“health.ESDlife Health Check and Designated Product Offer” Terms and Conditions

  1. “health.ESDlife Health Check and Designated Product Offer” (“Promotion”) is only applicable to the principal and supplementary cardholders (“Cardholders”) of DBS Credit Cards and Co-branded Cards (excluding Private Label Cards and Business Cards) (“Applicable Credit Cards”) issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”).
  2. The "Promotion Period" runs from 15 October 2020 to 15 December 2020, both dates inclusive.
  3. Cardholders who conduct retail transactions in Hong Kong dollar with Applicable Credit Cards during the Promotion Period at health.ESDlife (“Merchant”) official website (https://health.esdlife.com/dbstactical2020) or call the service hotline at (852) 3151 2244 and provide the discount before payment (“Eligible Transaction”) shall be entitled to the following offers (“Offer”):
    1. Offer 1: Enjoy HK$200 instant discount upon purchase of health check plans over HK$2,000 with discount code [DBS200];
    2. Offer 2: Enjoy extra 5% off upon purchase of personal’s healthcare, home & living and organic food with the discount code [DBS95].
  4. Offer 1 is not applicable to non-health check plans, such as Chinese medicines, vaccination packages and child development assessment. Advance booking is required before any health checkup session. Booking details will be communicated after payment according to the arrangements of each medical centre.
  5. Offer 2 is not applicable to mask, fruits and designated discount products.
  6. Unless otherwise specified, Offer cannot be transferred, exchanged, returned, exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts, coupons or membership offers.
  7. The Bank and the Merchant may change these terms and conditions and/or modify or terminate the Promotion. The Bank and the Merchant’s decision are final.
  8. The English version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.

 

“DBS Credit Card x mydental InstaRedeem Promotion” Terms and Conditions (Revised version: Promotion period in clause 2 and offer validity in clause 5)

  1. DBS Credit Card x mydental InstaRedeem Promotion (“Promotion”) is only applicable to the principal cardholders (“Cardholders”) of DBS Credit Cards, its Co-branded Cards and DBS COMPASS VISA (excluding Private Label Cards and Business Cards) (“Applicable Credit Cards”) issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”). This Promotion is not applicable to supplementary card cardholders.
  2. The "Promotion Period" runs from 1 September 2020 to 31 December 2020, both dates inclusive.
  3. Cardholders completing transactions at mydental (“Merchant”)’s website (https://www.mydental.com.hk/) in Hong Kong dollar with Applicable Credit Cards during the Promotion Period (“Eligible Transactions”) shall be entitled to the following offers (“Offer”):
    1. Offer 1: Enjoy HK$150 InstaRedeem discount upon HK$10,000 - HK$29,999 single spending. Cardholders can be entitled a HK$150 deduction from the payable amount for that transaction through the Red "InstaRedeem" button revealed on that transaction after the transaction is posted and displayed in Timeline of DBS Omni; or
    2. Offer 2: Enjoy HK$500 InstaRedeem discount upon HK$30,000 single spending. Cardholders can be entitled a HK$500 deduction from the payable amount for that transaction through the Red "InstaRedeem" button revealed on that transaction after the transaction is posted and displayed in Timeline of DBS Omni;
  4. Each DBS Omni account is entitled to redeem Offer 1 and Offer 2 once each during the entire Promotion Period. Offer is limited to a total of 1,125 transactions and will be served in first come first served basis according to the time record of pressing the InstaRedeem icon for enjoying the Offer. Quota full message will be shown on DBS website if quota is full.
  5. To be eligible to enjoy the Offers, Principal Cardholders are required to install the DBS Omni mobile application and completely register an DBS Omni account, and turn on the notification in DBS Omni setting > Push Notification > “InstaRedeem” before conducting any Eligible Transactions for participating in the Promotion. Principal Cardholders must enjoy the Offers by 14 January 2021; otherwise, it will be considered as giving up the Offers on its own.
  6. For the avoidance of doubt, the following types of transactions are not applicable for the calculation of Eligible Transactions:
    1. Any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund,
    2. Any autopay, unposted transactions, bill payment transactions or any other means as specified by the Bank from time to time;
    3. Payment via eWallet (include but not limited to Apple Pay, Google Pay Payme, AlipayHK and WeChat Pay), all reloads of e-Wallet and Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service;
    4. Any other type of transaction as determined by the Bank from time to time.
  7. Unless specified, Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts, coupons or membership offers.
  8. The Offer of this Promotion cannot be enjoyed in conjunction with the offer of other InstaRedeem promotions of the Bank. If Cardholder's Eligible Transaction has already been rewarded in other InstaRedeem promotion, he/she can no longer receive the Offer from this Promotion. In case of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right of final decision.
  9. The Offer is only applicable to Cardholders whose Applicable Credit Card accounts are valid, not in default and in good standing (as determined by the Bank at its sole discretion) during the Promotion Period and when the Offer and/or cash rebate is issued. If the status of a Cardholder’s Applicable Credit Card account is not in good standing, the Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Cardholder from participating in the Promotion and/or enjoying the Offer.
  10. The Offer entitled by Cardholders shall be determined by the Bank at its sole discretion based on the Bank’s record. If there is any discrepancy between the record held by Cardholders and that held by the Bank, the Bank’s record shall be conclusive and binding on the Cardholders.
  11. Cardholders must retain the original transaction slips of any transactions. In case of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right to require Cardholders to submit the relevant original transaction slips, other documents or evidence for verification. The submitted transaction slips, documents and/or evidence will not be returned. If there is any discrepancy between the Bank’s record and Cardholder’s record of any transaction, the Bank’s record shall prevail.
  12. Participation in the Offer is subject to there being no abuse/non compliance by the Cardholder, failing which the Bank will debit the values of the Offer from the Cardholder’s account without notice and/or take such action to recover any outstanding amounts.
  13. The Bank and the Merchant may change these terms and conditions and/or modify or terminate the Promotion. The Bank and participating merchant’s decision are final.
  14. The English version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.

  6. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers are applicable to regular-priced items only and not applicable to fixed-priced, discounted, consignment, promotional, festive and designated items/services.
