"foodpanda Discount Offer" Terms and Conditions

  1. Unless otherwise specified, "foodpanda Discount Offer" ("Promotion") is only applicable to i) the principal cardholders (“Principal Cardholders”) or ii) the principal and supplementary cardholders (“Cardholders”) of DBS Credit Card, its Co-branded Cards and DBS COMPASS VISA (excluding Private Label Card and Business Card) (“Applicable Credit Cards”) issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the "Bank").
  2. The "Promotion Period" runs from 15 November 2018 to 6 January 2019, both dates inclusive.
  3. Cardholders are required to conduct the online food order delivery on the foodpanda official website (www.foodpanda.hk) or mobile applications with Applicable Credit Cards during the Promotion Period and subject to the operating hours of the respective restaurant (“Eligible Transactions”) to enjoy the below offers:
    • Offer 1: Principal Cardholders can enjoy HK$50 discount for net single spending of HK$50 or above through the Red "InstaRedeem" function of DBS Omni after the transaction posted and displayed in Timeline.
    • Offer 2: Cardholders can enjoy HK$20 instant discount upon each net order of HK$150 or above (excluding delivery fee) by applying the voucher code (made up with DBS and first 6-digit of the Applicable Credit Cards number, e.g. DBS123456 or “DBSAPPLEPAY” for payment via Apple Pay) upon checkout.
    • Offer 3 (Applicable to new foodpanda users only): New foodpanda users refer to a user who has never placed any meal order with their foodpanda account. Cardholders of new foodpanda users can enjoy HK$70 instant discount upon each net order of HK$150 or above (excluding delivery fee) by applying the voucher code (made up with DBSNEW and first 6-digit of the Applicable Credit Cards number, e.g. DBSNEW123456 or “DBSNEWAPPLEPAY” for payment via Apple Pay) upon checkout on the first order.
  4. For the purpose of the Promotion, the following types of transactions should not fall under the scope of Eligible Transactions: any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund, or any other categories of transactions as the Bank may specify from time to time.
  5. To be eligible to enjoy Offer 1, Principal Cardholders are required to install the DBS Omni mobile application and completely register an DBS Omni account on or before the Promotion Period, and turn on the notification in DBS Omni setting > Push Notification > “InstaRedeem” for participating in the Promotion. Principal Cardholders must enjoy Offer 1 by 6 January, 2019; otherwise, it is considered to give up Offer 1 on its own.
  6. Offer 1 is applicable to Principal Cardholders only.
  7. Offer 1 quota is limited to 4,000 and will be served in first come first served basis according to the time record of Eligible Transaction from the Bank.
  8. Each DBS Omni user can enjoy Offer 1 once only.
  9. Offer 1 entitled by Principal Cardholders shall be determined by the Bank at its sole discretion based on the Bank’s record. If there is any discrepancy between the record held by Principal Cardholders and that held by the Bank, the Bank’s record shall be conclusive and binding on the Cardholders.
  10. The Bank and foodpanda will not accept any liability should a Cardholder fail to input the voucher code when conducting Eligible Transactions and that it results in forfeiture of the Cardholder’s eligibility to Offer 2 & Offer 3. foodpanda will automatically apply Offer 2 or Offer 3 to the applicable order and the discount will be displayed accordingly after inputting the applicable voucher code.
  11. Only one voucher code can be used per each Eligible Transaction.
  12. The Promotion may be subject to additional terms and conditions set out by foodpanda. Please contact foodpanda for details.
  13. The offers cannot be exchanged for cash. Except Offer 1, offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
  14. Time and validity of any transactions and/or eligibility of a Cardholder to the offers shall be determined by the Bank at its sole discretion based on the Bank’s record. If there is any discrepancy between the record of transaction held by a Cardholder and that held by the Bank, the Bank’s record shall be conclusive and binding on the Cardholder.
  15. Participation in the Promotion is subject to there being no abuse/noncompliance by the Cardholder, failing which the Bank will debit the values of the offers from the Cardholder ’s account without notice and/or take such action to recover any outstanding amounts.
  16. A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions may not enforce any of their terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
  17. The Bank and foodpanda reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions as well as to vary or terminate the Promotion. In the event of disputes, the decision of the Bank and foodpanda shall be final and binding.
  18. The English version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.

 

"KLOOK Discount Offer" Terms and Conditions

  1. Unless otherwise specify, "KLOOK Discount Offer" ("Promotion") is only applicable to i) the principal cardholders (“Principal Cardholders”) or ii) the principal and supplementary cardholders (“Cardholders”) of DBS Credit Card, its Co-branded Cards and DBS COMPASS VISA (excluding Private Label Card and Business Card) (“Applicable Credit Cards”) issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the "Bank").
  2. The "Booking Period" runs from 22 November 2018 to 6 January 2019, both dates inclusive.
  3. Cardholders who conduct Eligible Transactions with Applicable Credit Cards via KLOOK mobile application during the Booking Period can enjoy the relative offers below:
    • Offer 1: Principal Cardholders can enjoy HK$50 discount for a single spending HK$50 or above (“Eligible Transactions”) on any products via KLOOK mobile application through the Red "InstaRedeem" function of DBS Omni after the transaction posted and displayed in Timeline.
    • Offer 2: Cardholders can enjoy 5% off for a single spending HK$400 or above on any product via KLOOK mobile application and enter a promotional code “KLKDBS400” (“Eligible Transactions) during transaction.
  4. For the purpose of the Promotion, the following types of transactions should not fall under the scope of Eligible Transactions: any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund, or any other categories of transactions as the Bank may specify from time to time.

  10. The Bank and the participating merchant will not accept any liability should a Cardholder fail to input the promotional code when conducting Eligible Transactions and that it results in forfeiture of the Cardholder’s eligibility to offer 2. After entering the promotion code, the system will automatically apply the offer to the applicable order and display the discount on the program.
  11. Only one promotional code can be used per order.

  13. The offers above cannot be exchanged for cash. Except offer 1, offers cannot be used in conjunction with other KLOOK promotions.

  15. The actual selling prices of products are based on the price listed on KLOOK website. The selling prices will be changed slightly from day to day based on the exchange rate fluctuation.
  16. KLOOK platform has been set up in Hong Kong, its product prices can be converted into multiple currencies. Some currency may include service charge and/or handling fees.
  17. Booking made on KLOOK mobile application is not refundable.
  18. All the names of other companies and products may be the trademarks owned by the various related companies.
  19. Images are provided for reference only.

General Terms and Conditions for DBS Credit Card Offers

  1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion offers published in this webpage ("Offers") are only applicable to the cardholders of DBS Credit Cards, DBS Co-branded Cards and DBS COMPASS VISA (excluding Business Card and Private Label Card) (“Applicable Credit Cards”) issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”) (“Cardholders”).
  2. To enjoy the Offers, Cardholders are required to settle payment with the Applicable Credit Cards.
  3. For Cardholders holding DBS Black American Express® Card, Offers are applicable to them only at merchants’ outlets (either physical or online) accepting American Express® Card for payment.
  4. Certain Offers are not valid on public holidays, eves of public holidays, festive days, eves of festive days and black-out days as designated by the merchants. Please contact the respective merchants for details.
  5. Cardholders should confirm the Offers with the respective merchants before payment. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers are only applicable to the respective merchant outlets in Hong Kong.
  6. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers are applicable to regular-priced items only and not applicable to fixed-priced, discounted, consignment, promotional, festive and designated items/services. The Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts, coupons or membership offers.
  7. Advance appointment with mentioning of using the Offers during reservation may be required for specific merchants. Please call the respective merchants for details in advance.
  8. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers related to dining are not applicable to take-away items, set menu, discounted dishes, room services, meetings, private functions, banquets, catering services, happy hours, charge for tea and condiments and 10% service charge.
  9. All products and services are subject to availability while stocks last.
  10. The prices of all products and services published in this webpage are for reference only. No notice will be made should there be any changes.
  11. The Bank is not the supplier of the products/services or the description, photos or reference prices (if any) in relation to the products/services published in this webpage (which are intended to be for reference only). Any enquiry, claim or complaint in relation to the quality or availability of the products/services or the accuracy of any of the aforementioned information contained in this webpage shall be directed to the relevant merchants. The Bank shall assume no liability in respect thereof.
  12. The Bank will not accept any liability for any loss incurred by Cardholders should the respective merchants refuse to provide the Offers.
  13. Besides these terms and conditions, each Offer is subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to it.
  14. A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions may not enforce any of their terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
  15. The Bank and the respective merchants may change these terms and conditions and/or modify or terminate the Offers. The Bank’s and the respective merchant’s decision are final.
  16. The English version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.
