"DBS Rewards” Terms and Conditions:

  1. "DBS Rewards" (the "Service") shall run until further notice by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the“Bank”).
  2. The Service is only applicable to selected customers of the Bank who are invited by the Bank and have registered for DBS digibank HK app (the “Eligible Customers”).
  3. The Service is provided and managed by AsiaTop Loyalty Limited (the “Merchant”). The Eligible Customers are required to log in to the DBS Rewards Website (the “Website”) with the Service account credentials shared by the Bank to redeem coupons (the “Redemption Services”).
  4. The price of all the Redemption Services provided on the Website are in AT Points.
  5. All AT Points and the Redemption Services on the Website are subject to the Merchant’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. The Merchant’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy can only be accessed after entering the Website.
  6. The Redemption Services are subject to there being sufficient AT Points balance under the Eligible Customers’ Service account. The AT Points required for the redemption will be debited from the Eligible Customers’ Service account instantly. The AT Points debited are non-refundable.
  7. All coupons and AT Points on the Website has an expiry date. Expired coupons and AT Points will not be refunded or reissued.
  8. For enquires, the Eligible Customers can contact the Merchant’s Customer Service (the “Customer Service”) via the below channels. No redemption can be made through the Customer Service.

  9. The Customer Service, the Website, the Service, the Redemption Service and all corresponding information are provided by the Merchant. Any enquiry, claim or complaint in relation to the quality or availability of the products/services shall be directed to the Merchant. The Bank shall assume no liability in respect thereof.
  10. The Bank is not the supplier of the coupons and the relevant goods. Any enquiry or complaint regarding the goods or services redeemed should be directed to the suppliers. The Bank shall assume no responsibility or liability in respect thereof.
  11. If there is abuse/non-compliance by the Eligible Customers, the Eligible Customer cannot use the Service. The Bank will not credit the reward(s) or where the reward(s) has/have been credited, the Bank may debit the AT Points, value of any reward(s) or other gifts from the Eligible Customers' Service account without prior notice and/or take action to recover any outstanding amounts.
  12. The Bank may change the terms and conditions and/or modify/ terminate the Service without notice. The Bank’s decision is final.
  13. The English version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.
