“DBS x Nike Online Limited-time Spending Offers” Terms and Conditions

  1. The “DBS x Nike Online Limited-time Spending Offers” (“Promotion”) is only applicable to the Principal and Supplementary Cardholders (unless otherwise specified) (“Cardholders”) of DBS Credit Cards and Co-branded Cards (excluding Private Label Card, CABLE Power VISA, DBS Pay Less Visa Platinum Card and Business Card) (“Applicable Credit Cards”) issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the "Bank").
  2. The "Promotion Period" runs from 13 December 2021 to 31 March 2022 (both dates inclusive).
  3. Cardholders who conduct a single transaction with the Applicable Credit Cards upon meeting the designated spending requirement at Nike (“Merchant”) ‘s designated website (https://www.nike.com.hk) (“Merchant’s Designated Website”) and fulfill the designated requirements during the Promotional Period (“Eligible Transaction”) will be entitled to “InstaRedeem” Offer (applicable to Principal Cardholders only) (“Offer”) below. Details of the Offer are as follows:

  4. Cardholders must register and login successfully as a member of Merchant at Merchant’s Designated Website, and settle payment via Applicable Credit Cards to enjoy the Offer.
  5. Offer quotas are applied to the Offer and in first come first served basis according to the time record of pressing the Red “InstaRedeem” button. Quota full message will be shown on the Bank website in case Offer quotas are full. Each Cardholder can enjoy the Offer once only during the Promotional Period
  6. For the avoidance of doubt, the following types of transactions are not applicable for the calculation of Eligible Transactions:
    • Any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund,
    • Any autopay, unposted transactions, bill payment transactions or any other means as specified by the Bank from time to time;
    • All payments via e-Wallet (except for Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay), reloads of e-Wallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or
    • Any other type of transaction as determined by the Bank from time to time.
  7. Cardholders are required to fulfill all the following requirements to be eligible to enjoy the Offer:
    1. Only applicable to Applicable Credit Cards’ principal cardholders;
    2. Install the DBS Card+ mobile application (“DBS Card+”) and complete the registration of DBS Card+ account, and turn on the notification in DBS Card+ More > App & Security Settings > Push Notification > “InstaRedeem” before conducting any Eligible Transaction for participating in the Promotion. Principal cardholders who have already registered DBS Card+ do not need to register again;
    3. Offer must be redeemed through the Red "InstaRedeem" button revealed on the Eligible Transaction after the transaction is posted and displayed in Timeline of DBS Card+, principal cardholder can use the “InstaRedeem” amount received to set off the amount payable for that transaction via the “InstaRedeem” function of DBS Card+, Offer must be used on or before 14 April 2022. Otherwise, it will be considered as giving up the offer.
  8. The“InstaRedeem” offer of this Promotion cannot be enjoyed in conjunction with other “InstaRedeem” promotion offers offered by the Bank and the merchants. If Customer’s spending meets the award requirements of other "InstaRedeem" promotion offer at the same time, the Bank has the right to determine which offer to be awarded in respect of that spending. When the spending has already been awarded in this Promotion, the same spending cannot be awarded again under other "InstaRedeem" promotions and vice versa. In case of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right of final decision.
  9. Unless otherwise specified, Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts, coupons or membership offers.
  10. This Promotion is only applicable to the Cardholders whose Applicable Credit Card accounts are valid, not in default and in good standing (as determined by the Bank at its sole discretion) during the Promotion Period and when the Offer is issued. If the status of a Cardholder’s Applicable Credit Card account is not in good standing, the Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Cardholder from participating in the Promotion and/or enjoying the Offer.
  11. Time and validity of any transactions and/or eligibility of a Cardholder to the Offer shall be determined by the Bank at its sole discretion based on the Bank’s record. If there is any discrepancy between the record of transaction held by a Cardholder and that held by the Bank, the Bank’s record shall be conclusive and binding on the Cardholder.
  12. Participation in the Promotion is subject to there being no abuse/non compliance by the Cardholder, failing which the Bank will debit the values of the Offers from the Cardholder’s account without notice and/or take such action to recover any outstanding amounts.
  13. The Bank is not the supplier of the products/services and the description, photos or reference price (if any) in relation to the products/services published on this marketing material, which are not provided by the Bank and intended to be for reference only. Any enquiry, claim or complaint in relation to the quality or availability of the products/services or the accuracy of any of the aforementioned information contained on this marketing material shall be directed to the participating supplies. The Bank shall assume no liability in respect thereof.
  14. The Bank and the Merchant may change these terms and conditions and/or modify or terminate the Promotion. The Bank’s and the Merchant’s decision are final.
  15. The English version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.

 

“HKBN 5G Mobile Services Plan Flash Offer” Terms and Conditions

  1. “HKBN 5G Mobile Services Plan Flash Offer” (the “Promotion”) is only applicable to cardholders (“Cardholders”) of DBS Credit Cards and Co-branded Cards (excluding Private Label Cards and Business Cards) ("Applicable Credit Cards") issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”).
  2. The promotion period runs from 21 March 2022 to 30 April 2022, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
  3. Cardholders who register the Promotion online via HKBN’s (“Merchant”) designated website (https://www.hkbn.net/mp/DBS5G/en)* with Applicable Credit Cards during the Promotion Period shall be entitled to the following offer (“Offer”).
    • Offer: Enjoy HK$149/monthly package with 5G 100GB Data Mobile Service Plan (thereafter 5Mbps Unlimited Data, 24 months contract), with an additional monthly administration fee of HK$18 (“Designated Mobile Services Plan”).
  4. Cardholder must successfully register for above Offer on or before 30 April 2022.
  5. Cardholders are eligible to enjoy 6-month Disney+ Service, 6-month SAFT Cyber-security & antivirus software and a total of HK$300 HOME+ E-cash Coupon for free when the above conditions are fulfilled (as stated in clause 3 & clause 4 above).
  6. Cardholder who has successfully ported-in numbers to HKBN can enjoy the HK$18 monthly administration fee waiver. This HK$18 monthly administration fee waiver is only applicable within the minimum commitment period of the Designated Mobile Services Plan and when the mobile services plan is still in service. The mobile services plan includes the following basic services: (i) 100GB of 5G local data per month, (ii) 3,000 minutes of local airtime per month, and free value-added-services including VoiceMail, Call Waiting, Caller Number Display, Call Forward, Conference Call and Call Barring. Cardholder is responsible for paying all charges or fees incurred from using the mobile service, including but not limited to SMS, roaming charges, and/or other charges from value-added services and pay-as-you-go services. When local data usage reaches the 100GB local data entitlement limit in monthly bill cycle, upload and download speed for thereafter data access will be restricted to not more than 5Mbps. 5G network is required to be used with compatible designated models of mobile devices. This mobile services plan is not applicable to 2G phones/connected devices or any phones/connected devices which have manually opted for 2G network. Actual data transmission speed that Cardholders experience may vary due to Internet traffic conditions, local conditions, hardware, software and other conditions which may arise. The network is supported by 3HK.
  7. HKBN will send the HK$300 HOME+ E-cash Coupon notification email to cardholder’s email address within 4-8 weeks after successful activation of the Designated Mobile Service Plan. Cardholder shall collect the HOME+ E-cash Coupon through MYHKBN (https://www.hkbn.net/myhkbn/en/login* or download and successfully login MYHKBN APP). Cardholders must check and redeem the reward by themselves; additional reminders will not be given. Cardholders must already be registered as a HOME+ member to enjoy the HOME+ E-cash Coupon.
  8. Offer has 500 registration quotas, first come first served while quotas last. When the quota is full, quota full message will be shown on HKBN Website.

  10. The Offer entitled by Cardholders shall be determined by the Bank at its sole discretion based on the Bank’s record. If there is any discrepancy between the record held by Cardholders and that held by the Bank, the Bank’s record shall be conclusive and binding on the Cardholders.
  11. The Bank is not the provider of any of the products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same. If there are defects or other disputes in respect of the products or services, the merchant shall be responsible.
  12. Participation in the Promotion is subject to there being no abuse or non-compliance by the Cardholder, failing which the Bank will debit the values of the Offer from the Cardholder’s account without notice and/or take such action to recover any outstanding amounts.
  13. The Bank and HKBN reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions as well as to vary or terminate the Promotion. In the event of disputes, the decision of the Bank and HKBN shall be final and binding.
  14. The English version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.

General Terms and Conditions for DBS Credit Card Offers

  1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion offers published in this webpage ("Offers") are only applicable to the cardholders of DBS Credit Cards, DBS Co-branded Cards and DBS COMPASS VISA (excluding Business Card and Private Label Card) (“Applicable Credit Cards”) issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”) (“Cardholders”).
  2. To enjoy the Offers, Cardholders are required to settle payment with the Applicable Credit Cards.
  3. For Cardholders holding DBS Black American Express® Card, Offers are applicable to them only at merchants’ outlets (either physical or online) accepting American Express® Card for payment.
  4. Certain Offers are not valid on public holidays, eves of public holidays, festive days, eves of festive days and black-out days as designated by the merchants. Please contact the respective merchants for details.
  5. Cardholders should confirm the Offers with the respective merchants before payment. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers are only applicable to the respective merchant outlets in Hong Kong.
  6. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers are applicable to regular-priced items only and not applicable to fixed-priced, discounted, consignment, promotional, festive and designated items/services. The Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts, coupons or membership offers.
  7. Advance appointment with mentioning of using the Offers during reservation may be required for specific merchants. Please call the respective merchants for details in advance.
  8. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers related to dining are not applicable to take-away items, set menu, discounted dishes, room services, meetings, private functions, banquets, catering services, happy hours, charge for tea and condiments and 10% service charge.
  9. All products and services are subject to availability while stocks last.

  11.   14. A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions may not enforce any of their terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
  15. The Bank and the respective merchants may change these terms and conditions and/or modify or terminate the Offers. The Bank’s and the respective merchant’s decision are final.
  16. The English version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.
