DBS x Club Med Extra Welcome Offer Terms and Conditions:

  1. DBS x Club Med Extra Welcome Offer (“Offer”) is only available to the applicants who have successfully applied to become the principal cardholder of DBS Black World Mastercard issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”) (“New Card”) by downloading DBS Omni mobile application (“Designated DBS Omni”) through the designated link (go.dbs.com/hk-clubmedomni) and submitting the DBS Black World Mastercard principal card application form (“Application Form”) through the Designated DBS Omni to the Bank during the period from 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2020 (“Promotion Period”) and submitting all supporting documents required by the Bank within one month from the date of application.
  2. The Offer is only applicable to the applicants who, during the New Card approval process have not applied for, do not currently hold, or in the 12 months prior to the date of application for the New Card, have not held and/or cancelled any principal credit cards (including co-branded cards and/or DBS COMPASS VISA) issued by the Bank (“New Customers”).
  3. New Customer must download DBS Omni mobile application (“DBS Omni”), register and activate DBS Omni account within 1 month of the New Card issuance date to be eligible for receiving 1 piece of NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® MINI ME (“Extra Welcome Gift”).
  4. Each New Customer can enjoy the Offer once during the Promotion Period. For the avoidance of doubt, if New Customer has successfully applied for more than one New Card with the Bank by submitting multiple Application Forms to the Bank, he/she will only be entitled to one Extra Welcome Gift in respect of all applications submitted during the Promotion Period.
  5. The Bank will notify the New Customers the details of redeeming the Extra Welcome Gift by SMS or email within 3 months after the New Card was activated. New Customer must follow the instructions in the SMS or email to complete the registration via DBS Omni within 1 month from receiving the said message. It shall be invalid after the expiry date and will be considered as having given up the relevant Extra Welcome Gift, no change or replacement of Extra Welcome Gift will be accepted. Further details and terms and conditions of redemption of the Extra Welcome Gift will be set out in the gift redemption message.
  6. The Bank is not the supplier of the Extra Welcome Gift or the description, photos or reference price (if any) in relation to the Extra Welcome Gift published in our marketing materials (which are intended to be for reference only). Any enquiry, claim or complaint in relation to the quality or availability of the Extra Welcome Gift or the accuracy of any of the aforementioned information contained in the marketing materials shall be directed to the relevant supplier. The Bank shall assume no liability in respect thereof.
  7. Extra Welcome Gift is only available to New Customers whose New Card accounts are determined in the sole discretion of the Bank to be in good standing, remain valid and not in default during the Promotion Period and when the Extra Welcome Gift is issued. The Bank shall have the sole discretion in determining a New Customer’s entitlement to the Extra Welcome Gift.
  8. A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions may not enforce any of their terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
  9. Entitlement to the Offer is subject to there being no abuse/non compliance by the New Customer, failing which the Bank will debit the value of the Offer from the New Customer’s account without notice and/or take such action to recover any outstanding amounts.
  10. The Bank may change these terms and conditions and/or modify or terminate the Offer. The Bank’s decision is final.
  11. The English version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.
