“DBS Credit Card x YOHO Shopping Offer” Terms and Conditions

  1. “DBS Credit Card x YOHO Shopping Offer” (the “Promotion”) is only applicable to the cardholders ("Cardholders") of DBS Credit Cards and Co-branded Cards (excluding Private Label Cards and Business Cards) ("Applicable Credit Cards") issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the "Bank").
  2. The Promotion runs from 1 June 2021 to 30 June 2021 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
  3. Upon a single net spending of HK$2,000 or above (excluding shipping fee) with the Applicable Credit Card and using the designated promotion code of “DBS2021” at YOHO online store (https://www.yohohongkong.com) during the Promotion Period ("Eligible Transaction"), Cardholders shall be entitled to an instant discount of HK$120 (“Offer”) from the payable amount for that Eligible Transaction.
  4. During checkout, in the "Payment Method" column, Cardholders must select "DBS Credit Cards" and successfully pay with Applicable Credit Cards to enjoy the Offer. If Cardholders choose a payment method other than "DBS Credit Cards", they will not be eligible for the Offer.
  5. Cardholders must enter and use the designated promotion code during checkout to enjoy the Offer. If the designated promotion code is not used when placing the order, the Offer will not be reissued.
  6. Once Cardholders enter and use the designated promotion code of the Promotion, they must use Applicable Credit Cards to pay and the payment method cannot be changed.
  7. For the avoidance of doubt, the following types of transactions are not applicable for the calculation of Eligible Transactions in the Promotion:
    • Any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund;
    • Any autopay, unposted transactions, purchasing coupons, Environmental Levy on Plastic Shopping Bags, transactions made at any outlets outside Hong Kong (including Macau and China) or any unauthorized transactions;
    • All payment via eWallet (include but not limited to Payme, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay and AlipayHK), reloads of e-Wallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or
    • Any other type of transaction as determined by the Bank from time to time.
  8. The Offer for the Promotion is limited to the first 5,000 Eligible Transactions and is on first-come first-served basis until quota full.
  9. The Offer entitled by Cardholders shall be determined by the Bank and YOHO at its sole discretion based on the Bank’s and YOHO’s record. If there is any discrepancy between the record held by Cardholders and that held by the Bank or YOHO, the Bank’s record shall be conclusive and binding on the Cardholders.
  10. Offer is only applicable to Cardholders whose Applicable Credit Card accounts are valid, not in default and in good standing (as determined by the Bank at its sole discretion) during the Promotion Period and when the Offer is issued. If the status of a Cardholder’s Applicable Credit Card account is not in good standing, the Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Cardholder from participating in the Promotion and/or enjoying the Offer.
  11. Cardholders must retain the original transaction slips of any transactions. In case of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right to require Cardholders to submit the relevant original transaction slips, other documents or evidence for verification. The submitted transaction slips, documents and/or evidence will not be returned. If there is any discrepancy between the Bank’s record and Cardholder’s record of any transaction, the Bank’s record shall prevail.
  12. Participation in the Promotion is subject to there being no abuse/non compliance by Cardholder, failing which the Bank will debit the values of the Offer from Cardholder’s account without notice and/or take such action to recover any outstanding amounts.
  13. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers and discounts of YOHO, and cannot be exchanged for cash, other products, services or discounts, and cannot be transferred.
  14. If any transaction used to calculate the discount involves fraud or abuse (including but not limited to multiple purchases of the same product with the same credit card number), YOHO reserves the right to cancel the order without prior notice.
  15. If anyone is found to participate in this event with an empty account, fake account, the same series of email addresses, via plug-ins or other informal channels, or disrupt or manipulate this event by using any programs, YOHO reserves the right to cancel the order without prior notice.
  16. The Bank and YOHO are not the supplier of the products or services provider and are not responsible for any obligations and liabilities relating to the respective products and services.
  17. The Bank and YOHO may change these terms and conditions and/or modify or terminate the Promotion. The Bank’s and YOHO’s decision are final.
  18. The English version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.

 

“DBS Credit Card x Dyson Promotion” Terms and Conditions

  1. DBS Credit Card x Dyson Promotion Offer (“Promotion”) is only applicable to the principal cardholders (“Principal Cardholders”) of DBS Credit Cards, its Co-branded Cards and DBS COMPASS VISA (excluding Private Label Cards and Business Cards) (“Applicable Credit Cards”) issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”). This Promotion is not applicable to supplementary card cardholders.
  2. The Promotion Period (“Promotion Period”) of the Offer runs from 1 June 2021 to 31 July 2021, both dates inclusive.
  3. Principal Cardholders completing retail transactions at the Dyson (“Merchant”) Online Shop (http://www.dyson.hk) or Dyson Demo Store Elements (Location: Shop 1093, Level One, ELEMENTS, 1 Austin Road West, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong) in Hong Kong dollars during the Promotion Period (“Eligible Transactions”) shall be entitled to the following offers (“Offers”):

  4. To be eligible to enjoy the Offers, Principal Cardholders are required to install the DBS Card+ mobile application and completely register an DBS Card+ account, and turn on the notification in DBS Card+ setting > Push Notification > “InstaRedeem” before conducting any Eligible Transactions for participating in the Promotion. Principal Cardholders must enjoy the Offers by 15 August, 2021; otherwise, it will be considered as giving up the Offers on its own.
  5. Each DBS Card+ account is entitled to a maximum of HK$1,000 "InstaRedeem" offer during the entire Promotion Period. Each Offer can enjoy only ONCE.
  6. For the avoidance of doubt, the following types of transactions are not applicable for the calculation of Eligible Transactions:

  8. Unless specified, Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts, coupons or membership offers.
  9. The Offer is only applicable to Principal Cardholders whose Applicable Credit Card accounts are valid, not in default and in good standing (as determined by the Bank at its sole discretion) during the Promotion Period and when the Offers are issued. If the status of a Principal Cardholder’s Applicable Credit Card account is not in good standing, the Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Principal Cardholder from participating in the Promotion and/or enjoying the Offers.
  10. The Offer entitled by Principal Cardholders shall be determined by the Bank at its sole discretion based on the Bank’s record. If there is any discrepancy between the Bank’s record and Principal Cardholder’s record of any transaction, the Bank’s record shall prevail.
  12. The Offer of this Promotion cannot be enjoyed in conjunction with other “InstaRedeem” offer/reward offered by the Bank and the merchants. If a Principal Cardholder’s spending meets the requirements of other "InstaRedeem" offer/reward at the same time, the Bank has the right to determine which offer/reward to be awarded in respect of that spending. When the spending has already been awarded under the offer/reward of this Promotion, the same spending cannot be awarded again under other "InstaRedeem" promotions and vice versa. In case of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right of final decision.
  13. The Bank is not the supplier of the products/services and the description, photos or reference price (if any) in relation to the products/services, which are not provided by the Bank and intended to be for reference only. Any enquiry, claim or complaint in relation to the quality or availability of the products/services or the accuracy of any of the aforementioned information contained on this marketing material shall be directed to the participating supplies. The Bank shall assume no liability in respect thereof.
  14. The Bank and the Merchant may change these terms and conditions and/or modify or terminate the Promotion. The Bank and the Merchant’s decision are final.

  1. DBS Credit Card x Zalora Offer (“Offer”) is only applicable to the cardholders (“Cardholders”) of DBS Credit Cards and Co-branded Cards (excluding Private Label Cards and Business Cards) (“Applicable Credit Cards”) issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”).
  2. The “Promotion Period” runs from 1 June to 30 June 2021, both dates inclusive.

“DBS Credit Card X Birdie InstaRedeem 30% Off Offer” Terms and Conditions

  1. “DBS Credit Card X Birdie InstaRedeem 30% Off Offer” (“Promotion”) is applicable to the principal cardholders (“Cardholders”) of DBS Credit Cards and Co-branded Cards (excluding Private Label Cards and Business Cards) (“Applicable Credit Cards”) issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”). This Promotion is not applicable to the supplementary cardholders of Applicable Credit Cards, principal cardholders and supplementary cardholders of DBS Live Fresh Cards and to those principal cardholders and supplementary cardholders who choose to participate in DBS$ Cash Rebate Scheme under the DBS$ Reward Scheme.
  2. Promotion period starts from 29 April 2021 to 30 June 2021, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
  3. Before conducting any spending, Cardholders are required to install the DBS Card+ mobile application and complete the registration and confirmation of the DBS Card+ account.   4.   5.   6. For the avoidance of doubt, the following types of transactions shall not be considered as Eligible Transactions:
    1. Any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund,
    2. Any unposted transactions, bill payment transactions made through DBS iBanking, JET Payment Service or any other means as specified by the Bank from time to time;
    3. All payment via eWallet (including but not limited to Payme, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay and AlipayHK), all reloads of e-Wallet and Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service;
    4. Any other type of transaction as determined by the Bank from time to time.
  7. All spending at Merchant will be counted based on the post date of transaction during Promotion Period. And Cardholders must conduct the Eligible Transaction by 30 June 2021 and press the Red “InstaRedeem” button of DBS Card+ for redeeming the Offer by 14 July 2021 23:59 (HKT); otherwise, it will be considered as giving up the Offer on its own without prior notice.
  8. Since DBS$/COMPASS Dollar are in integral, if a Cardholder would like to fully set off the amount payable for spending at the Merchant, the Bank will first round down the required the DBS$/COMPASS Dollar to the nearest integer, then convert it into HK$ amount at the rate of DBS$1/$1 COMPASS Dollar to HK$1.43. For avoidance of doubt, please refer to the below calculation of B and C in the illustration using DBS$/COMPASS Dollar for reference:

“DBS COMPASS VISA CARD x Birdie New Subscription Offer” Promotion Terms and Conditions

  1. " DBS COMPASS VISA CARD x Birdie New Subscription Offer” ("Promotion") is only applicable to the principal cardholders (“Cardholders”) of DBS COMPASS VISA CARD (“Applicable Credit Cards”) issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the "Bank"). The Promotion is not applicable to supplementary card cardholders.
  2. The promotion period is from 1 June 2021 to 30 June 2021, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
  3. Upon a successful subscription with designated promotion code (DBSVISA) to the specified monthly plans with the Applicable Credit Card at Birdie Mobile Limited (“Merchant”) during the Promotion Period and pay with Applicable Credit Card by autopay for 6 consecutive months ("Eligible Transaction"), Cardholders shall be entitled up to HK$270 discount on monthly fees and an extra 9GB data (the “Offer”).
  4. This Promotion is applicable to the new subscribers who register a new mobile number at Merchant or carry over their existing mobile number to Merchant and subscribe to the specified monthly plans with Applicable Credit Card and pay the monthly fee successfully. To enjoy the Offer, Cardholders must remain subscribed to the Merchant’s service and settled with Applicable Credit Card by autopay for 6 consecutive months.
  5. When the Cardholders successfully register and activate the specific monthly plan, the HK$90 monthly fee discount will be deducted in the 1st , 3rd and 6th month, and an extra 3GB of local data will be offered in the 2nd, 4th and 5th month (including the extra 2GB data for enabling autopay with credit card). That is up to a total of HK$270 monthly fee deduction and an extra 9GB data. The extra data will be offered within 7 working days after the Cardholder’s autopay in the relevant month.
  6. Cardholders must remain subscribed to one of the specified monthly plans below for 6 consecutive months to be eligible for the Offer:
    1.     4. The Birdie Mobile 6GB Standard Monthly Plan (Monthly fee: HK$120/month) includes the following services: (i) 6GB of 4G 42Mbps local data per month, (ii) unlimited thereafter local data usage up to 128Kbps after the 6GB local data is fully consumed in the month, (iii) 3,000 local voice call minutes per month, and (iv) voicemail, call forwarding, call number display, call waiting and conference call.
  7. The Offer will be forfeited upon the occurrence of any of the following events:
    1. Changes to a student plan; or
    2. Changes to a service plan with a monthly fee lower than that of the specified monthly plan initially chosen at the time of subscription; or
    3. Terminates the service; or
    4. The mobile telephone service of the mobile telephone number is terminated for whatever reason; or
    5. Changes to non-Applicable Credit Cards issued by the Bank; or
    6. Autopay is disabled or fails.
  8. The Offer is limited to the first 1,100 Eligible Transactions and is on first-come first-served basis until quota is full.
