“DBS X foodpanda Summer Sale up to 20% off InstaRedeem offer” Terms and Conditions

  1. “DBS X foodpanda Summer Sale up to 20% off InstaRedeem offer” (“Promotion”) is applicable to the principal cardholders (“Cardholders”) of DBS Credit Cards and Co-branded Cards (excluding Private Label Cards and Business Cards) (“Applicable Credit Cards”) issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”). This Promotion is not applicable to supplementary cardholders.
  2. The Promotion period runs from 3 July 2021 to 31 July 2021, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
  3. Upon a single net spending of HK$250 or above in Hong Kong dollars for food delivery, pick-up service or grocery delivery with the Applicable Credit Card at foodpanda (“Merchant”) official website (www.foodpanda.com.hk) or its mobile app ("Eligible Transaction"), Cardholders shall be entitled to a 20% deduction (“Offer”) from the payable amount for that transaction through the Red "InstaRedeem" button revealed on that transaction after the transaction is posted and displayed in Timeline of DBS Card+ mobile application (“DBS Card+”). Maximum deduction is HK$70 per transaction. Each Card+ account can enjoy the Offer once.
  4. To enjoy the Offer, Cardholders are required to install the DBS Card+ mobile application (“DBS Card+”) and completely register an DBS Card+ account, and turn on the notification in DBS Card+ setting > Push Notification > “InstaRedeem” before conducting any Eligible Transaction for participating in the Promotion. Cardholders must enjoy the Offer by 14 August 2021 23:59 (HKT); otherwise, it is considered to give up the Offer on its own. The time for posting of transaction and displaying the transaction on DBS Card+ Timeline will be depended on the merchant category, payment processing time of merchant or payment gateway.
  5. The Offer is limited to the first 5,000 Eligible Transactions and is on first-come first-served basis until quota is full.
  6. For the avoidance of doubt, the following types of transactions shall not be considered as Eligible Transactions:
    1. Any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund,
    2. Any autopay, installment, unposted transactions, bill payment transactions or any other means as specified by the Bank from time to time;
    3. Payment via eWallet (except for Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay), all reloads of e-Wallet and Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service;
    4. Any other type of transaction as determined by the Bank from time to time.
  7. The Offer of this Promotion cannot be enjoyed in conjunction with the offer of other InstaRedeem promotions of the Bank. If Cardholder's Eligible Transaction has already been rewarded in other InstaRedeem promotion, he/she can no longer receive the Offer from this Promotion. In case of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right of final decision.
  8. The Offer is only applicable to Cardholders whose Applicable Credit Card accounts are valid, not in default and in good standing (as determined by the Bank at its sole discretion) during the Promotion Period and when the Offer is issued. If the status of a Cardholder’s Applicable Credit Card account is not in good standing, the Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Cardholder from participating in the Promotion and/or enjoying the Offer.
  9. The Offer entitled by Cardholders shall be determined by the Bank at its sole discretion based on the Bank’s record. Cardholders must retain the original transaction slips of any transactions. In case of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right to require Cardholders to submit the relevant original transaction slips, other documents or evidence for verification. The submitted transaction slips, documents and/or evidence will not be returned. If there is any discrepancy between the Bank’s record and Cardholder’s record of any transaction, the Bank’s record shall prevail.
  10. Participation in the Promotion is subject to there being no abuse or non-compliance by the Cardholder, failing which the Bank will debit the values of the Offer from the Cardholder’s account without notice and/or take such action to recover any outstanding amounts.
  11. The Bank is not the provider of any of the products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same. If there are defects or other disputes in respect of the products or services, the designated merchant shall be responsible.
  12. The Bank may change these terms and conditions and/or modify or terminate the Promotion. The Bank’s decision is final.
  13. The English version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.

 

“DBS X foodpanda Buy 5 Get 1 Free Offer” Terms and Conditions

  1. “DBS X foodpanda Buy 5 Get 1 Free Offer” (the “Promotion”) is applicable to the principal cardholders (“Cardholders”) of DBS Credit Cards and Co-branded Cards (excluding Private Label Cards and Business Cards) (“Applicable Credit Cards”) issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”). This Promotion is not applicable to supplementary cardholders.
  2. The promotion period is from 1 February 2021 to 31 July 2021, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
  3. To participate in the Promotion, Cardholders must download DBS Card+ mobile application (“DBS Card+”), successfully register DBS Card+ account and enable the “InstaRedeem” push notification of DBS Card+.
  4. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders who complete a single transaction of HK$40 or above at foodpanda (“Merchant”) official website (www.foodpanda.com.hk) or its mobile app for food takeaway or grocery order (pandamart & foodpanda mall)with the Applicable Credit Card ("Eligible Transaction") will receive 1 stamp. The stamp will be displayed on the Timeline of DBS Card+. For every 5 stamps collected by the Cardholder, the next Eligible Transaction completed on foodpanda with the Applicable Credit Card and displayed on the Timeline of DBS Card+ will enclose a red button of HK$40 “InstaRedeem” amount (“Offer”). Cardholder can click the red button to use the Offer to off-set HK$40 of the amount payable for that spending. Cardholders must complete the 6 Eligible Transactions mentioned above within the same calendar month to enjoy the Offer.
  5. Eligible Transactions completed via e-Wallets (including but not limited to Payme, Apple Pay, Google Pay and WeChat Pay, except AlipayHK) are not applicable to this Promotion.
  6. Cardholder will only be awarded 1 stamp per day. Stamps collected within each calendar month during the Promotion Period cannot be carried forward to the next calendar month. All stamp record will be reset in each calendar month.
  7. Cardholders must redeem the Offer earned in each calendar month on or before the 7th day of the next calendar month. When the red “InstaRedeem” button on the Timeline of DBS Card+ disappears after the deadline, Cardholders will be deemed to have forfeited the Offer. The Bank will not make any special arrangements and any forms of compensation.
  8. Each DBS Card+ account can enjoy the Offer 3 times in each calendar month during the Promotion Period. The Offer entitled by the Cardholders shall be determined by the Bank at its sole discretion based on the Bank’s record. If there is any discrepancy between the record held by the Cardholders and that held by the Bank, the Bank’s record shall be conclusive and binding on the Cardholders.
  9. Total 4,000 quota is set for the Offer to be issued per calendar month during the Promotion Period on a first-come, first-served basis. When the quota of a calendar month is full, the Bank will no longer issue any stamp in that calendar month.
  10. The Offer of this Promotion cannot be enjoyed in conjunction with the offer of other InstaRedeem promotions of the Bank. Maximum deduction per transaction is HK$40 off.

Unless otherwise specified, the promotion offers published in this webpage ("Offers") are only applicable to the cardholders of DBS Credit Cards, DBS Co-branded Cards and DBS COMPASS VISA (excluding Business Card and Private Label Card) (“Applicable Credit Cards”) issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”) (“Cardholders”).
  2. To enjoy the Offers, Cardholders are required to settle payment with the Applicable Credit Cards.
  3. For Cardholders holding DBS Black American Express® Card, Offers are applicable to them only at merchants’ outlets (either physical or online) accepting American Express® Card for payment.
