"DBS Care more” Food Pack Donation Terms and Conditions

1. “DBS Care more” Food Pack Donation" (the "Event") is a donation event organised by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (“the Bank”).
2. The Event runs from 25 May to 30 June 2020 (the “Event Period").
3. Participants may sponsor Foodlink Foundation’s “DBS Care more Food Pack” (value at HK$50 for each food pack) during the Event Period through the following methods:
   1. donate with DBS Credit Card, DBS COMPASS Card and its Co-Branded Cards (excluding Private Label Cards and Business Cards) issued by the Bank (“Applicable Credit Cards”) at Foodlinks website go.dbs.com/caremore-foodlink, or
   2. login to DBS Omni eSHOP via website http://cards.dbs.com.hk or mobile app (“DBS Omni”) using Applicable Credit Cards to redeem
4. The use of DBS Omni is only applicable to the cardholders (“Cardholders”) of Applicable Credit Cards, and who have chosen “DBS$ Redemption Scheme” as their DBS$ Reward Scheme (if applicable). Cardholders must register and activate a DBS Omni account before the Event Period ends to redeem a “DBS Care more” Food Pack with DBS$50/ $50 COMPASS Dollar. Total 8,000pc of “DBS Card more” Food Pack are available for redemption at DBS Omni eSHOP on a first come first served basis while stock lasts. Redemptions via DBS Omni eSHOP are subject to “DBS Credit Card DBS$ Reward Scheme Terms and Conditions” / “COMPASS CARD Reward Scheme Terms and Conditions” / ”DBS$ Redemption Offer Terms and Conditions” / “COMPASS Dollar Redemption Offer Terms and Conditions “ / “Terms and Conditions for redemption of eSHOP items”. 5. “DBS Care more Food Pack” is provided by Foodlink Foundation. Any enquiry, claim or complaint in relation to the quality or availability of the products/services shall be directed to the relevant merchant, the Bank shall assume no liability in respect thereof.
6. The Bank may change these terms and conditions and/or modify or terminate the Event. The Bank’s decision is final.
7. The English version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.

 

“DBS Credit Card x DBS Care more Food Pack Donation Double Rewards” Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. “DBS Credit Card x DBS Care more Food Pack Donation Double Rewards” Promotion (“Promotion”) is only applicable to the principal cardholders (“Cardholders”) of DBS Black World Mastercard^®, DBS Black American Express^® Card, DBS Eminent Card and DBS COMPASS VISA (“Applicable Credit Cards”) issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”). For DBS Black Card and DBS Eminent Card, Promotion is applicable for cardholders who have chosen “DBS$ Redemption Scheme” as their Reward Scheme.
2. The Promotion is valid from 25 May to 30 June 2020 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
3. Cardholders are required to register the Promotion at the Bank’s website at http://cards.dbs.com.hk or DBS Omni mobile application between 9:00am on 25 May 2020 (Hong Kong time) and 11:59pm on 30 June 2020 (Hong Kong Time) following below steps:
   1. Register DBS Omni account (for those Cardholders who are already with DBS Omni account may skip step (i) and go to step (ii) directly);
   2. Register the Promotion with his/her Applicable Credit Cards. Cardholders must read and confirm the acceptance of the Promotion’s terms and conditions and input the required information according to the instructions. Cardholders will be given confirmation email with reference number upon successful registration for record and enquiry purposes. Each Applicable Credit Card is only required to register once within the Promotion Period.
4. Successfully registered Cardholders who conduct online donation at designated page of Foodlink Foundation’s DBS “Care more” Food Packs Donation (https://go.dbs.com/caremore-foodlink) using the registered Applicable Credit Card as the funding source during the Promotion Period (“Eligible Transactions”) shall be entitled to Double DBS$/COMPASS Dollar Reward. That is, on top of the Basic Reward earning from DBS$ Reward Scheme or COMPASS CARD Reward Scheme ("Basic Reward”), Cardholders can earn additional Reward (“Extra Reward”) from this Promotion. Examples:

   # For DBS Black World Mastercard, calculated based on HK$250 = DBS$2, since DBS$ is in integral, DBS$ earned will be rounded down to the nearest integer.
   * For DBS Black American Express Card, calculated based on HK$250 = DBS$3, since DBS$ is in integral, DBS$ earned will be rounded down to the nearest integer.
   + For DBS Eminent Card, calculated based on HK$100 = DBS$1, since DBS$ is in integral, DBS$ earned will be rounded down to the nearest integer.
   ^For DBS COMPASS VISA, calculated based on HK$250 = $1 COMPASS Dollar, since COMPASS Dollar is in integral, COMPASS Dollar earned will be rounded down to the nearest integer.

5. The Extra Reward is only applicable to the first HK$500,000 Eligible Transactions of this Promotion.
6. Definition of the Eligible Transaction is determined by the Bank at its sole discretion. For the avoidance of doubt, the following types of transactions shall not be regarded as retail transaction: any bill payment transactions made via DBS iBanking, transactions that have been subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund or any other types of transactions specified by the Bank from time to time.
7. The Eligible Transaction conducted through any supplementary card under the Applicable Credit Card will be aggregated with that of the principal card account.
8. Basic Reward will be credited in the form of DBS$/COMPASS Dollar to the Applicable Credit Card account automatically after the transaction(s) is posted and be shown in monthly statement. The Extra Reward of this Promotion will be credited in the form of DBS$/COMPASS Dollar to the Applicable Credit Card account within 3 months after the Promotion Period and be shown in monthly statement.
9. The calculations of Extra Rewards for related transaction amount are rounded down to their nearest integral, decimal places (if any) are not counted.
10. All relevant transactions, based on transaction date, must be conducted during the Promotion Period.
11. Extra Reward is only available to Cardholders whose credit card accounts are in good standing, remain valid and not in default (as determined by the Bank at its sole discretion) during the Promotion Period and when the Extra Reward is issued. The Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Cardholder from enjoying the Extra Reward.
12. Extra Reward cannot be transferred or used to settle the minimum payment, exchanged for cash, spending credit or other discounts / products / services.
13. Eligibility of any transactions for the purpose of this Promotion shall be determined based on the transaction date and time in the Bank’s record. If there is any discrepancy between the Bank’s record and Cardholder’s record of any transaction, the Bank’s record shall prevail. All online transaction, based on transaction date, must be conducted during the Promotion Period.
14. Entitlement of the Promotion is subject to there being no abuse/non compliance by the Cardholders, failing which the Bank will debit the value of the Extra Reward from Cardholder’s account without notice and/or take such action to recover any outstanding amounts.
15. The Bank may change these terms and conditions and / or modify or terminate the Promotion. The Bank’s decision is final.
16. The English version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.
