Pinkoi Limited-time Shopping Offer Terms and Conditions

  1. Pinkoi Limited-time Shopping Offer (“Offer”) is applicable to the principal and supplementary cardholders (“Cardholders”) of DBS Credit Cards and Co-branded Cards (excluding Private Label Cards and Business Cards) (“Applicable Credit Cards”) issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”).
  2. The “Promotion Period” runs from 18 November 2019 to 31 January 2020 (both dates inclusive).
  3. Cardholders shop at Pinkoi.com or its mobile App 4.9.0 (Android) or 4.2.0 (iOS) version and purchase with Applicable Credit Cards during Promotion Period and on designated dates to enjoy following offers:

  4. To enjoy Offer 1, Offer 2 and Offer 3, Cardholders have to choose “Credit/debit card payment” to check out. Offer is not applicable to Alipay, Apply Pay or PayPal.
  5. The double Pinkoi Points of Offer 1 will be input into the related Pinkoi account within 3 working days after the Eligible Transaction posted date. For usage details and terms of Pinkoi Point, please refer to https://bit.ly/2pR01xp.
  6. After completing the Eligible Transaction, Cardholders may enjoy the Offer 2 Reward and/or Offer 3 Reward through the Red "InstaRedeem" function of DBS Omni when the transaction is posted and displayed in Timeline, by deducting the payable amount of that transaction. The transaction posting time and displaying time on DBS Omni Timeline will vary depending on the merchant category, payment returning time from merchant or payment gateway.
  7. Quota is applied for the Offer, Offer 2 Reward is limited to the first 5,000 Eligible Transactions. Offer 3 Reward is limited to the first 10,000 Eligible Transactions. Unlimited redemption for each DBS Omni user during the Promotion Period, Offer is granted on a first-come, first-served basis and until quota is full.
  8. Before proceeding the Eligible Transaction, Cardholders are required to install the DBS Omni mobile application and completely register an DBS Omni account and turn on the notification in DBS Omni setting > Push Notification > “InstaRedeem” for participating in the Offer. Cardholders must enjoy the reward by 14 February 2020; otherwise, it is considered as giving up the reward on its own.
  9. The reward entitled by Cardholders shall be determined by the Bank at its sole discretion based on the Bank’s record. If there is any discrepancy between the record held by Cardholders and that held by the Bank, the Bank’s record shall be conclusive and binding on the Cardholders.
  10. Reward is only applicable to Cardholders whose Applicable Credit Card accounts are valid, not in default and in good standing (as determined by the Bank at its sole discretion) during the Promotion Period. If the status of a Cardholder’s Applicable Credit Card account is not in good standing, the Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Cardholder from participating in the Offer and/or enjoying the reward.
  11. Cardholders must retain the original transaction slips of any transactions. In case of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right to require Cardholders to submit the relevant original transaction slips, other documents or evidence for verification. The submitted transaction slips, documents and/or evidence will not be returned. If there is any discrepancy between the Bank’s record and Cardholder’s record of any transaction, the Bank’s record shall prevail.
  12. Participation in the Offer is subject to there being no abuse/non compliance by Cardholder, failing which the Bank will debit the values of the reward from Cardholder’s account without notice and/or take such action to recover any outstanding amounts.
  13. A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions may not enforce any of their terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
  14. The Bank may change these terms and conditions and/or modify or terminate the Offer. The Bank’s decision is final.
  15. Any enquiry claims or complaint in relation to the quality or availability of the products/services shall be directed to the merchant. The Bank shall assume no liability in respect thereof.
  16. The English version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.

 

"Rakuten Global Market Shopping Offer" Terms and Conditions

  1. Rakuten Global Market Shopping Offer (“Offer”) is only applicable to the principal cardholders (“Cardholders”) of DBS Credit Cards and its Co-branded Cards (excluding Private Label Cards and Business Cards) (“Applicable Credit Cards”) issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”).
  2. The "Promotion Period" of the Offer runs from 1 November 2019 09:00am to 30 April 2020 11:59pm (Hong Kong Time) (both dates included).
  3. Cardholders can get a 1,500 JPY coupon (“Coupon”) via designated link (https://global.rakuten.com/zh-tw/event/tieup/dbs/getcoupon/) upon registered as “Rakuten Member” at designated Rakuten Global Market Website (https://global.rakuten.com/zh-tw/event/tieup/dbs/) or its Mobile App. The coupon will be given via the membership account.
  4. Coupon is limited to the first 600 Eligible Transactions each month. Coupon will be available until stock lasts.
  5. Coupon quotas will be updated monthly. The monthly coupons are available and applicable as follows:

  6. Cardholders can use the Coupon upon spending reach 10,000 JPY (net amount of a single order) at a single merchant at Rakuten Global Market website or its Mobile App (“Eligible Transaction”).
  7. Coupon can only be used for Eligible Transaction. Eligible Transaction amount (10,000 JPY) is counted as an original price before using Rakuten Super Points or other promotion discounts. Shipping, packaging and customs are excluded (if any).
  8. Each Cardholder can use the Coupon up to twice each month.
  9. Spending amount and actual discount amount will be counted in Japanese Yen (JPY).

General Terms and Conditions for DBS Credit Card Offers

  1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion offers published in this webpage ("Offers") are only applicable to the cardholders of DBS Credit Cards, DBS Co-branded Cards and DBS COMPASS VISA (excluding Business Card and Private Label Card) (“Applicable Credit Cards”) issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”) (“Cardholders”).
  2. To enjoy the Offers, Cardholders are required to settle payment with the Applicable Credit Cards.
  3. For Cardholders holding DBS Black American Express® Card, Offers are applicable to them only at merchants’ outlets (either physical or online) accepting American Express® Card for payment.
  4. Certain Offers are not valid on public holidays, eves of public holidays, festive days, eves of festive days and black-out days as designated by the merchants. Please contact the respective merchants for details.
