“DBS Credit Card x hello Hang Lung Malls Rewards Program Extra Welcome Offer” Promotion Terms and Conditions:

1. “DBS Credit Card x hello Hang Lung Malls Rewards Program Extra Welcome Offer” (the “Promotion”) is only available to the new customers who have successfully applied to become the principal cardholder of DBS Live Fresh Card, DBS Black World Mastercard, DBS COMPASS VISA or DBS Eminent Card (including DBS Eminent Visa Signature Card and DBS Eminent Visa Platinum Card) issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”) (“New Card”) by downloading and submitting application via DBS Card+ mobile application (“DBS Card+”) through the designated link (go.dbs.com/hk-hl23-cardplus) or applying via website at designated link (go.dbs.com/hk-hl-acq23-en) during the period from 5 July 2023 to 31 August 2023 (“Promotion Period”) and submit all supporting documents required by the Bank within one month from the date of application (“New Customers”).
2. New Customers mean those applicants who during the New Card approval process have not applied for, do not currently hold, or in the 12 months prior to the date of application for the New Card, have not held and/or cancelled any principal credit cards (including co-branded cards) issued by the Bank.
3. Each New Customer can enjoy an extra welcome offer of HK$50 Fashion Walk e-Dining Coupons x 2 pieces (“Extra Welcome Offer”) once during the Promotion Period. The Extra Welcome Offer is applicable to be used at designated participating F&B merchants of Fashion Walk which is situated Great George Street / Paterson Street / Cleveland Street / Kingston Street, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong.  The list of participating merchants and outlets is subject to change without prior notice.
4. New Customer must register and activate DBS Card+ account within 1 month of the New Card issuance date in order to be eligible to Extra Welcome Offer.
5. The Bank will notify the New Customers the details of redeeming the Extra Welcome Offer by push notification of DBS Card+ within October 2023, please check the notification in DBS Card+ inbox. New Customer must follow the instructions in the push notification of DBS Card+ to provide applicable membership ID of hello Hang Lung Malls Rewards Program and complete the registration via DBS Card+ within 15 days from receiving the said message.  New Customers will receive the Extra Welcome Offer in the hello Hang Lung Malls Rewards Program membership account provided. Late registration or provision of inapplicable membership ID will be considered as giving up the Extra Welcome Offer. No change or replacement will be accepted by the Bank. It shall be invalid after the expiry date or without applicable membership ID and will be considered as giving up the relevant Extra Welcome Offer, no change,  replacement or extension will be accepted. Further details and terms and conditions of redemption of the Extra Welcome Offer will be set out in the gift redemption message. The Extra Welcome Offer is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue and will not be reissued or extended if expired. Upon expiry, any unused balance will be forfeited and cannot be carried forward. The Extra Welcome Offer is provided by Hang Lung Real Estate Agency Limited (“Merchant”). Use of Extra Welcome Offer is subject to terms and conditions imposed by the Merchant. For details, please refer to such terms and conditions on e-Coupons of Extra Welcome Offer.
6. The Bank is not the supplier of the Extra Welcome Offer or the description, photos or reference price (if any) in relation to the Extra Welcome Offer published in our marketing materials (which are intended to be for reference only). Any enquiry, claim or complaint in relation to the quality or availability of the Extra Welcome Offer or the accuracy of any of the aforementioned information contained in the marketing materials shall be directed to the relevant supplier. The Bank shall assume no liability in respect thereof.
7. For the avoidance of doubt, if a New Customer has successfully applied for more than one New Card with the Bank by making multiple applications through the designated DBS Card+ or web-based application form, he/she will only be entitled to redeem the Extra Welcome Offer by the first approved New Card in respect of all applications submitted during the Promotion Period.
8. Extra Welcome Offer is only available to New Customers whose New Card accounts are determined in the sole discretion of the Bank to be in good standing, remain valid and not in default during the period from New Card issuance date to issuance of the Extra Welcome Offer. The Bank shall have the sole discretion in determining a New Customer’s entitlement to the Extra Welcome Offer.
9. Entitlement to the Extra Welcome Offer is subject to there being no abuse/non compliance by the New Customer, failing which the Bank will debit the value of the Extra Welcome Offer from the New Customer’s account without notice and/or take such action to recover any outstanding amounts.
10. The Bank may change these terms and conditions and/or modify or terminate the Promotion. The Bank’s decision is final.
11. The English version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.
