“DBS Credit Card x Designated Henderson Malls’ Promotion” Terms and Conditions

  1. “DBS Credit Card x Designated Henderson Malls’ Promotion” (“Promotion”) is only applicable to the cardholders (“Cardholders”) of DBS Credit Cards and Co-branded Cards (excluding Private Label Cards and Business Cards) (“Applicable Credit Cards”) issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”).
  2. The promotion period runs from 17 January 2020 to 31 March 2020 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
  3. Cardholders who conduct eligible transactions (“Eligible Transactions”) with their Applicable Credit Card meeting designated spending amount as below (“Spending Requirement”) in MCP CENTRAL & MCP DISCOVERY, MOSTown, Shatin Centre•Shatin Plaza, Trend Plaza, KOLOUR Tsuen Wan, KOLOUR Yuen Long, K Plus or Square Mile (“Participating Malls”) merchants (“Spending Merchants”) within the Promotion Period can redeem the following reward (“Reward”) on the same day per following details:

  4. “Spending Merchant” shall mean the Spending Merchants in Participating Malls’ accepting credit card as a payment mean. Merchants’ details can be found in the official website of Participating Malls.
  5. “Eligible Transactions” shall mean any retail transactions conducted at Spending Merchants. For the avoidance of doubt, the following types of transactions or machine printed electronic sales receipt are not applicable for that calculation:
    1. Any photocopied, handwritten and reprinted receipts and credit card sales receipts/statement;
    2. Any transactions that are subject to cancellation, refund or fake transactions;
    3. Any sales receipts without clearly display the transaction amount, merchant name, shop address, transaction date and sales receipt number;
    4. Any WeChat or Alipay payments or reloads of e-Wallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service or any other add-valued service;
    5. Purchase or redemption of merchant coupon (including but not limited to cash voucher, bakery voucher, dining coupon, cash coupon, food coupon, any other good redemption coupon, gift card, shopping card and membership card), membership fee payment, air ticket, train and bus ticket, ferry ticket, travel package, travel related tax and surcharge, hotel booking agency fee (excepted those with levy stamp of The Travel Industry Council of Hong Kong stamp duty), sales of admission ticket (e.g. concert ticket), transaction inside wet market, stamp purchase and HK Post services, tuition fee payment, 999.9 gold and jewellery club fee (gold is excluded), medical and dental / clinic services, insurance plan fee, properties agency, purchase from temporary exhibition booth and short term kiosk, consignment store, monthly payment, online shopping, any good redemption receipts, hiring receipts, any payment related to Hong Kong Immigration Department and any withdrawal by EPS will not be accepted;
    6. For installment/deposit transactions, only transaction stated in sales receipt is acceptable for the calculation of Spending Requirement; any deposit amount in membership card will not be accepted.
    7. Any other categories of transactions as the Bank/Spending Merchants may specify from time to time.
  6. To redeem Gift Voucher, after fulfilling the Spending Requirement as state in clause 3 above, Cardholders are required to present same-day original machine printed electronic sales receipt made in Spending Merchants (with the same amount electronic payment receipts, merchant name and date) made with Applicable Credit Card and the corresponding Applicable Credit Card to the corresponding Concierge at the Participating Malls from 12 noon to 10pm daily. No late redemption will be entertained.
  7. Cardholders need to provide the full name on the Applicable Credit Card to the staff of respective Concierge for registration purpose. All valid sale receipts will be photographed and stamped by the staff of Concierge for verification purposes. All information cannot be changed once registered.
  8. Eligible electronic payments are limited to Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Android Pay,Visa Paywave and Masterpass settled by Applicable Credit Card. For the sake of Cardholders’ benefits, the staff at Concierge reserves the right to take record of the receipts and card information or request customers to present the credit card or Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Android Pay,Visa Paywave and Masterpass interface on your mobile for verification before redeeming the Gift Vouchers.
  9. Cardholders should check the Gift Vouchers on site during Reward redemption. All Gift Vouchers issued are not exchangeable, refundable for cash or used as cash change. Gift Voucher is subject to terms and conditions which are stated at the back of the Gift Voucher.
  10. Gift Voucher is subject to availability while stock lasts and on first come first served basis. No further notice will be given if the quota is ended.
  11. Each Cardholder can only redeem the Reward once per day on the same Participating Malls.
  12. Each card sales receipt only redeem the Reward once, any redeemed sales receipts are not eligible to Promotion.
  13. Reward cannot not be used in conjunction with other mall promotion usage, including MCP$/MOST$ bonus points registration except free parking registration.
  14. Eligibility of any transactions for the purpose of this Promotion shall be determined based on the transaction date and time in the Bank’s record. If there is any discrepancy between the Bank’s record and Cardholder’s record of any transaction, the Bank’s record shall prevail.
  15. Cardholders must keep the original receipt of each transaction. In case of disputes about the entitlement of Promotion, the Bank reserves the right to require the Cardholder to present the original receipt of the spending for verification. If there is any discrepancy between the Bank’s record and Cardholder’s receipt, the Bank’s record and determination shall be final and conclusive.
  16. For Cardholders holding DBS Black American Express® Card, Promotion is applicable to them only at merchants’ outlets accepting American Express® Card for payment.
  17. A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions may not enforce any of their terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
  18. The Bank and Participating Malls may change these terms and conditions and/or modify or terminate the Promotion. The Bank’s and the respective merchant’s decision are final.
  19. DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited and the Participating Malls reserve the right of final decision in any dispute.
  20. The English version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.
