"eWallet Top-up Up To HK$160 Offer" Terms and Conditions

  1. The “eWallet Top-up Up To HK$160 Offer” (“Promotion”) is only applicable to the principal cardholders of DBS Credit Cards (“Designated Credit Cards”) invited by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the "Bank") by email or Omni push notification (“Selected Customers”). The participation eligibility cannot be transferred to others by the Selected Customers. This Promotion is not applicable to supplementary card and DBS Black American Express® Card cardholders.
  2. The promotion period for the Promotion is from 15 October 2020 to 15 January 2021, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
  3. Selected Customers are required to register for the Promotion at the Bank’s website at http://cards.dbs.com.hk or DBS Omni mobile application with the Designated Credit Cards from 9:00am on 15 October 2020 (Hong Kong time) to 11:59pm on 15 January 2021 (Hong Kong time). Selected Customers have to read and confirm the acceptance of the Promotion’s terms and conditions and input the required information according to the instructions. Selected Customers will be given a confirmation email with reference number upon successful registration for record and enquiry purposes. Each Designated Credit Card is only required to register once within the Promotion Period.
  4. During the Promotion Period, Selected Customers who bind Designated Credit Cards in AlipayHK, PayMe, WeChat Pay HK or Octopus on Apple Pay (“Designated eWallet”) and top-up a total of HK$2,000 or above (including transfer top-up) (“Eligible Transaction”) to the respective Designated eWallet for 3 consecutive months can enjoy HK$40 Cash Rebate (“Offer”). For the avoidance of doubt, please refer to the calculation method of the examples of a Selected Customer in different Designated eWallets below:

  5. Each Designated Credit Card can enjoy the Offer once for each Designated eWallet (Once each for AlipayHK, PayMe, WeChat Pay HK and Octopus on Apple Pay, in a total of 4 times).
  6. Offer is limited to the first 6,000 Eligible Transactions and is on a first-come first-serve basis. Offer will be distributed according to the time sequence of successful registration to the Promotion.
  7. Offer will be credited to the relevant Designated Credit Card accounts directly within 3 months after the end of the entire Promotion Period and will be shown on the monthly statement.
  8. Time and validity of any transactions and/or eligibility of a Selected Customers to participate in the Promotion shall be determined by the Bank at its sole discretion based on the Bank’s record. If there is any discrepancy between the record of transaction held by the Selected Customers and that held by the Bank, the Bank’s record shall be conclusive and binding on the Selected Customers.
  9. Selected Customers must keep the record of each Designated eWallet top-up Spending. In case of disputes about the entitlement to the Offer, the Bank reserves the right to require the Selected Customers to present the record of the Designated eWallet top-up spending for verification. If there is any discrepancy between the Bank’s record and Selected Customer’s record, the Bank’s record and determination shall be final and conclusive.
  10. Offer are only applicable to Selected Customers whose Designated Credit Card accounts are determined at the sole discretion of the Bank to be in good standing and remain valid and not in default during the Promotion Period and when the Offer is issued. If the account status has changed, the Bank reserves the right to terminate the Offer for the Selected Customer and/or charge the Selected Customer with the same value of the Offer without prior notice. The Bank shall have the sole discretion in determining a Selected Customer’s entitlement to the Offer.
  11. Participation in the Promotion is subject to there being no abuse/non compliance by the Selected Customer, failing which the Bank will debit the values of the Offer from the Selected Customer’s account without notice and/or take such action to recover any outstanding amounts.
  12. The Bank may change these terms and conditions and/or modify or terminate the Promotion. The Bank’s decision is final.
  13. The English version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.
