DBS iBanking Initial Username (and iBanking Secure Device if you are a current user of ANZ Digital Banking) as well as separate mailers containing your new DBS ATM Card and/or Chequebook (where applicable) has been mailed to you by the end of August.

Transfer Effective Time

From 9.00am, you will have full access to all DBS branches and can start using DBS iBanking, DBS digibank and your DBS ATM Card.

DBS has sent you a Welcome Letter with your account information and details about your new banking relationship.

Highlights to note

The transfer of ANZ Hong Kong’s Retail and Wealth business to DBS Hong Kong (the “Transfer”) will take effect at 00.00am on Saturday, 9 September 2017 subject to the successful migration between ANZ and DBS (”Effective Time”). Should there be any changes to the date and time of the Transfer, we will notify you separately.

  1. Access to DBS banking services:
    As we prepare to move your ANZ account(s) to DBS, we apologise that there will be some interruption to your banking services. You will have access to DBS services from 9.00am on Monday, 11 September 2017. For ANZ ATM cardholders, if you need emergency cash from 00.00am on Saturday, 9 September 2017 to 9.00am on Monday, 11 September 2017, please call the DBS dedicated hotline on +852 2290 8990. We will arrange cash for you to collect at designated cash service points. Should there be any updates, we will inform you promptly.   2. Statements:
    Please keep a copy of your ANZ statements (including ANZ E-Statements) for easy reference. You will receive a final summary of your account from ANZ as of Friday, 8 September 2017 by the end of September, for your records. Please click here for more details on your DBS statement arrangements.
  3. Direct Marketing Consent:
    To ensure that you will receive appropriate and timely updates, market opportunities and customer privileges from DBS after the Transfer, we require your consent to use your personal data in direct marketing. If you have not yet responded, please click here.
