“DBS & Klook Staff x Klook InstaRedeem Offer” Terms and Conditions

  1. “DBS & Klook Staff x Klook InstaRedeem Offer” (the “Promotion”) runs from 11 November 2020 to 17 November 2020 (“Promotion Period”).
  2. The Promotion is only applicable to the staff (including permanent, contract and part time staff) of DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the "Bank") and Klook Travel Technology Limited who have registered for the Promotion (“DBS & Klook Staff”).
  3. DBS & Klook Staff are required to complete and submit the registration form at [https://forms.office.com/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id=d9WKJwjAxE-tSERnvpS-tb2ZtPET0h1IvrcX9DFCkH9UM05QWDdWSzFQMVhRVDRJVlJTUzQwNllNMy4u] from 30 October 2020 to 4 November 2020 to participate in this Promotion.
  4. To be eligible to enjoy the offers of this Promotion (“Offers”, as defined in Clauses 6 and 7 below), registered DBS & Klook Staff are required to fulfill all the following requirements:
    1. Install the DBS Omni mobile application (“DBS Omni”), register for a DBS Omni account, and enable the “InstaRedeem” push notification in the setting of DBS Omni. DBS & Klook staff who have already registered DBS Omni does not need to register again;
    2. Register Klook (“Klook”) account at Klook HK website (https://www.klook.com/en-HK/) or its mobile application. DBS & Klook staff who already have Klook account does not need to register again.
    3. Login Klook account to make a booking at Klook and settle payment via DBS Credit Card and Co-branded Cards (excluding Private Label Card and Business Card)(“Applicable Credit Cards”) issued by the Bank (payment has to be made directly with Applicable Credit Cards; payment made via Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal, Alipay HK or others e-wallet are not applicable to this Promotion); and
    4. Register “InstaRedeem” function by following the instruction at Klook web page right after the transaction is made at Klook. Each Applicable Credit Card needs to register “InstaRedeem” function only once per Klook account.
  5. When a transaction is made and “InstaRedeem” function is successfully registered, an “InstaRedeem” notification will be received at Klook to enjoy the Offers. The Offers must be redeemed by following the instruction and click “Offset Now” at Klook web page or its mobile application right after the payment is made, otherwise, it will be considered as being forfeited. The Bank will not make any special arrangements and any forms of compensation.
  6. Where the added Applicable Credit Card is a DBS Compass Visa or has been enrolled into DBS$ Redemption Scheme under the DBS$ Reward Scheme, the eligible DBS & Klook Staff shall be entitled to the following Offers:-

    Offer 2 Subsequent spending via Klook website (https://www.klook.com/en-HK/) or its’ mobile application (“Eligible Transaction”) during the Promotion Period Offset the spending at the rate of DBS$1 / $1 COMPASS Dollar to HK$2
  7. Scheme under the DBS$ Reward Scheme, the eligible DBS Staff shall be entitled to the following Offer:-

  8. For Offer 2 as mentioned in clause 6 above, conversion of DBS$/ COMPASS Dollar is in integral. The Bank will convert the DBS$ / COMPASS Dollar to be used by the eligible DBS & Klook Staff into the amount in Hong Kong Dollars at the above applicable rate, and credited this into the Applicable Credit Card account to offset the amount payable for the spending.
  9. The “InstaRedeem” amount of this Promotion cannot be enjoyed in conjunction with other “InstaRedeem” promotion offers offered by the Bank and the merchants. If the spending of DBS & Klook Staff made via Klook website (https://www.klook.com/en-HK/) or its’ mobile application during the Promotion Period meets the requirements of more than one "InstaRedeem" promotion at the same time for receiving rewards, the Bank may determine the order of issuing "InstaRedeem" rewards; when that spending has already been awarded in one of the "InstaRedeem" promotions, that spending cannot be awarded again from other "InstaRedeem" promotions. In case of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right of final decision.
  10. The Bank has absolute discretion to determine the validity of a transaction and the eligibility of the Offers based on the details (including time and date) of the relevant transaction in the Bank’s record. If there is any discrepancy between the transaction record of DBS & Klook Staff and that of the Bank, the Bank’s record shall be conclusive.
  11. If there is abuse/non-compliance by the DBS & Klook Staff in this Promotion, he/she cannot enjoy the Offers. The Bank will not offset the spending or where the offsetting has been effected, the Bank may debit the value from the DBS & Klook Staff's account(s) without prior notice and/or take action to recover any outstanding amounts.
  12. The Bank may change these terms and conditions and/or modify or terminate the Promotion. In case of any dispute, the Bank reserves the right of final decision.
  13. The English version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.
