InstaRedeem HK$100 Offer on MobileShield Protection Year Plan for SmarTone User (the “Promotion”)

  1. The Promotion is applicable to the principal cardholder of DBS Credit Cards and Co-branded Cards (excluding Private Label Cards and Business Cards) (“Applicable Credit Card”) issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”) (“Eligible Customer”). The Bank’s decision on whether a customer is an Eligible Customer shall be final and conclusive. 
  2. The Promotion shall run from 20 April 2020 to 30 June 2020 (the “Promotion Period”). 
  3. Before subscribing MobileShield Year Plan (Premium at HK$972, excluding levy) (the “Plan”), Eligible Customers are required to (1) install the DBS Omni mobile application; (2) complete the registration and confirmation of the DBS Omni account; and (3) enable the notification in DBS Omni setting > Push Notification > “InstaRedeem” in order to participate in the Promotion.
  4. Eligible Customers must:-
  5. a. make any purchase or conduct any transaction (including any bill payment) at SmarTone during the period from 1 January 2020 to 30 June 2020 by Applicable Credit Card before subscribing the Plan; and
    b. successfully subscribe for the Plan and settle premium payment with an Applicable Credit Card through the Bank’s website during the Promotion Period;
    to enjoy HK$100 InstaRedeem discount (the “Offer”) through pressing the Red “InstaRedeem” button of DBS Omni displayed in the Timeline function after the spending is posted. The Offer is subject to 500 quotas and is available on a first come first serve basis. 
  6. Eligible Customers shall enjoy the Offer through pressing the Red “InstaRedeem” button of DBS Omni on or before 31 August 2020, otherwise the Offer will be forfeited without prior notice.
  7. The Offer is only applicable to Eligible Customers whose Applicable Credit Card accounts are valid, not in default and in good standing (as determined by the Bank at its sole discretion) during the Promotion Period. If the status of an Eligible Customer’s Applicable Credit Card account is not in good standing, the Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Eligible Customers from participating in the Promotion and/or enjoying the Offer.
  8. Eligibility of any transaction for the purpose of the Offer shall be determined based on the transaction date and time in the Bank's record. If there is any discrepancy between the Bank's record and Eligible Customers' record, the Bank's record shall be final and conclusive.
  9. If Eligible Customers cancel the Plan, the Offer will be forfeited without notice or the value of Offer will be deducted from the refund premium.
  10. Eligible Customers cannot enjoy the Promotion together with any other offer.
  11. Participation in the Promotion is subject to there being no abuse or non-compliance by the Eligible Customer, failing which the Bank will debit the values of the Offer from the Eligible Customer’s account without notice and/or take such action to recover any outstanding amounts.
  12. The Bank may change these terms and conditions and/or modify or terminate the Promotion. The Bank’s decision is final.
  13. The Bank is a licensed insurance agent of Chubb Insurance Hong Kong Limited (“Chubb”). The Bank will receive commissions and incentives from Chubb as remuneration for marketing Chubb's products.
  14. Chubb and the Bank have the sole discretion in determining Eligible Customers’ eligibility to the Promotion.
  15. The English version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.
