“Emirates Flight Ticket Offer” Terms and Conditions (Revised version, major change underlined at clause 3)

  1. Emirates Flight Ticket Offer (“Offer”) is only applicable to the principal cardholders and supplementary cardholders (“Cardholders”) of DBS Credit Cards and Co-branded Cards (excluding Private Label Cards and Business Cards) (“Applicable Credit Cards”) issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”).
  2. The “Booking Period” runs from 3 September 2019 to 30 November 2019, both dates inclusive.
  3. Cardholders have to book Business Class and Economy Class tickets via Emirates HK website (emirates.hk) or its mobile application for travelling (applicable for Travel Period and destinations listed in clause 5 below) with Applicable Credit Cards during the Booking Period and input a promotional code (HKDBS19) when conducting transactions to enjoy up to 7% instant discount. The discount will be automatically deducted before payment is made. The promotional code must be entered at the time of booking. Any entry of promotional code after the transaction is confirmed will not be accepted.
  4. Applicable Credit Cards must be used for all booking and the relevant payments (including taxes and surcharges) for enjoying the Offer.
  5. Offer is valid for Emirates Business Class and Economy Class one-way or return journeys for departure from Hong Kong to the destinations operated and designated by Emirates in Bangkok, India, Pakistan, The Middle East (except Jeddah and Madinah), Europe, Africa and North & South America during 3 September 2019 to 30 June 2020 (“Travel Period”).
  6. Offer is valid for a maximum of five travellers travelling together on the entire journey. The Cardholder who made the payment must travel with all companions on the entire journey, and in the same booking.
  7. Offer is not applicable to taxes, surcharges and any other additional charges.
  8. The advertised fares are subject to change any time without prior notice. The fares are also subject to availability at the time of purchase and will be offered on a first come, first served basis.
  9. Except the “Emirates InstaRedeem Discount Offer”, Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts, and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash or other products.
  10. Flight restrictions and blackout periods apply, please refer to fare rules from the Emirates online quote.
  11. Cancellation or change of flights and the amount of penalty depends on the fare type. Please refer to fare rules from the Emirates online quote.
  12. Minimum/Maximum stay depends on the booking code, please refer to fare rules from the Emirates online quote.
  13. The Bank is not the supplier of the products/services or the description, photos or reference prices in relation to the products/services published in our marketing materials (which is intended to be for reference only). Any enquiry, claim or complaint in relation to the quality or availability of the products/services or the accuracy of any of the aforementioned information contained in our marketing materials shall be directed to the relevant supplier. The Bank shall assume no liability in respect thereof.
  14. The Bank will not accept any liability for any loss incurred by Cardholders should the participating merchants refuse to provide the Offer.
  15. The Offers are only applicable to Cardholders whose Applicable Credit Card accounts are determined at the sole discretion of the Bank to be in good standing and remain valid and not in default during the Booking Period. The Bank shall have the sole discretion in determining a Cardholder’s eligibility to the Offer.
  16. Time and validity of any transactions and/or eligibility of a Cardholder to the Offer shall be determined by the Bank at its sole discretion based on the Bank’s record. If there is any discrepancy between the record of transaction held by a Cardholder and that held by the Bank, the Bank’s record shall be conclusive and binding on the Cardholder.
  17. Entitlement to the Offers is subject to there being no abuse/non compliance by the Cardholder which the Bank will debit the values of the Offer from Cardholder’s account without notice and/or take such action to recover any outstanding amounts.
  18. A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions may not enforce any of their terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
  19. The Bank and the participating merchant may change these terms and conditions and/or modify or terminate the Offers. The Bank’s and the participating merchant’s decision are final.
  20. The English version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.

 

"Emirates InstaRedeem Discount Offer" Terms and Conditions

  1. "Emirates InstaRedeem Discount Offer" ("Promotion") is only applicable to the principal cardholders (“Principal Cardholders”) of DBS Credit Card and Co-branded Cards (excluding Private Label Card and Business Card) (“Applicable Credit Cards”) issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the "Bank").
  2. The "Promotion Period" runs from 3 September 2019 to 30 November 2019, both dates inclusive.
  3. Principal Cardholders who book flight ticket with Applicable Credit Cards via Emirates HK website (emirates.hk) or its’ mobile application during the Promotion Period (“Eligible Transaction”) can enjoy one of the offers (“Offer”) below:
    • Enjoy HK$100 deduction from the payable amount for a single spending of HK$2,000 or above but less than HK$6,000 through the Red "InstaRedeem" button revealed on that transaction after the transaction posted and displayed in Timeline of DBS Omni; OR
    • Enjoy HK$400 deduction from the payable amount for a single spending of HK$6,000 or above but less than HK$10,000 through the Red "InstaRedeem" button revealed on that transaction after the transaction posted and displayed in Timeline of DBS Omni; OR
    • Enjoy HK$800 deduction from the payable amount for a single spending of HK$10,000 or above through the Red "InstaRedeem" button revealed on that transaction after the transaction posted and displayed in Timeline of DBS Omni
  4. To be eligible to enjoy the Offer, Principal Cardholders are required to install the DBS Omni mobile application, complete the registration of DBS Omni account before conducting any Eligible Transactions, and turn on the notification in DBS Omni’s menu > Setting > Push Notification > “InstaRedeem” for participating in the Promotion. Principal Cardholders must enjoy the Offer by 10 December 2019, otherwise, it is considered as giving up the Offer on its own.
  5. Offer is with quota and is on first come first served basis according to the time record of pressing the Red InstaRedeem button. Quota full message will be shown on DBS website (go.dbs.com/hk-emirates-en) in case quota is fully used.
  6. Each DBS Omni account can enjoy the Offer once only during the entire Promotion Period. The Offer entitled by Principal Cardholders shall be determined by the Bank at its sole discretion based on the Bank’s record.
  7. Time and validity of any transactions and/or eligibility of a Principal Cardholder to the Offer shall be determined by the Bank at its sole discretion based on the Bank’s record. If there is any discrepancy between the record of transaction held by a Principal Cardholder and that held by the Bank, the Bank’s record shall be conclusive and binding on the Principal Cardholder.
  8. Participation in the Promotion is subject to there being no abuse/non compliance by the Principal Cardholder, failing which the Bank will debit the values of the Offer from the Principal Cardholder ’s account without notice and/or take such action to recover any outstanding amounts.

“Singapore Airlines Holidays Package” Offer Terms and Conditions:

  1. Singapore Airlines Holidays Package Offer ("Offer") is only applicable to the principal cardholders and supplementary cardholders ("Cardholder") of DBS Credit Card, its Co-branded Cards and DBS COMPASS VISA (excluding Private Label Card and Business Card) (“Applicable Credit Card”) issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the "Bank").
  2. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer is applicable for booking from 21 October 2019 to 30 November 2019, both dates inclusive. (“Promotion Period”).
  3. Cardholders who book a package (with minimum 2 adult travelers per booking) via anyone of the relevant booking method listed in below table, input / provide the promo code and settle the full payment with Applicable Credit Cards during Promotion Period can enjoy the Offer.   5. Cardholders who book the package at service counter or via hotline have to state their intention to enjoy the Offer before booking. Otherwise, the Offer is not applicable.
  6. Price of packages are quoted per person on twin-sharing basis without taxes included and are valid for minimum 2 adults traveling together for whole journey. Price of package may vary according to the departure date, booking class, hotel and room type and are subject to availability.

“Club Med Offers” Terms and Conditions

  1. “Club Med Offers” (“Promotion”) are only applicable to the principal and supplementary cardholders (“Cardholders”) of DBS Credit Cards and Co-Branded Cards (excluding Private Label Cards and Business Cards) (“Applicable Credit Cards”) issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”).
  2. The “Booking Period” runs from 21 October 2019 to 20 January 2020. The “Travel Period” runs from 29 November 2019 to 9 April 2020, subject to resort opening dates.
  3. During the Booking Period, Cardholders have to book designated package (“Package”) for minimum of 2 persons via Club Med Hotline at 5808 1566 with Applicable Credit Cards to enjoy below offers (“Offers”):

"HK Express Inflight Duty Free Offer" Terms and Conditions

  1. HK Express Inflight Duty Free Offer (“Offer”) is only applicable to the cardholders (“Cardholders”) of DBS Credit Cards, its Co-branded Cards and DBS COMPASS VISA (excluding DBS Black American Express® Card, Private Label Cards and Business Cards) (“Applicable Credit Cards”) issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”).
  2. The “Promotion Period” runs from 1 October 2019 to 31 December 2019 (Hong Kong time).
  3. Cardholders who make purchase of any item listed in the HK Express Duty Free catalogue (“U.shop”) in Hong Kong Express (“Merchant”) inflight (“Eligible Transaction”) and settle payment with Applicable Credit Cards during the Promotion Period shall be entitled to 5% off on net amount of total bill after deducting any other inflight promotion offers.
  4. The discounted value will be rounded up to the nearest dollar.
  5. The Offer can be used in conjunction with any other inflight promotion, special promotion, discounts or promotional coupons.
  6. The Offer cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or other goods and services.
  7. Offer is only applicable for the first HK$5,000 purchase that each Cardholder make at U.shop on each flight sector.
  8. Quota applies and is on first-come-first serve basis. Meanwhile, only limited stocks are carried onboard, the purchase is available while stocks last, and some items at U.shop may not be available.
  9. Due to time constraints, inflight sales may be on a request basis on short flights and may not be able to fulfil all sales requests.
  10. The Bank will not accept any liability for any loss incurred by Cardholders should the Merchants refuse to provide the Offers.

General Terms and Conditions for DBS Credit Card Offers

  1.
