offer 1: Conduct an Eligible Transaction (See clause 4) with DBS COMPASS VISA, can enjoy HK$50 Rebate (“Rebate”);
    2. Offer 2: Conduct an Eligible Transaction (See clause 4) with Applicable Credit Cards except DBS COMPASS VISA (including but not limit to DBS Eminent Card, DBS Live Fresh Card, DBS Black World Mastercard®, DBS Black American Express® Card), can enjoy HK$40 Rebate (“Rebate”).
  4. “Eligible Transaction” shall mean a single net transaction amount of at least HK$500 completed at the PARKnSHOP Outlets or PARKnSHOP eShop. Net transaction amount is the transaction amount after deducting any promotion discount (including staff discount, if applicable) and before COMPASS Dollar redemption (if applicable). The following types of transactions are not Eligible Transactions for the purpose of this Promotion in PARKnSHOP Outlets: purchase of gift coupon/ eVoucher, stage 1 infant milk formula, tobacco, phone card/ prepaid phone card / gift card, Food Coupon, PARKnSHOP Food Card, consignment counter transaction, bill payments, Octopus /Alipay reloads, any redemption promotion and eStamp redemption, bulk / case purchase with single transaction over HK$50,000 or 50 cases, plastic shopping bag charging, delivery service charge and 3 Shop products and services. Also not applicable to transaction paid through the in-app purchase function of PARKnSHOP mobile app using Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay in all transactions in PARKnSHOP eShop, Click & Collects orders/ phone / fax and any www.greatfoodhall.com * orders. Transactions made at any outlets in Macau and Mainland China, unauthorized transactions, transactions and reload of e-Wallets (including but not limited to AlipayHK & Tap & Go) and any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and refund or any other categories of transactions specified by the Bank from time to time. The following types of transactions are not Eligible Transactions for the purpose of this Promotion in PARKnSHOP eShop: purchase of hampers, stage 1 infant milk powder, mooncakes, hairy crabs, supplier direct delivery items, pre-order items, outlets pick up items, items from Watsons eMall and Fortress.
  5. Offer is available on first come first served basis. If quota is full, the message will be announced on the Bank website and merchant’s promotional materials.
  6. Relevant Rebates of Eligible Transactions will be credited to the Cardholder’s valid Credit Card accounts with sequence as below on or before 31 October 2022, and appeared on Cardholders’ next month of statement.

    6. Other Applicable Cards
  7. Each Cardholder can enjoy Offer 1 or Offer 2 with a maximum of two times, or Offer 1 and Offer 2 once each, i.e., a maximum rebate is HK$100 (regardless of the number of Applicable Credit Cards he/she hold). If a Cardholder has completed 2 or more Eligible Transactions during Promotion Period, only the 2 Eligible Transactions with the highest Rebate are counted. Please refer to the table of Spending Example below for details.
  8. If there is a supplementary card under the Applicable Credit Card account, the Eligible Transactions conducted and the Rebate for Eligible Transactions conducted with the supplementary card will be counted towards the principal card account.

    Spending Example:

    Scenario 1: A Principal Cardholder who uses DBS COMPASS VISA spending two Eligible Transactions during Promotion Period at PARKnSHOP Outlets/ PARKnSHOP eShop can get the maximum Rebate of HK$100.

    Scenario 3: A Principal Cardholder who uses DBS Live Fresh Card and DBS Black World Mastercard® spending two Eligible Transactions in total during Promotion Period at PARKnSHOP Outlets / PARKnSHOP eShop can get the maximum Rebate of HK$80.

    Scenario 4: A Principal Cardholder uses DBS COMPASS VISA spending one Eligible Transaction and his/her Supplementary Cardholder of DBS COMPASS VISA and DBS Live Fresh Card spends two Eligible Transactions in total during Promotion Period at PARKnSHOP Outlets / PARKnSHOP eShop. The Principal Cardholder can get the maximum Rebate of HK$100 and it will be credited to the principal card account.

    Scenario 5: A Principal Cardholder who uses DBS COMPASS VISA, DBS Live Fresh Card, DBS Black Word Mastercard® spending four Eligible Transactions in total during Promotion Period at PARKnSHOP Outlets / PARKnSHOP eShop, he/she can get the maximum Rebate of HK$100.

  9. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer and Rebate cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or cash coupons. The corresponding Offer and Rebate will be cancelled or returned along with any cancelled or refunded Eligible Transactions.
  10. The Promotion is only applicable to Cardholders whose Applicable Credit Card accounts are in good standing, remain valid and not in default (as determined by the Bank at its sole discretion) during the Promotion Period and when the Offer and/or Rebate is offered to the Cardholders. The Bank has sole discretion to determine the eligibility of a Cardholder’s entitlement to the Rebate.
  11. Cardholders must retain the original transaction slips or proof of any transactions. In case of any disputes regarding the Offer and/ or Rebate entitled, the Bank reserves the right to require Cardholders to submit the relevant original transaction slips, other documents or evidence for verification. If there is any discrepancy between the record held by the Cardholders and that held by the Bank, the Bank’s record shall be conclusive and binding on the Cardholders. The submitted transaction slips, documents and/or evidence will not be returned.
  12. Participation in the Promotion is subject to there being no abuse/non compliance by the Cardholder, failing which the Bank will debit the values of the Offer and/ or Rebate from the Cardholder’s account without notice and/or take such action to recover any outstanding amounts.
  13. The Bank may change these terms and conditions and/or modify or terminate the Promotion. The Bank’s decision is final.
  14. The English version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.

General Terms and Conditions for DBS Credit Card Offers

  1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion offers published in this webpage ("Offers") are only applicable to the cardholders of DBS Credit Cards, DBS Co-branded Cards and DBS COMPASS VISA (excluding Business Card and Private Label Card) (“Applicable Credit Cards”) issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”) (“Cardholders”).
  2. To enjoy the Offers, Cardholders are required to settle payment with the Applicable Credit Cards.
  3. For Cardholders holding DBS Black American Express® Card, Offers are applicable to them only at merchants’ outlets (either physical or online) accepting American Express® Card for payment.
  4. Certain Offers are not valid on public holidays, eves of public holidays, festive days, eves of festive days and black-out days as designated by the merchants. Please contact the respective merchants for details.
  5. Cardholders should confirm the Offers with the respective merchants before payment. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers are only applicable to the respective merchant outlets in Hong Kong.
  6. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers are applicable to regular-priced items only and not applicable to fixed-priced, discounted, consignment, promotional, festive and designated items/services. The Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts, coupons or membership offers.
  7. Advance appointment with mentioning of using the Offers during reservation may be required for specific merchants. Please call the respective merchants for details in advance.
  8. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers related to dining are not applicable to take-away items, set menu, discounted dishes, room services, meetings, private functions, banquets, catering services, happy hours, charge for tea and condiments and 10% service charge.
  9. All products and services are subject to availability while stocks last.
  10. The prices of all products and services published in this webpage are for reference only. No notice will be made should there be any changes.
  11. The Bank is not the supplier of the products/services or the description, photos or reference prices (if any) in relation to the products/services published in this webpage (which are intended to be for reference only). Any enquiry, claim or complaint in relation to the quality or availability of the products/services or the accuracy of any of the aforementioned information contained in this webpage shall be directed to the relevant merchants.   12. The Bank will not accept any liability for any loss incurred by Cardholders should the respective merchants refuse to provide the Offers.
  13. Besides these terms and conditions, each Offer is subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to it.
  14. A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions may not enforce any of their terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
  15. The Bank and the respective merchants may change these terms and conditions and/or modify or terminate the Offers. The Bank’s and the respective merchant’s decision are final.
  16. The English version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.
