“DBS Visa Credit Card x Harbour City Extra $3,000 Special Reward” Promotion Terms and Conditions

  1. “DBS Visa Credit Card x Harbour City Extra $3,000 Special Reward” Promotion (“Promotion”) is only applicable to the cardholders (“Cardholders”) of DBS Visa Credit Cards and Co-branded Visa Cards (excluding Private Label Cards and Business Cards) (“Applicable Credit Cards”) issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”).
  2. The promotion period runs from 1 August to 30 September 2021 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
  3. Cardholders who shop at Harbour City merchants list in “your guide” (exclude Gallery by the Harbour/ Bank / Medical Service outlets) (“Spending Merchants”) on any 1 day during Promotion Period with spending of HK$5,000 or above via Government Consumption Vouchers or designated electronic payment^ (A maximum of 3 payment slips from different Spending Merchants) (“Eligible Spending”) can redeem the “Basic Rewards” (Details as below table). If Eligible Transactions includes spending of a minimum of HK$3,000 to spend with Applicable Credit Cards, Cardholders can enjoy extra “Special Rewards” (Details as below table).

  4. In respect of the Promotion, the following types of transactions or receipts are not applicable for that calculation of Eligible Spending:
    1. Any transactions of Add-Value services, purchase of cash vouchers/ gift vouchers/ gift cards, deposit and balance payment, membership fee payment;
    2. Receipts from bank charges, membership fee, medical charges, insurance & investment fee payment, telecommunications services, bill payment service, car parking fee, car wash services, wedding banquets, private and corporate functions at F&B;
    3. Duplicate, photocopied, handwritten receipts and splitting of receipts;
    4. Reloads of e-Wallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service;
    5. Any other categories of transactions as the Bank/ Spending Merchants may specify from time to time
  5. In respect of the Promotion, the following types of spending must be paid with Applicable Credit Cards by the same Cardholder.
    1. Through physical Applicable Credit Cards payment;
    2. Through Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay with Applicable Credit Cards payment; and
    3. Through WeChat Pay, Alipay and Tap & Go, which transaction amount is deducted by tied Applicable DBS Credit Card(s).
  6. To redeem the Rewards, Cardholders are required to register as HARBOUR CITYZEN member, and go to the Organizer’s designated redemption center to redeem on the same spending day. Redemption by sales staff of Harbour City Spending Merchants and other persons on behalf of Cardholders will not be accepted. During redemption, Organizer reserves the right to request Cardholders to present their proof of HARBOUR CITYZEN membership, verify the Eligible Spending’s official receipt copy and supplemented with the proof of corresponding Appliable Credit Cards (including but not limited to present physical credit cards, transaction slip, transaction record on mobile app (screencap is not accepted)). Organizer might capture the images of machine-printed receipt(s) from Spending Merchants and corresponding credit card payment slip(s)/ transaction record(s) for verification and internal control purposes. Organizer reserves the right to not process the redemption if Cardholders refuse to provide the relevant information. Related images collected are retained for the above purposes only and will be destroyed within three months upon the completion of the Promotion.
  7. Daily quota applies on Rewards while stock lasts. Cardholders can redeem the Rewards at redemption counter within 8 days from the spending date (last redemption date is 30 September 2021) if they are not able to redeem on the spending date. During the whole Promotion Period, each Cardholder can only redeem the Rewards ONCE.
  8. If Cardholders’ Eligible Spending which used for redemption has to be cancelled or required refund after redemption, Cardholders should return the redeemed Rewards to the redemption counter prior to reach Spending Merchants for refund.
  9. Cardholders should check the Rewards received on site during redemption. All Rewards are not for sale, non-exchangeable for cash and/or other gifts. If Organizer / Spending Merchants reveal the Rewards are being used for sale, Organizer / Spending Merchants reserve the right to collect or cancel the Rewards.
  10. The Bank will not accept any liability for any loss incurred by Cardholders should Organizer / Spending Merchants refuse to provide the Rewards.
  11. The Bank, Organizer / Spending Merchants may change these terms and conditions and/or modify or terminate the Promotion. The Bank, Organizer / Spending Merchant reserve the right of final decision in any dispute.
  12. The English version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.

  4. Each Cardholder can redeem up to 15 times on Reward 2 during the whole Promotion but limit to redeem ONCE only for same-day spending (total amount) at the same Spending Merchant. Cardholder can redeem the Rewards at redemption counter within 8 days from the spending date (last redemption date is 22 Aug, 2021). Any late redemption, Harbour City Estates Limited reserves any right to reject.
  5. Daily quota applies on Reward 2 while stock lasts, and the redemption will be terminated accordingly without prior notice. Customers can enquire about the status of reward distribution at redemption counters.
  6. Designated electronic payment methods for Cardholders redeeming DBS Special Rewards only include physical credit card payment and corresponding mobile APP payment (including Apple Pay, Google Pay, WeChat Pay, Alipay, Tap & Go) settled by Applicable DBS Credit Card(s).

Members are required to present their own applicable physical credit card used for the spending; corresponding original machine-printed receipts of deposit payment / balance payment (if any) / product pick up slip from Harbour City’s outlet; and electronic payment slip/ transaction record in logged-in mobile payment App. Spending amount is counted by total value of the product (deposit + balance); spending day and coupon redemption table is counted by the day of deposit payment.
  9. For restaurants requiring deposit payment on 21 June – 22 August, 2021, Members can redeem the rewards within 8 days from the day of dining (last dining & redemption date is 22 August, 2021). Members are required to present their own physical credit card/ EPS card/ Octopus Card used for the spending; corresponding original machine-printed receipts (showing the total spending amount including the deposit payment) of the restaurants; and electronic payment slip/ transaction record in logged-in mobile payment App of the deposit payment and balance payment on the day of dining. Total spending amount is counted by deposit and balance payment; spending day and coupon redemption table is counted by the day of dining.
  10. To redeem rewards, Cardholders are required to login onsite and present original merchant cashier machine-printed sales receipt made in Spending Merchants (a maximum of payment slips from 3 different outlets paid by same Eligible Cardholder), with the same amount electronic credit card payment receipts made with Applicable Credit Card / transaction record(s) of logged-in mobile payment App. Cardholder must be supplemented with the corresponding physical Applicable credit cards showing the same name of the Cardholders at redemption counter. Members are required to log in the App and show the transaction(s) for mobile payment (screen cap is not accepted). To redeem DBS Special Rewards, all transactions within the same redemption must be paid by applicable DBS credit card(s).
  11. Harbour City Estates Limited reserves the right to request Cardholders to present their proof of identity and capture the images of machine-printed receipt(s) from outlet(s) and corresponding credit card payment slip(s)/ transaction record(s) in logged-in mobile payment App for verification and internal control purposes.   12. Cardholders must redeem the gift in person. Redemption by sales staff of Harbour City Spending Merchant and other persons on behalf of Cardholders will not be accepted.
  13. All Shopping & Dining Coupons are divided into type A & type B, each type of coupon can be used in designated participating outlets only, types of coupon cannot be chosen upon redemption. Shopping Coupons are valid till 31 August 2021 and Dining Coupons are valid till 12 September 2021. Each type of dining coupon can be used as HK$50 or HK$100 at designated participating outlets, only one designated type of discount is applied to each participating outlet.   14.   1. “DBS Live Fresh Card Exclusive: Decathlon Spending Up to 100% off via InstaRedeem” (the “Promotion”) is only applicable to the principal cardholders (“Cardholders”) of DBS Live Fresh Card (“Applicable Credit Card”) issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”). The Promotion is not applicable to supplementary card cardholders.
  2. The Promotion starts from 29 June 2021 to 31 August 2021, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).
  3. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders who conduct a single net spending of HK$100 or above with Applicable Credit Card at Decathlon retail store & online shop (www.decathlon.com.hk) (”Merchant”) in Hong Kong ("Eligible Transaction") shall be entitled to a HK$100 deduction (the “Offer”) from the payable amount for that Eligible Transaction through the Red "InstaRedeem" button revealed on that transaction after the transaction is posted and displayed in Timeline of DBS Card+ mobile application (the “DBS Card+”). Each Eligible Transaction can be deducted up to HK$100 and each DBS Card+ account can enjoy the Offer once during the Promotion Period.   4. Cardholders must conduct the Eligible Transaction by 31 August 2021 and press the InstaRedeem button for redeeming the Offer by 14 September 2021 23:59 (HKT); otherwise, it will be considered as giving up the Offer on its own.   6. For the avoidance of doubt, the following types of transactions shall not be considered as the Eligible Transactions:
    1. Any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund,
    2. Any autopay, transactions relating to online merchants, installment, unposted transactions, bill payment transactions made through DBS iBanking, JET Payment Service, 24-hour Customer Services Hotline or any other means as specified by the Bank from time to time;
    3. All payment via eWallet (except for Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay), all reloads of e-Wallet and Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service;
    4. Any other categories of transactions as the Bank may specify from time to time.
  7. The Offer of this Promotion cannot be enjoyed in conjunction with other “InstaRedeem” promotion offers offered by the Bank and the merchants. If a Cardholder’s spending meets the requirements of other "InstaRedeem" promotion offer at the same time, the Bank has the right to determine which offer to be awarded in respect of that spending. When the spending has already been awarded under the Offer of this Promotion, the same spending cannot be awarded again under other "InstaRedeem" promotions and vice versa. In case of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right of final decision.
  8. The Offer is only applicable to Cardholders whose Applicable Credit Card accounts are valid, not in default and in good standing (as determined by the Bank at its sole discretion) during the Promotion Period and when the Offer is issued. If the status of a Cardholder’s Applicable Credit Card account is not in good standing, the Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Cardholder from participating in the Promotion and/or enjoying the Offer.
  9. The Offer entitled by Cardholders shall be determined by the Bank at its sole discretion based on the Bank’s record. Cardholders must retain the original transaction slips of any transactions. In case of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right to require Cardholders to submit the relevant original transaction slips, other documents or evidence for verification. The Offer is only applicable to Cardholders whose Applicable Credit Card accounts are valid, not in default and in good standing (as determined by the Bank at its sole discretion) during the Promotion Period and when the Offer is issued. If the status of a Cardholder’s Applicable Credit Card account is not in good standing, the Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Cardholder from participating in the Promotion and/or enjoying the Offer.
  9. The Offer entitled by Cardholders shall be determined by the Bank at its sole discretion based on the Bank’s record. Cardholders must retain the original transaction slips of any transactions. In case of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right to require Cardholders to submit the relevant original transaction slips, other documents or evidence for verification. The submitted transaction slips, documents and/or evidence will not be returned. If there is any discrepancy between the Bank’s record and Cardholder’s record of any transaction, the Bank’s record shall prevail.
