“DBS Credit Cards Tax Payment Offer” Terms and Conditions

  1. “DBS Credit Cards Tax Payment Offer” (“Promotion”) is only applicable to the principal cardholders ("Cardholders") of DBS Credit Cards and Co-branded Cards (excluding Business Cards and Private Label Cards) ("Applicable Credit Cards") issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the "Bank"). This Promotion is not applicable to supplementary card cardholders.
  2. The promotion period is from 2 December to 30 December 2019, both dates inclusive ("Promotion Period").
  3. Upon making a single payment of the designated amount on Tax, Business Registration Fee and Levy Payment and stamp Duty (collectively refer to “Eligible Transaction”) by the Applicable Credit Cards via “Pay Bills” service of DBS iBanking, DBS digibank or iWealth mobile applications or “JET PAYMENT” service of a JETCO ATM, and the Eligible Transaction is posted during the Promotion Period, Cardholders will be entitled to a “InstaRedeem” amount (“Reward”) as follows:

  5. Each Cardholder can enjoy the Reward once during the Promotion Period. The Reward is subject to a quota of 8,000 in total. The Reward will be given on a first-come first-serve basis and will only available until quota is full.
  6. Before making an Eligible Transactions, Cardholders must install DBS Omni mobile application and registered an DBS Omni account, and turn on “InstaRedeem” in DBS Omni “setting” > “Push Notification” > “InstaRedeem” in order to enjoy the Reward.
  7. Cardholders can use the Reward to deduct the payable amount of the Eligible Transaction via the Red “InstaRedeem” function of DBS Omni when the Eligible Transaction is posted and displayed on the Timeline of DBS Omni. Cardholders must redeem the Reward by 10 January 2020; otherwise, she/he will be deemed as forfeiting the Reward.
  8. The Reward entitled by Cardholders shall be determined by the Bank at its sole discretion based on the Bank’s record. If there is any discrepancy between the record held by Cardholders and that held by the Bank, the Bank’s record shall be conclusive and binding on the Cardholders.
  9. The Reward is only applicable to Cardholders whose Applicable Credit Card accounts are valid, not in default and in good standing (as determined by the Bank at its sole discretion) during the Promotion Period. If the status of a Cardholder’s Applicable Credit Card account is not in good standing, the Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Cardholder from participating in the Promotion and/or enjoying the Reward.
  10. Participation in the Promotion is subject to there being no abuse/non compliance by Cardholders, failing which the Bank will debit the values of the Reward from the Cardholders’ accounts without notice and/or take such action to recover any outstanding amounts.
  11. In case of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right to require Cardholders to submit the relevant documents (such as tax demand note) or other documents for verification. The submitted documents will not be returned.
  12. A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions may not enforce any of their terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
  13. The Bank may change these terms and conditions and/or modify or terminate the Promotion. The Bank’s decision is final.
  14. The English version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.
